Good location, clean, great staff, comfortable bed.
Rooftop was closed for private event but I was not told in advance. Accessible room shower did not seem set up to manage spread of water and not enough towels to cope it meaning room outside bathroom was slippery and dangerous.

The hotel is beautiful and location is really good. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was above expectations. Staff were all lovely, friendly yet professional. It's a,shame I didn't get to try the swimming pool. Regarding breakfast, despite not having it at the hotel, I could see it's buffet and looked like there was plenty on offer. Other reviews mention breakfast was poor/not enough choice, but I believe this refers to guests who opted to have breakfast in the room. I will be having breakfast there next time.
General public using the lifts to access the rooftop bar and basement club - large groups of young adults, very noisy and going to great lengths to get the perfect Instagram photo.
The hotel charges/blocks £100/night to cover potential damages to the room, use of the mini bar, etc. This will be refunded if no charges are required. Unfortunately, I feel this isn't clearly communicated at the time you book your stay.

From the moment we entered the staff and hotel surpassed our expectations. From checking in to requesting ice, a great experience.. the room was lovely, and very comfortable & clean. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and fulfilling.

We had the best staycation with our dog. We got an upgrade - the one bedroom suite was absolutely amazing. The staff were fantastic - Jonathon and the manager were so lovely on the front desk and all the staff were great with our dog. Location was great for restaurants and bars. The hotel gym and other facilities were great too. Also had lovely interactions with other guests throughout our stay, just positive vibes all round. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable bed and quiet room, despite there being a private party going on until the early hours..
This hotel is a great location for us being so close to Liverpool Street.
Breakfast was a bit average and many of the items had run out and weren't replenished.
