Lovely room, good location.
Milk in room was off, bathroom door didn’t work as off it’s roller but when I reported, there was an accusatory air! Took £100 over the cost on arrival but refused to provide any proof of this credit when leaving.

The staff at reception were fabulous, friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed.
The breakfast (which is provided by a different company on the rooftop bar on floor 7) was incredibly slow. Whilst there was a very helpful and pleasant young lady who provided excellent service, and apologised and brought us extra OJ, she seemed to be trying to get the 2 young men to work. When we arrived at the restaurant, no one came to greet us so we went inside the restaurant. We were then told by one of the male staff that his colleague would come and see to us. This took a while. Everything took Longer than it needed to. From arriving to finishing breakfast (hot drink, orange juice and a warm breakfast) was about an hour and a quarter. Whilst the flood was good, we had to wolf it down as we were due to check out out any minute. We had been warned that the hotel had been having problems, and that they could recommend somewhere else for breakfast, we had already spent £50? To include breakfast in our room rate.

Very small, and we were told the roof terrance bar/pool area was closed for the 2 nights we stayed for private events. It might have been nice to have been notified of this in advance . Also we were u able to claim virgin points because we booked through here, so that was quite disappointing

Room and beds are very comfortable Reception staff excellent
Bar Facilities are run by a separate company. Didn't have space in the downstairs bar at 7pm for a drink. Tried upstairs on the rooftop bar but was told we couldn't just have drinks we had to order food as well, so we had to find a bar away from the hotel just to enjoy a drink

Small but perfectly functional room very comfortable bed Ribana in the fantastic cocktail bar was outstanding please compliment her More than dog friendly but had to double check by phone after booking Loved the casual staff uniforms and general ambience of the hotel Food in restaurant good quality
Nobody told me there was a dog menu on the TV until I checked out ! Revolving front door Bit of a wait for lifts Thin towels Soap dispensers poor No snacks in mini bar Top floor restaurant bill not chargeable to room ..... Very inconvenient and embarassing.. Not told on checking in ... Why ? Breakfast fruit juice small glass £4.50 mainly ice... Bit of a con I fear

Locations great. Facilities v good and rooms great. Reception staff friendly and welcoming.
Restaurant was beautiful but service was very slow. It was not particularly busy either. This was poor.

The staff's communication, the cleanliness, and the quality of the environment are excellent. The notes left at check-in and check-out, and the small treats, make you feel special.
There was never anything I disliked directly. I just wish it were a little more affordable.

The hotel had a lovely music bar and roof bar. The room was very nice and great bed and pillows compared to other hotels in London.
Breakfast was very poor for a 5 star hotel and needs improving. We were given 2 miserable pastries no fruit was offered and it says 1 glass orange juice seriously 1 glass surely for price of room this should be offered more.
