I really liked the hotel's location, and the staff were excellent. It offers great value for money.
However, the breakfast was somewhat limited, and the food was quite heavy.
The slowest coffee machine I've ever come across in my life.
The toilet is installed at an angle, and it's almost impossible to flush it without first lowering the toilet seat. It's a bit odd.

The Location was amazing! 15 minute walk to central London attractions. Easy access to transportation. Many dining options nearby.
One of our rooms must have been located over the Cafe, the room had an odd burned coffee smell all week long.

Location location location! Half a block from Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, Charing Cross Station.
A modestly priced prix fixer dinner with decent food before an early curtain at the theatre.
Having to walk up a flight (tho fairly short) of stairs for anyone needing a bit of assistance.
Ridiculous price for breakfast.
