This was minor stuff: Its s bit to pricey for what you get, steam shower in room worked poorly and the Scent which was sprayed all over the hotel automatically

The beds were comfy and the staff were friendly.
I thought it was very expensive due to the fact the whole holiday we didn’t once get our room cleaned or towels changed or even toilet paper. We had to go and purchase toilet paper and our towels we had to dry ourselves they were still damp. We have spoken amongst ourselves and due to this fact we wouldn’t recommend to anyone as the room facilities weren’t up to standard. Our room key also took ages to work and had us waiting around a lot. I think some sort of reimbursement would be fair seen as the hotel really wasn’t all as it was described. I didnt take photos as i didnt know how to even document this

Absolutely stunning hotel - very comfy bed, luxurious rooms, reception staff lovely!
The staff on the top floor (roof bar/breakfast room) were not helpful at all. We went up for a drink in the evening where staff took our order and then vanished for 15 minutes. After this time we asked how long the drinks would be, to find they had ran out of the cocktail we had ordered but did not think to tell us. We ended up leaving after 20 minutes not having a drink. In the morning we went for breakfast, to find multiple dirty tables not cleaned. Orders were taken however again we did not get our drinks order (tea and coffee) for another 15 minutes. When they did arrive, the order was wrong and the correct drink was another 20 minute wait. The breakfast arrived with no sausage so we asked why and they said they had ran out but forgot to tell us. We then had to ask for extra bacon as substitute but this never arrived at all. We were in the breakfast hall just over and hour and we heard other mistakes being made whilst being there. They got someone’s bill wrong twice and another customer also complained about not being told there was no sausage.

Staff were great and the room was beautiful. The bed was extremley comfortable and the steam shower was a great bonus (alongside the underfloor heating). Location was perfect; especially if you're staying in East London.

Comfy and large bed, well cleaned and maintained. Big bathroom with his and hers sink. Lots of extra touches which made the stay memorable. Location was perfect for us, close to underground with lots of food and drink options near by.
Breakfast was underwhelming, poor value for money. We didn’t have this included, so unsure if included breakfast is different. £11 for 2 eggs and one piece of toast. Much better options in the area. Private party in rooftop bar that meant we couldn’t access this area and loud music noise heard from room which disturbed sleep on a Sunday evening.

Lovely staff they had decorated my Daughters room with balloons and a cake for her birthday which was really thoughtful.
