It’s location was perfect.
The rooms were old and the heater/AC was really loud and the windows were broken. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. Carpets everywhere and smelled bad.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out was simple and smooth. The location couldn't have been better with lots of attractions very close at hand, and two tube stations within very easy walking distance. We came for the Playhouse Theatre which was a couple of minutes walk down the road.
We were only there for one night and didn't use any of the facilities such as restaurant or gym. It was expensive but that's to be expected given the location and quality. We did notice the floor (level 9) in the hallway was a bit uneven in places, so that might catch some people out if they were frail or partially sighted.

Good quality hotel in an excellent location
The view from the window was of a brick wall about 1 m away. The app that they encourage you to use for checking in and then you can use your phone as the key does not work with a booking.com booking. They use incompartible booking reference numbers. Do now waste your time with it.

Beautiful outside , lobby was also fabulous , location was spot on
Dated rooms , damaged furnishings , moved rooms twice due to stains on fabric (chairs ) overpriced , was greated in room by fabulous hamper of goodies only to find these are also overpriced .

Great location!! The Members Club is a plus and the staff is super friendly and kind.
Our visit was in winter so we really missed having a hair dryer in the room since we didn’t bring our own thinking that it is standard in most hotels.

Location is great for theatre land as well as all major tourist attractions Staff were lovely Super comfy beds and fabulous shower
Our room was over the street so it was quite noisy - especially the early morning garbage collections.
