Comfy and large bed, well cleaned and maintained. Big bathroom with his and hers sink. Lots of extra touches which made the stay memorable. Location was perfect for us, close to underground with lots of food and drink options near by.
Breakfast was underwhelming, poor value for money. We didn’t have this included, so unsure if included breakfast is different. £11 for 2 eggs and one piece of toast. Much better options in the area. Private party in rooftop bar that meant we couldn’t access this area and loud music noise heard from room which disturbed sleep on a Sunday evening.

Lovely staff they had decorated my Daughters room with balloons and a cake for her birthday which was really thoughtful.

Room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. Very pleased to have an iron and ironing board. Fresh milk was a bonus. Did not avail myself of the mini bar, but it seemed to very well stocked.

Fun Shoreditch hotel near great restaurants (and easy to get to the City or go further East), with chic Soho House–style decor, super comfy beds, and amazing steam showers (though we once got an accessible room without one—staff made up for it with breakfast when they couldn’t move us). Cute ground-floor bar, but small and fills up fast. Nice you can use your Virgin flier miles to pay for rooms.
Stylish, well-equipped rooms with great minibar options—but on the small side, so worth upgrading if you’ve got lots of luggage. Rooftop restaurant boasts great views (right by the tiny heated guest pool), but the menu feels a bit scattered and underwhelming.

The hotel has a great atmosphere, thanks to its welcoming staff and the distinctive design typical of a Virgin Hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The wellness area is also top, and the treatments are very good. Its proximity to the City of London is also a big advantage. As a frequent traveler, I really appreciated this stay.
