Excellent location, the room was good, maybe too many amenities for the size of the table they put them. Lot of amenities for the guest, modern and comfortable room. Good restaurant and bar, the portions of the meal were very well in size, not too much, not too little. Good room services. The personnel, excellent, well attentive, always taking care of their guests. The garden, with it tables to share working and social time, incredible.
The option at booking.com that I chose, a suite with a queen bed and a twin bed, did not match exactly to what the website mentioned. When I entered the suite, I asked for the twin bed, they told me they did not have such option, but immediately sent me a roll away bed, a good one, but not a proper bed. The height of the bathtub, I have forgotten how high of British bathtub are, quite difficult to enter and leave it. But those two issues have solutions, and would not prevent me to stay there again

Great location. Rooms were spacious
Long wait for check in, made us sit down on the table and said we could check in but took them nearly 25 minutes. This was similar when we checked out also.

Loved the location! Concierge was so helpful and welcoming.
Style of the lobby. Strange, cold, unwelcoming. If your lobby is basically two dining room tables at least offer a welcome drink to confirm the concept. Felt like I had walked into someone’s diningroom while they were in home office and disturbed them.

Hotel was extremely good and front staff are amazing. Location was exceptional and I love the boutique style of the hotel. I stayed in the room with a balcony and it was super nice to back onto gardens, really lovely. Would definitely stay again!
They can improve on their breakfast service and get better coffee jugs to serve the coffee. Breakfast was too long of a wait and the person I got was not attentive. Coffee had to be repoured multiple times as there were grains in it. There was better staff that came in so perhaps it was just a change of shift challenge.
