I was blown away by the location as it was so close to EVERYTHING. The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially Nalin on reception who looked after me very well and made sure that I had everything that I needed. The shower was fabulous, the bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was good too. I will absolutely be choosing this hotel again and again when i stay in London.

The location to Trafalgar Square and other sites withing walking distance (less than a mile) and train stations for convenience around the corner were great. Housekeeping was amazing. Loved the chat feature if we needed additional items throughout the day.
The bed was a bit too firm. Wasn't awful but not the greatest. Maybe including bed sheets especially in the hot summer would be great so you dont have to cover yourself with the comforter. The view of the 2 twin size room was not great. It was just a wall view sadly. Wish there were plugs by the beds instead of only by the desk.

The location was fantastic . Nice sized room.
The locked cupboard in the kitchenette was very very dusty. Had to clean all the pans toaster etc.

The hotel is in the middle of the city, perfect for walking to anywhere you want. The bed was comfortable, air-conditioning worked good, shower was good water pressure.

Great location in London, close to museums, restaurants, the Thames. Nice small coffee/sitting room with a conference room you can use for calls. It was great to not have to take a work call in my room. Every person who worked there was happy and helpful.
