I stayed at The Grand at Trafalgar Square in London for two nights.
The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained, based on what we were able to see during our stay. The location is definitely one of its strongest points: very central and perfect for exploring London easily on foot or by public transport.
The rooms and common areas were clean and tidy, so nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness.
From a pricing perspective, however, it is not an inexpensive hotel. I paid approximately €420 for two nights, and breakfast was not included, so the value for money could be improved.
Overall, I would rate the hotel 7 out of 10: excellent location, good cleanliness, but with room for improvement in terms of hospitality experience and value for money.
Overall, the staff were polite and helpful. The only less positive note concerns one receptionist with natural curly hair, who seemed rather rushed and not particularly friendly during our interactions. It was the only moment when I did not feel fully welcomed.

This is our go to hotel in central London. The location is very convenient and everything is a short walk. The staff recognise us and always try to make our stay enjoyable.
