The hotel was nice and the room was clean comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The location of the hotel is convenient. Thanks to the reception team and special thanks to the young lady looking after the bar near reception (unfortunately I forgot her name) who is from the UK and cycles to work was exceptionally kind, professional and friendly. Dine in and room service teams are great.
The breakfast at the Grill was not up to the hotel's standards. I addition the service at the Grill during breakfast was also average. the lady taking orders could have been more friendly and she charged me more ..Im glad I had a look at the bill.. I had breakfast there once and did not return. The gym is ok but should be much be better given the rates we pay!

During my recent stay at The Dorchester, Gosia Sokolowska, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. We were celebrating my sister’s 30th birthday, and she surprised us with an upgrade to a dream room of a lifetime. It was an unforgettable gesture, and I cannot thank her enough.
This was genuinely one of my favorite hotel experiences ever. Everything—from the staff and the service to the food and the attention to detail—was flawless.
Thank you, Dorchester, and thank you, Gosia, for making our stay so special. After this experience, I can confidently say that whenever I visit London again, I will only stay at The Dorchester.

An absolutely wonderful experience!
The service and staff were exceptional, incredibly welcoming and professional. The overall quality of the hotel facilities and rooms was outstanding. The location is also perfect for exploring.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms and public areas are v clean. Staff is v friendly and courteous. Overall loved the hotel.
Maybe include breakfast in the hotel price. We were paying $1000+ per night for the most basic room.

The location was amazing
The room was wonderful- totally luxurious in an understated way. Best bed, pillows, linen I have had in a hotel for many years.

Everything at the Hotel was fantastic. The Food, The Tea time, the Breakfast and the Chinese restaurant. All of the staff are super attentive and friendly. Location is perfect since its quiet and next to Hyde Park. Also, prior to our stay, the hotel reached out to me to ask if we needed anything during our stay. They helped me celebrate my Husbands Birthday with a surprise cake during our lovely breakfast. Oh, and the hotel is gorgeous and very tasteful. Will definitely come back again! Thank you!

The property is immaculate. We stayed at the Dorchester to bring in my 30th bday and it was the most spectacular experience we’ve ever had. We were very lucky to be up graded and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

I loved everything about the hotel, the staff, the warm welcoming, the professionalism, and the overall hospitality. But i would give a special 1000% rating to the housekeeping team. The cleanliness was absolutely outstanding and truly amazing; to be honest, this is the main highlight for me. Everything about the stay was simply exceptional. But cleanliness and maintenance was really wow. I had my wife and my kids with me and we were really pleased the hygiene standards of the room and building.
The breakfast is an area that needs improvement. The cutlery, particularly the knives, was not easy to use, and the concept of combining a buffet with ala carte felt unusual and confusing. I tried it once and quickly realized it did not meet the standard of the property. In fact, the breakfast experience risks the excellent efforts of the rest of the staff, who work hard to make the stay comfortable. If I would link the breakfast to the overall stay when rating, it could unfortunately bring down the impression of the entire experience. It need huge attention this area honestly.

The ambiance throughout the hotel is exceptional, classic yet modern, with every detail meticulously crafted to create a feeling of sophistication and comfort. My room was stunning: spacious, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable, with every amenity I could possibly need.

- Attention to details, even with minor hiccups that we dint complain about, management recognized and offered a kind gift
- GYM within Dorchester is not good and needs to be changed
- Commuting to the GYM in 45 parklane is bothersome, and lack of proper spa facilities within the main building.
