Location was great. Walking distance to Trafalgar Square and National Gallery. Walking distance to meet out Harry Potter tour near Charring Cross Station. Comfy beds. Large bath towels. Friendly and helpful staff. We had access to the Club Room Lounge which included comfy chairs and coffee and tea. We had to add an extra night at the beginning of our stay. We had to go thru Booking.com to add the extra night, but the hotel was great in working with us to arrive a day early.
Breakfast not included and was very expensive. Room very small. This is not a modern hotel. But all the required amenities were present and adequate. Water available from a machine down the hall. Electrical plugs for phone charging, etc., were minimal and required special adapters which we did not have. These are not the same as those used in other parts of Europe. Hotel was able to find one adapter for us to use, which we could plug our adapters into. No wall safe in the room.

Breakfast was excellent, great choice and always topped up. Only down side was one coffee machine, always a queue! The room and view was beautiful. Really comfy bed and very spacious room. Great location for all of our sight seeing needs

The location is fantastic, you are central to all the tourist hotspots. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Maya for all her help. If ever staying in London again I would book here.

Perfect location. Excellent lobby.
The room did not match the photos on the website (Club Room). It was much smaller than expected—only 2.2 meters wide—with a 140 cm bed; the only window faced the wall of another building just one meter away. There was no hairdryer, and the staff refused both of my requests for one.

Loved the location and ease of getting around. Very close to some of our favourite theatres . It is a smallish room but having access to the club lounge and cups of coffee was a fantastic unwind option. We were on the 8 floor and had a distant view of Big Ben!

Room was a bit dated and cleanliness could have been better (lot of hidden dust and stained duvet). Fan extractor did not appear to be working in bathroom.
