Lovely old world hotel. Breakfast was lovely (despite the coffee machine). Room was large airy and clean...Location was great.
Shower curtain instead of door. Bed was quite uncomfortable.

Its location
It was very remote from its customers you could actually have checked in and out without talking to a human being . Very meagre amount of tea and coffee no biscuits nothing like other hotels in same price bracket.you ask it you want room to be serviced their default is every other day. It’s a beautiful old London hotel but is now the domain of the business traveller passing through

Location at Trafalgar Square / Charing Cross / galleries/ theatre, parks, palace and more was great. Close enough to tube. Really comfy bed. I had a good view. Good club facilities. It was good to have access to Laundry.
