Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff happy to store luggage after we checked out. We were able to check in early. We would stay again.
The room smelt of smoke so we had to open the windows as soon as we checked in. The view wasn't great so we would probably upgrade to a better room next time, but can't really fault anything else.

Staff were very courteous and super friendly.
We had breakfast on Saturday morning at 9:30. Unfortunately, the Müsli, the berry, and the orange juice were empty. It is not ideal to have one coffee machine when 10 people are trying to make coffee. I only do that healty breakfast - so maybe my fault.

Location was spot on, if you want to see a show, Trafalgar Square, horses guards, Big Ben, London Eye etc. Beds are comfy and clean rooms. Water stations on all floors and free coffee in the members lounge. Beautiful hotel.

Great location near theatres bars and restaurants but on a quiet street. It was 5 mins to the tube station. Staff were helpful and prompt with any queries I had

The hotel boasts a perfect central London location, within walking distance of several major tourist attractions. It also offers excellent transport links, with two underground stations and several bus lines less than a five-minute walk away.
The hotel is clean, but housekeeping is only provided every second day as part of the standard tariff. The bed is not very comfortable, and the air conditioning is quite noisy, with the unit installed under the bed. There is no fridge in the room, and the furniture feels a bit outdated. However, overall the stay is acceptable when compared to prices at other hotels, and the excellent location makes up for these shortcomings.
