We have stayed four times now and the location is great
Staff are friendly and the rooms are good
This time our room is on the back of the hotel and looking out of the window isn’t great ..this time it was only for one night !! So it didn’t matter . We are usually on the front overlooking the street .

Located close to theaters, museums walking distance to Thames. Loved the Sherlock Holmes pub just across the street with great fish and chips! ( Recommended by front desk)

The best location in center of Trafalgar Square where can walk to Covent Garden, Westminster area and Buckingham Palace. Great staff, comfortable rooms well maintained.

We especially loved the living room area with free coffee and tea — such a nice touch! Each floor also has a water filling station, which was super convenient.
The location is excellent — close to theatres, major sights, and the tube. It was great being able to leave our bags before and after check-in, and the 12pm checkout was perfect. Breakfast had a good variety too.
If you’re not sure where to go for lunch, 50 Kalò next door is a must-try!
