Extremely comfortable beds and pillows, smart fixtures and fittings and plenty of space in the bathroom with the double sink. Comfy bathrobes too. Lovely, stylish shared areas and very friendly staff.
The bathroom sliding door was a bit awkward and left a small gap - not soundproof! Minor niggle though.

Breakfast is simply not tasty, slow service and very limited menu, no vegetables and no option for anything not fried or full of oil. I understand you are English and there are English breakfasts but this is 2025 - move on

Room was nice and bathroom spacious. Quality of furniture in the room was decent and the bed was comfy.
Rooftop space and pool is not what you advertise, space is cramped and poorly maintained and service was slow and not with a smile.
Breakfast was also not up to an edible standard and being told to pay for coffee and juices is unacceptable considering the price paid
Pillows were dreadful, when we ask for additional ones we were told that wasn’t possible

Everything, I don’t recall a single moment that weren’t having a brilliant time. Facilities and location are 10/10 - heated rooftop pool, and the outdoor work/lunch terrace is great.
The gym is kitted out with top of the range machines and everything else I would ever need, especially loved hitting the bag and clean bag gloves provided (help yourself and return policy) I used the gym every day at least once throughout our 3(n)/4(d) visit.
Special shout out to the Hotel staff for their kind and caring hospitality! Especially CeJay for being so accommodating and patient with our slightly obscure, yet awesome gender reveal. CeJay we will never forget you!
