Wonderful
This was our second stay at this hotel. It is comfortable, clean, quiet and in a superb central location. We had breakfast each morning and it was very good. The hotel is great value for money and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip down to London.
I really can't find anything negative to say about this hotel. For a leisure break in central London it simply ticks all the boxes.

Not a nice bar, more of a canteen. We wanted to have drinks after the show before going to our room. The bar was not well stocked the staff not knowledgeable

The location
The room had a strong smell of damp and mustiness throughout the stay. Each time the heater was switched on it produced an unpleasant smell, making it unusable, which meant we were cold on a February night. The room was uncomfortable and unpleasant as a result. These issues were mentioned at check-out, but no interest was shown in addressing them.

Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Clean and spacious. Near the theaters and trains. Bus outside. Free relaxing room with 24hrs coffee and tea. Free water in passage. Good staff.

Breakfast supplies were not replenished until after my other guest had finished his breakfast
The blackout curtain did not completely cover the window due to one of the fittings not ring attached
One of the drawers would not remain shut

Pizza restaurant next to hotel and hotel inside was lovely and a tea and coffee lounge available if you stayed
They took £100.00 off me and we had breakfast £56.00 still waiting for £44.00 refund a month later
