The location was excellent, close to many major attractions. It was an excellent base for theatreland too which is what came for and all within a reasonable walking distance. We liked the lounge with the free coffee as it was a nice quiet space.
I think our bed was queen size rather than king size but was comfortable enough but it did sound like it had a broken spring. The hotel bar was expensive, £17 for a glass of wine, and closed at 10 pm, at those prices we only used it once, there are plenty of pubs close by which are cheaper.

Great location in central London, with comfortable rooms! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, both at check-in and check-out. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location, walking distance to many points of interest . Close proximity to subway station and multiple bus lines Also the pizza restaurant downstairs was amazingly delicious and good priced

Fantastic location if you are prepared to put up with noise. Can also hear the tube running under hotel at times.
Room wasn’t clean a bed was very uncomfortable.
