Hotels position in London and it was clean staff pleasant enough
Worn out facilities' chrome worn off shower support and temperature handle. Room very small had to squeeze down the wall and bed to get in the bed. Side light on bed didn't work .Bathroom far too small and no room to put toiletries

We had just got off a flight from Australia to go to a funeral, arriving in February, we got to the hotel early the staff were brilliant, stored our cases for us, gave us access to a lounge area where we had a coffee and relaxed. The bedroom was adequate on a par with the Premier Inn where I usually stay every year when visiting the UK. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean, coffee and tea making facilities but no biscuits. Great location for the theatre and close to The Crypt at St Martin's in the Field where you can buy a great lunch at a reasonable price, or cake and coffee. Would recommend for location central to all tourist attractions. Also the bed and pillows were so comfortable, and.the staff were wonderful.
TV didn't work. Room was a bit cool for us, however I found an extra blanket in the wardrobe. No hair-dryer. No free biscuits to have with my cuppa. Noisy, no double glazing, fortunately I carry earplugs with me.
