Loved the suite, Loved the decor, Loved the bathroom and especially the steam shower! Great terrace, Great location.
Only had 1 chair on our terrace, pool not available all the time as its separately owned and closed during corporate functions.

Good location, the room was nice
Booked a king bed room but received a queen twin room. The bathroom was lovely but it wasn’t spotlessly clean and the sink was very marked/chipped.

Offered swimming pool but very small, is smaller than picture shows, no where to relax by it either.
Room was very small but bathroom amazing.
It’s not a very good location to see the sights.
Breakfast in the price was ok not great.

Excellent service and lovely rooms and onsite facilities.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, stylish and clean, and area offers convenient amenities.
There are also convenient transport links into the city centre and surrounding area.

Was able to check in early,.
Rooms nice and cool during heat wave.
Enough space in the room - normal size for London.
Breakfast was small selection of lukewarm food - very disapointed asked for money back and had breakfast elsewhere the the second night of our stay.
Left the room at 8am - got back in at 4pm and the room was still unmade - had to ask them to make up the room
