Location, size of the room. The restaurant was excellent as well. Water dispensers were a good addition.
Self check-in feels like a budget hotel, reception area looked very basic.

Very disappointing experience, especially for a 4-star hotel. I had to change rooms four times due to strong cigarette, sewage and other unpleasant smells, and still could not get a satisfactory room. I barely slept and eventually checked out one night early.
What made it worse was the lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff and the poor handling of my early check-out, refund and invoice afterwards. I was given clear information at check-out that was later handled completely differently, creating unnecessary complications.
Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.
