Location and cleanliness, comfortable beds , tea and coffee facilities in the room , guest room for chilling in or doing work . Guest cupboard for those essentials that you forgot to pack. Excellent restaurant with vegetarian options a big plus .

Some of hotel looked a bit dated and the coffee machine in the club living room was so noisy.

This property was in an excellent location close to most of the major sights we wanted to see. It was a lovely hotel in terms of the rooms and we were tired so we ordered room service and they were wonderful.

Great location. Nice room. Check in was excellent. Nalin was extremely helpful and in fact all the staff were very pleasant.
Breakfast was ok. Hotel needs a better method of keeping the food warm.

Location is fantastic, like the drinking water facilities.
Room was near lift which was loud, room was very dark due to an internal view, and room was fairly small, no little extras had to pay for all in room bar tea and coffee. Breakfast not really the quality you would expect.

Excellent hotel in the central location close to everything! The only problem I had was the air conditioner is very loud, i had to turn it off at night. We got lucky the weather was cool during our stay. Otherwise all was great .

I would have expected a better view for the price I paid. Also the bar drinks were far too expensive and don't expect a surcharge when we are staying there and get our own drinks from a miserable batman
