A grand hotel in a great location, with a spacious room and a really comfortable bed, good food and great staff.
The breakfast was good, but it would have been nice if a member of staff was able to take an order for coffee and tea, given that it is a premier hotel. As it was, there was a single coffee machine that didn't appear to work consistently, a queue of people waiting, not enough cups and no milk alternatives on display.

The stay was unfortunately way below expectations. The room had a persistent, stuffy sickly smell, which made it hard to feel comfortable. The shower was another challenge; the shower head kept tilting outward into the bathroom and wouldn’t stay in place, so I had to keep a hand on it just to keep it on me and to stop water from spraying everywhere. They also charge €15 to buy an adapter, which feels excessive when most hotels simply take a small refundable deposit. Everything in the room felt outdated, and for the price, I expected at least a couple of thoughtful touches. There was no drinking water in the fridge or anything to suggest a sense of hospitality. To top it all off, the hotel’s listing on Google and Uber sends you to the wrong location near the Bourougher markets. I ended up in traffic, bouncing between two Ubers and losing around 45 minutes just trying to find the correct address. Overall, a stay with plenty of room for improvement. Would not recommend at all

Fantastic staff at the hotel… perfect location literally in the heart of Trafalgar Square . Brilliant that the hotel hold your luggage for the day even after you’ve checked out .. and at no extra cost
