Proximity to Trafalgar Square, nice rooms. Nice breakfast.
No children's menu in the restaurant,
We had two rooms, one in the front and one on the rear of the hotel, the view from the rear one was a wall, rooms were the same price so worth asking for a front one.

Perfect location .
To be honest nothing special for the price we pay . You probably pay that much just for location . We need it to iron some clothes, the ironing board was there but the iron nowhere to be seen . No much space in the room . Charging £100 deposit in case we will eat snacks at the room because that’s plenty snacks on the table that they left. Ans takes time to log out after your stay .

We were asked to leave the bar at 10:40pm because the barman was apparently “tired and underpaid”??
No toilets in the lobby and the decor is really tired. Also it felt like a maze getting to our room and after booking three of them I am getting triple emails on everything!

Was only one guy from 12pm (Aug 25th) that made me take my own bag to storage room myself. He seemed to assume I should take it in whereas when I stored my bag before checking the lovely girl did it for me
It was perfect sized room.
Close enough to walk to B palace.
