Location and staff were great. The room was well maintained although too small for my liking and lacked any view.
I would have chosen a larger room. Way to small for my wife and I as we kept running into each other trying to maneuver around the one chair in the room.

Beautiful hotel! Exceptional staff and experience. We had a nice meal the first night. Service was a bit slow and the food and beverage were a bit pricey for the value.
Great convenient location. Breakfast every morning. Wish we had known about the laundry availability.
Well done on all accounts. Perhaps a casual eating option available.

Housekeeping staff, very nice and accommodating. Club coffee room, very nice. Mattress comfortable. Great location.
Front office staff very dry. Not alot of information. Bar staff, not that friendly. No concierge or doorman. No place to sit or meet in the lobby.

The location is fantastic. Free self laundry.
Small room, clean but not very clean. Didn't provide enough blankets to cover all the guests and after I requested one and got it, the next day the maids took it. The same happened with an extra regular blanket from the room. Used it, next day- poof. Gone. The cost is astronomical, more than I think it should be. The gym is pretty small as well. The picture in the website also showed a rower that doesn't exist anymore. Equipment in good condition though.
Cost of breakfast is very high as well.

Disappointing
Location, comfortable bed
During our stay, the room was affected by significant next-door construction noise as well as constant street traffic noise, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. The rooms are old.
The layout of the room appeared to have been altered with what felt like temporary partition walls to create a bathroom and closet space. The bathroom and closet were extremely cramped, and the partitioned structures made noticeable noise and even slight shaking when opened or closed. Ventilation also seemed compromised in the confined layout.
The closet was so small that it was difficult to access properly, making storage impractical, especially when traveling with a child.
Additionally, I was uncomfortable with the conduct of a staff member who implied that early check-in was contingent upon posting a positive TripAdvisor review. Being asked to leave a favorable review prior to experiencing the stay, and being advised not to mention the check-in process, felt unprofessional.

The rooms need upgrading . I would replace the old carpets , the rooms were dark and drab . Reminded me of an old Ramada inn

Wonderful
This was our second stay at this hotel. It is comfortable, clean, quiet and in a superb central location. We had breakfast each morning and it was very good. The hotel is great value for money and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip down to London.
I really can't find anything negative to say about this hotel. For a leisure break in central London it simply ticks all the boxes.
