The location of the property was great and it was very central to major attractions. There was free wifi and was close to many places to eat.
The rooms were dirty upon arrival. There was dust on the counters, sticky coffee stains on the table, there was something odd on the sheets and against the wall, the shower did not drain and neither did the sink and the staff did not come to clean our room or change the trash throughout our 3 night 4 day stay. The staff was rather rude and quite unhelpful. The Tv also did not work what so ever. I have photos of all of these descriptions but they will not upload to this website.

Disappointing
Hairs all over the floor & the doors to people's rooms always slammed shut, not ideal for when you have to be up early

Location is great and check in was quick and painless. WiFi was good.
I expected this to be cheap and cheerful and can live with the small room but it really does need a lick of paint and a clean. Also the TV wouldn’t work. It turned on but there were no channels. It looked like it needed some sort of login to even get the players. I needed a TV to do my work (I’m a journalist and had to do a work shift) and I rang reception who said maintenance would be around in an hour and they would send them around. They never did. So I had a ridiculous situation of trying to work while running TV channels through my phone. Many other people have also said the TV didn’t work in their reviews so I don’t understand why they can’t fix this. It would put me off stating again as I require that facility.

Excellent location, great price. Very handy for what I had to do in London.
The room was really small so there was no desk that I could work from … it’s hard to balance a laptop on your lap…the stairs are steep. But … it is what it is. I saw the room and it states there is no lift.

The only good thing about this hotel was it's proximity to Victoria Coach Station and local busses into the city centre and attractions. I would not recommend anyone to book here
Firstly the room was lower ground floor so we had to carry our cases down a rickety set of stairs which were very narrow and as soon as we opened the door to the stairs they curved to the left with tiny narrow steps not big enough to get your foot on properly - I felt they were dangerous. Then when we opened the room door I was shocked. We had a room with a double and single bed which was supposed to be suitable for 3 people. The room wasn't even big enough for one person in my opinion. Both beds were pushed up against the wall, with the single being across the bottom of the double and no space at all in between them, there was only room for one person to stand up at any time - the other two had to sit on a bed with their feet up. The sink was in this room behind the door, not in the bathroom. There was a small table with a kettle, 3 cups and some coffee and milk, but no teaspoon! The TV was on the wall above this table, but didn't work properly. The door to the bathroom was at the foot of the single bed and there was a huge step up to get in. Inside was just a small shower cubicle and a toilet - no sink. The step made it uncomfortable to get into the bathroom, and dangerous when stepping out of the shower back into the room as the tiles on the floor were slippery. The drain on the shower didn't work properly meaning I was stood in a few inches of water, so after showering I had to stand and wait for it to drain away enough to be able to open the cubicle door without it all flowing out into the room. We had arrived late in the evening so I didn't complain to reception until the next morning, but was just told all the rooms were the same. I said I needed a teaspoon to make the coffee, and when we got back later that afternoon they had put a packet with a wooden knife, fork and spoon beside the kettle. I absolutely would not recommend anyone else to go here.

Pleasant
Location good. Room and bedding were clean. Several USB sockets and free wifi. A large ceiling fan, tv and kettle were in the room
Check in was at the hotel next door. The room was exceptionally small which for one night wasn’t too much of a problem with no bedside unit or anywhere to put luggage. BUT the booking confirmation said bed would be 90-110cm. It was only 76cm which is a child size and I’m not a small person. There was no mattress protector which made the mattress ‘buttons’ very uncomfortable under just a sheet.
No sign of the stated telephone or iron.
Loose cable trailing on floor outside the door.
The hotel website states a complementary breakfast but nothing is provided. A few more milk pods would have been nice.

Room clean, nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Spacious rooms.
Tv was not working. Reported it and we have been told, they are waiting for a part from amazon...Room a bit cold. The view from our room was awful, a big mess and lots of rubbish.... Missed a table from the room.

The price was great and the location in good area easy to walk to Victoria Station. Security was good and felt safe and was able to leave our stuff in the room. They even let us drop our bags before check in. Good customer service.
Room very small, but for the price can’t complain.

Disappointing
The location was excellent. The first room we had was nice and although it was small it was fully equipped. The staff at night were lovely
Friday night there was a leak in the room upstairs and the staff moved us to a much much smaller and less nice room. It was cramped and although the had tea and coffee in the room there were no cups. The storage was a shelf and a rail. The bathroom was tiny and there were marks all over the walls.

I got bitten by what I presume were mosquitoes (like over 10 bites!), which are still itchy over 6 days later! Had to be in the room because my body was covered when out & about.
I didn't think the UK had them really....

It was close to
The station and walkable to landmarks.
Easy check in
The room I booked is literally too small and the images didn’t make it seem so in a way
The toilet is so small and there’s little to no space for anything else. (Room for two people btw)

Pleasant
The location. Clean bedding. We had initial issues with our key but the staff helped.
The window glass was broken which led to noise and cold. The stairs to the room were super tight and narrow..hard for luggage...but not unusual for england.
