Rooms were very comfortable and good air conditioning which was great as it was very warm. Excellent location for sightseeing

The location was perfect just off Trafalgar Square and a short distance to Embankment Station. The staff were amazing and the hotel very clean and well presented. The room was spacious and had everything you could need. Breakfast was plentiful and great choice for all tastes.
Nothing, would highly recommend. Tried to book a return visit but no availability for the dates required.

The breakfast manager was extremely helpful and friendly
One staff member on reception was not particularly friendly. All other staff were very nice

The reception areas, the facilities and the restaurants were amazing. Great location. Staff were excellent. Also loved having the fresh chilled water provided.
The room felt quite dated, particularly the bathroom. Although very clean and well kept I felt it was a little overpriced for the amenities.

Location great, good price. Room clean and comfortable. Staff were all lovely.
Plenty of options for breakfast but the cooked items were all lukewarm. Plastic glasses are not very nice.
