Disappointing
The only good things about the hotel are the location and the lobby area.
The room was so dusty and musty I checked out early. The air-conditioning system needs maintenance. The bed felt wet. Old rooms & furniture. Needs a renovation.

Breakfast was adequate - you need to get down early as they ran out of things on a few days
My first room had mold - I wondered when they had the windows open and the system not running. Once I ran the sytem it was immediate. But they were very good to get me out of that room and into a room with no mold and actually more space

We didn't know that on Sundays breakfast starts later than usual, nobody told us. We left without breakfast. Stairs at the entrance that is uncomfortable with the suitcases.

Excellent customer service. So helpful with questions and assistance. Perfect location close to numerous bus stops, tube stations, and easy walking distance to so many sights: Westminster area, Covent garden, SOHO, Chinatown, south bank, west end shows, Picadilly Circus, etc.
