Breakfast was superb . Plenty of good quality food. Super selection
Fazan our reception manager was v helpful. The woman who ran the breakfast lounge was so hard-working
A little disappointed that room looked slightly dated or tired. Paint not great, scratches to a lot of the furniture etc. Toilet bowl not cleaned properly.
Just disappointed, no Whaooh factor inside the hotel. Although the staff were of the highest standard

Wonderful
Perfect location for walking to theaters, many cultural attractions, and endless dining options. Also, they were happy to hold my luggage for several hours (at no charge) after I checked out. And I should mention the delicious breakfast they serve.

The central location in Lo don is brilliant. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, quiet and clean. The bed is so comfortable. Love the lounge area with tea, coffee and bottled water. The luggage storage was certainly an added bonus. Would thoroughly recommend The Grand Trafalgar.

for us, the location was perfect. front desk was pleasant and welcoming. room was comfortable. good bed. we were on a family holiday, a party of 7 people (3 rooms), aging 9 to 82 years, and had a very pleasant stay. this was our first choice and it met our expectations. hope to be back soon.
wardrobe is much too small. a safe was lacking. the lobby offers no sitting area.

Such a great location. So close to all of the main areas you would want to visit. Clean and rooms were lovely. Staff are so helpful. Highly recommend the property for anyone looking to visit London.
Air conditioners very loud and you need to get smart tvs in the rooms!!

The hotel would have scored higher if they sorted out their breakfast offering. First and foremost the attitude of the girl in charge was poor. She was unsmiling and when asked to get extra bread she said yes but went off doing other things. When asked again she was almost hostile. The other staff were fine but she set the tone.
There was no marmalade on the second and third mornings. I asked but was told it was not available. No apology. The selection of breakfast cereals was poor and a table in the corner where they are put would make them accessible. So easy to do. The coffee machine was not functioning correctly. Took ages and only delivered half a cup.

Our room did not have a window it was blacked out. If we had been staying longer I would have had to change rooms. Very claustrophobic.

The location of the hotel is wonderful for exploring London. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast has a good enough choice to get going for the day.
I stayed on the 9th floor and had a rooftop view of London. However, the window was so dirty it was difficult to see. This hotel flatters to deceive. For what you pay, you should take time to look elsewhere. You will do better.
