Beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms and public areas are v clean. Staff is v friendly and courteous. Overall loved the hotel.
Maybe include breakfast in the hotel price. We were paying $1000+ per night for the most basic room.

During my recent stay at The Dorchester, Gosia Sokolowska, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. We were celebrating my sister’s 30th birthday, and she surprised us with an upgrade to a dream room of a lifetime. It was an unforgettable gesture, and I cannot thank her enough.
This was genuinely one of my favorite hotel experiences ever. Everything—from the staff and the service to the food and the attention to detail—was flawless.
Thank you, Dorchester, and thank you, Gosia, for making our stay so special. After this experience, I can confidently say that whenever I visit London again, I will only stay at The Dorchester.

I loved absolutely everything from start to finish. The staff the room everything! The room was absolutely beautiful and had everything you need and more! Spotless. Incredible service.
I had my hair done in the salon and i absolutely hated it. I was so upset on the day and im not a confrontational person but for the most expensive blow dry I have ever had it was absolutely awful. The stylist didn’t at all listen to me or what I needed. I had a baby shower that day and had no time or products and equipment with me to try and sort it. The whole salon experience was not for me! Hair is very personal but the stylist didn’t listen to me at all and just did her own thing. She also left half of my hair out of the rollers. And also didn’t offer a drink.

An iconic hotel that delivered on everything. A very comfortable night stay, great service, wonderful James Bond bar to visit, fabulous breakfast ( loved the hotel shaped butter )
