woke up before 9am with at least 4 practice fire alarms, ridiculous to do it at that hour and sleep did not resume, in addition the room heater did not work, the maintenance man said it did it very much DID NOT, suspect turned off at the mains this is not acceptable for a room costing over £200, breakfast lukewarm and charged £35.44 for 2 small glass jars of nuts/chocolates

We had the best staycation with our dog. We got an upgrade - the one bedroom suite was absolutely amazing. The staff were fantastic - Jonathon and the manager were so lovely on the front desk and all the staff were great with our dog. Location was great for restaurants and bars. The hotel gym and other facilities were great too. Also had lovely interactions with other guests throughout our stay, just positive vibes all round. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable bed and quiet room, despite there being a private party going on until the early hours..
This hotel is a great location for us being so close to Liverpool Street.
Breakfast was a bit average and many of the items had run out and weren't replenished.

Bar Facilities are run by a separate company. Didn't have space in the downstairs bar at 7pm for a drink. Tried upstairs on the rooftop bar but was told we couldn't just have drinks we had to order food as well, so we had to find a bar away from the hotel just to enjoy a drink

The hotel was stunning and in a great location but what really put this hotel over the top was the service. The staff was always present and went above and beyond when British Airways lost my luggage. They shipped in from the hotel after we left back to our house. I truly couldn't imagine a nicer group of people working at a hotel. Will absolutely be staying there next time we're in London.

Fun Shoreditch hotel near great restaurants (and easy to get to the City or go further East), with chic Soho House–style decor, super comfy beds, and amazing steam showers (though we once got an accessible room without one—staff made up for it with breakfast when they couldn’t move us). Cute ground-floor bar, but small and fills up fast. Nice you can use your Virgin flier miles to pay for rooms.
Stylish, well-equipped rooms with great minibar options—but on the small side, so worth upgrading if you’ve got lots of luggage. Rooftop restaurant boasts great views (right by the tiny heated guest pool), but the menu feels a bit scattered and underwhelming.
