Location was amazing. Right at the centre of London. Trafalgar square outside the front door. Couldn't be positioned any better to explore London. Room was as you would expect for a standard room in central London. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Coffee, tea making facilities, iron with ironing board, water stations with ice and bottles in hallway. Coffee/tea/water available in the main lounge. We didnt partake in breakfast, but it all look amazing. Bed was one of the best we had slept in at a hotel, and pillows were also of a high quality
We only stayed for one night. But absolutely nothing to disappoint

Location is excellent. We liked the lounge where one can have coffee and tea away from the room. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, very central. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Really liked the lounge it is a nice place to relax and enjoy a complimentary coffee. The water stations on each floor were really appreciated.

We have stayed here before and it meets all of our needs. Although it is so central (2-5 mins from Trafalgar Square) it is also super quiet. The bustle of London is not audible. For us it was important to have a place where we could have a downtime midday before going out again.
Perfect to leave luggage pre checking in or after checking out which allows you to do things in London before you are actually allowed to check in or you don't have to cart your luggage with you if you still want to do that last thing in London before you leave. Loved the guest cupboard on each floor where you could get your extras if you forgot those at home (shaving cream & razor, shower cap, toothbrush &paste, sewing kit, extra tea & milk... etc)
Unfortunately there is no fridge in the room which is a great pity. Also it stated that there are hydration stations ( water & ice dispenser units) on every floor which wasn't true and I found out at 3am it was a bit challenging to find out that on the 5th floor there was none (no big deal....it would have just been handy to know)
