From exiting the taxi on arrival to leaving by taxi, the stay was absolutely amazing. Every staff interaction was a joy, the hotel is amazing, the service in the bars and restaurants first class. We used the swimming pool and saunas and same result of enjoying pure luxury indulgence. Superb location for London Xmas shopping and viewing the Xmas lights. We can't wait to visit again and experience The Dorchester hotel and service.

Our room and welcome for birthday was great.
Bad experience in restaurant had to send main course back due to cold plate and barely warm food. Unbelievable explanation from restaurant manager was food was cool as it was cold outside!!!!

Great Christmas atmosphere, lovely breakfasts and the staff remembering us and calling us by our names . Also the champagne in our room on arrival was a nice surprise.
