Lovely and helpful staff, good location, clean and good facilities
Not many places to sit by the pool and the pool needs a clean. Debris was gathered all round the corners of the pool

Overall the hotel has a very youthful vibe and all facilities are very well thought out.
Unfortunately the pool wasn't operational due to a technical glitch with the filtration system.

Bed and pillows so comfortable and good sized bathroom and nice and quiet.
Room we chose a little too small and tight for space.

Staff were great location is good for east London areas and rooms were lovely
Virgin have rented the roof top restaurant area out to a tenant so do not control it. Breakfast was average at best and the tenant has events meaning it’s not always accessible. The pool area is very small as is the pool itself.
