Very friendly and helpful staff, free luggage storage and very conveniently located just off Trafalgar Square close to Charing Cross Underground Station. It has a lounge with 24/7 free coffee and tea available and good Internet.
There was a temporary issue with only one lift working but normally that's not a problem

We asked for a quiet room. There wasn't much of a view but we could see the Houses of Parliament Tower. There was free coffee & tea downstairs in the Club room. The location was fantastic.

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. It is walking distance to many of the main attractions we wanted to visit. There is a pun right across the street, restaurants right next door and a Tesco a few blocks away. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful foyer very welcoming

Basket of goodies all expensive and accessible to tempting
Breakfast quite average eggs cold and some dishes empty long queue to get coffee ( over 10 mins)
Coffee cups designed for right handed people waited ages for coffee then nearly tipped it all over myself
Spike to 4 other lefthanders who had the same experience
