The room was quite spacious especially after talking with a couple at breakfast who were staying at a nearby hotel and their accommodations were tiny. The location was great for walking to see the sights around Central London.

Location: near Charring Cross (3minute walk) and Embankment (10 minute walk)tube stations, vigorous shower flow,
comfortable bed, effective room-darkening curtains, and staff was accommodating.
No night-light in the bathroom.

The location to Trafalgar Square and other sites withing walking distance (less than a mile) and train stations for convenience around the corner were great. Housekeeping was amazing. Loved the chat feature if we needed additional items throughout the day.
The bed was a bit too firm. Wasn't awful but not the greatest. Maybe including bed sheets especially in the hot summer would be great so you dont have to cover yourself with the comforter. The view of the 2 twin size room was not great. It was just a wall view sadly. Wish there were plugs by the beds instead of only by the desk.

Loved the location, so close to everything we wanted to see…and the bed and pillows were EXCELLENT. Latte machine was nice, didn’t use free laundry but nice to have it. Staff were great, room was clean. Bathroom items like shampoo conditioner and wash were nice. Make up magnifying mirror.
Room #531 was tiny (guess it’s to be expected in London!) and bathroom could’ve had some extra items like a door stopper (bathroom door would t stay open ) , extra shelf for toiletries in shower (tiny shelf only fit their 3 items) and somewhere to set toe to shave legs. Also there was a wonderful library with coffee and couches but no one told us about that we found it on our own.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location! The breakfast was very good!!
The beds could have been a little more comfortable, and the pillows could be a lot better, they were a cheap foam. Everything else was great!

Great location. Front desk staff helpful.
Room was clean, quiet, air conditioning worked basically well (during a heat wave).
Decent bathroom.
Service at bar/restaurant often seemed slow and distracted.
Draft beer not working.
Food, including breakfast, was ok (not excellent) but not good value.
If they upgraded all of the above, I would return. Otherwise not.

Enjoyed the guest room with coffee and tv, we called it the library.
I would have liked to open windows wider, but I understand why that cannot happen. They did open a bit. The shower/tub is a bit high to step into, you might add a grab bar for more stability.
