Room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. Very pleased to have an iron and ironing board. Fresh milk was a bonus. Did not avail myself of the mini bar, but it seemed to very well stocked.

Fun Shoreditch hotel near great restaurants (and easy to get to the City or go further East), with chic Soho House–style decor, super comfy beds, and amazing steam showers (though we once got an accessible room without one—staff made up for it with breakfast when they couldn’t move us). Cute ground-floor bar, but small and fills up fast. Nice you can use your Virgin flier miles to pay for rooms.
Stylish, well-equipped rooms with great minibar options—but on the small side, so worth upgrading if you’ve got lots of luggage. Rooftop restaurant boasts great views (right by the tiny heated guest pool), but the menu feels a bit scattered and underwhelming.

Shower overflows and fills the full bathroom with water. Loud music from downstairs until 2am. Not worth the 240 per night!!

The hotel has a great atmosphere, thanks to its welcoming staff and the distinctive design typical of a Virgin Hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The wellness area is also top, and the treatments are very good. Its proximity to the City of London is also a big advantage.
As a frequent traveler, I really appreciated this stay.

Staff went above and beyond, knowing it was an special anniversary for us and making sure there were little things about the stay that made it extra special. We loved the bed, suite, rooftop pool, staff were exceptional. Room was quiet given the very central location.
Very small niggles - we struggled to get into the hotel bar both nights, it would be great to keep some tables free for guests or to recommend booking ahead to avoid getting turned away.
