The club room (badicsñly a closed reception area with work stations, lounge, dining tables snd free tea, coffee and water) is very wrlcome. The staff were especially frienfly, helpful and polite and very caring towards elderly people.

Room was just a basic standard room but did have aircon which was why i booked this room at this hotel in the middle of the heat wave. Ensuite was nice, but a little small. I guess I did expect a little bit more of a fancier room for over £300 per night, especially after seeing the inside of the common areas of the hotel etc. but it is right in the center of London. The room was nice clean, adequate for our needs.
Well the cost is one thing, as was over £300 per night, so was expecting a little more for the money. The air con was there and it did work, and it did make a difference and made us comfortable, it needed to be on max just to take the edge off, would have been nice if it could have gone a degree or two lower.

Great location and lovely facilities: the laundry room, free filtered water, and quiet rooms were all real pluses, overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Would recommend!

The check-in process was very easy. The room was very spacious to London standards, albeit a bit dated. Very comfortable mattress and AC that worked well.
A hairdryer in the room would've been nice.
