Bed was comfy, location great. Rooftop pool was nice and warm!
Room was tiny for the price and there was a loud extractor fan or something similar right outside our room that we could hear all night. The bathroom sink kept making a gurgling sound all through the night as well which also kept us awake.

Wonderful
gorgeous room, comfortable bed and loved all the additional robes, slippers and mini bar. Staff were so pleasant on arrival and throughout the stay and the whole weekend was lovely.
it was all great, only criticism was waiting a while for a coffee the next morning when on the roof terrace but we hadn't booked, the coffee was lovely and pricing reasonable too.

Location & clenliness of the hotel
Top terrace & pool, didnt like the staff - too pushy. Just wanted to see the access to the pool- felt i should have been purchasing a drink if i need to be-there

Great location
Restricted access to facilities advertised as available ie couldn’t use the pool or pool bar in the evening due to private events. There was no prior warning about this and no offer of compensation

The beds were really comfortable and we loved the steam shower and outdoor pool.
Was expecting a third bed for my daughter rather than her sharing a bed with her sister, so the room was a little cramped. Breakfast was served by very friendly staff but the wait on the Sunday was over an hour and the portion sizes were small on the Saturday and even smaller on the Sunday and the accaii bowl was room temperature.

The room, while small, was really comfortable. The facilities were lovely. The rooftop bar was a really nice bonus to the trip and the pool was relaxing.
In the toilet of room 416, the sink had parts that were flaked off and not repaired.
The pool was quite dirty, filled with bugs and plants, however I went in it at 4pm in the afternoon so it might've not been like that earlier.

Room was very well laid out and was really well decorated. Although it wasn't very big it didn't feel cramped.
The Hidden Grooves bar was a nice place to finish of the evening.
The in room media was well below the standard you would expect. No connectivity to cast to the screen and the apps available on the TV (Netflix & Amazon) didn't work. This meant it was only Freeview available.
The service on the 7th Floor rooftop restaurant and bar was slow and wasn't up to the standard I would expect for this quality of hotel. It took so long to be seated that we decided to move on somewhere else.
When you pay a bit more for this type of hotel its the little touches that matter and the service didn't meet our expectations.
