Loved the comfortable room and the incredible gym, best in any hotel I've stayed at before. The reception team were really awesome and helpful, especially on my last day checking out. Wifi was easy to use, in room service was good (I had a hot dog and it was very tasty).
No view. But not really an issue given the room was comfortable.

It was modern
The rooftop bar didn’t have beer on either of the days we were there. The downstairs bar didn’t have cold beer

Great hotel. Lovely room, comfortable bed and loved the pool on the roof. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Had a bit of trouble working the coffee machine. Just a suggestion leave instructions for those that are unfamiliar or stupid

Pleasant
Great location and lovely staff.
Junior suite was very disappointing. Not worth the extra money. Breakfast was average and coffee awful.

Wonderful
Found my new favorite hotel in London. Room was super comfortable. Loved that we could open the window for fresh air. Had a lovely birthday surprise waiting for me. Overall, definitely a great place to stay.
Breakfast was just horrible by any means. Rude staff, only filter coffee, the meals doesn’t match with the menu. Skipped breakfast once, even who we paid for it. Got Avocado toast without tomatoes and radish like it was on the menu. Needed to ask for the tomatos which is ridiculous. Didn’t even offer us a croissant. Skip breakfast option by any means.

Good
The hotel interior is beautiful and the staff were lovely.
The room number 212 cost was £297 with an additional unquoted £100 security deposit. The room should have been £381 + the deposit, but I booked a discounted offer, and even at this rate, it didn't include breakfast....
The room itself is not worth that sum of money.
There is no desk or even a chair. There was a small sofa and small round table, and a bed.
There was the usual tea and coffee within a drawer, but no kettle, just a pod based coffee machine.
There was a wireless charging pad for your phone, but it didn't work.
There was a lovely light up mirror, I guess for a woman to dry their hair, and put on make-up, but as I say no chair and you wouldn't be able to fit one in the space anyhow. There was also no plug anywhere near the mirror, so you'd have to dry your hair without seeing it.
I work in liability insurance, and the bathroom is an absolute accident waiting to happen. The shower does not completely drain to its floor cut out, and the surface of the bathroom is completely flat slick tiles. Instead, the water runs into the bathroom itself, all over the floor - an absolute slipping hazard. I have had two head injuries in the past, and it got to the point I said to the person that I was with that I refuse to go in there.
As lovely as everything looks, we won't be staying again.
