Room is lovely and well defined. Great bedding etc.
Staff is untrained and not that friendly … very confusing set up with restaurant not being part of the hotel and overall just not 5 stars sadly.

Room was incredible loved the steam shower! Staff were amazing. Loved the personalised recommendations that you could access prior to arrival aswell. Were able to check in early which was a bonus! Hidden grooves bar was very cool and a fab espresso martini! Great gym.
Pool and pool area is quite small.
