Great location and staff. My daughter lost a ring down the sink in the bathroom and hotel staff arranged for maintenance to retrieve it and made sure it was safe- excellent service!

The location is fantastic. Free self laundry.
Small room, clean but not very clean. Didn't provide enough blankets to cover all the guests and after I requested one and got it, the next day the maids took it. The same happened with an extra regular blanket from the room. Used it, next day- poof. Gone. The cost is astronomical, more than I think it should be. The gym is pretty small as well. The picture in the website also showed a rower that doesn't exist anymore. Equipment in good condition though. Cost of breakfast is very high as well.

Housekeeping staff, very nice and accommodating. Club coffee room, very nice. Mattress comfortable. Great location.
Front office staff very dry. Not alot of information. Bar staff, not that friendly. No concierge or doorman. No place to sit or meet in the lobby.

Dealing with customer service after the stay has been a real issue. Before I arrived at the hotel my card was debited twice, the staff at the hotel (at the time of check-in) was very friendly and arranged this in minutes. Afterwards I noticed the safety deposit was also charged twice. It's been 24 days of going back and forth between the card issuer and the hotel without any resolve. It seems as though after service is little to no care of the hotel.

Location , free beverages, clean and comfy rooms, a window that opens for fresh air ( that’s a bonus) no stuffy rooms. Big bathroom and a guest cupboard supplied with many extras ( shave kit , cotton buds and cotton pads, toothbrush and toothpaste) just a few of the items in the expansive things.

Impersonal check in , fire alarm went off twice during stay , one late at night , one early morning, no explanation or apology from hotel Breakfast poor choice ( cereals etc) rubber fried eggs , annoying music , slow cleaning tables

Overpriced room and breakfast was mediocre yet very expensive. Hotel holding onto secure deposit and not taking additional debits from the deposit.
