Fun Shoreditch hotel near great restaurants (and easy to get to the City or go further East), with chic Soho House–style decor, super comfy beds, and amazing steam showers (though we once got an accessible room without one—staff made up for it with breakfast when they couldn’t move us). Cute ground-floor bar, but small and fills up fast. Nice you can use your Virgin flier miles to pay for rooms.
Stylish, well-equipped rooms with great minibar options—but on the small side, so worth upgrading if you’ve got lots of luggage. Rooftop restaurant boasts great views (right by the tiny heated guest pool), but the menu feels a bit scattered and underwhelming.

Gym was beautiful. Bed was comfy. Loved the steam shower. Room service was prompt and accommodating.

Bar wasn’t available to customers. Tried to go at 10pm and told needed reservation. Pretty poor you can’t get a drink in your hotel bar.

We were visiting a friend who lives in the area so the hotel's location is very convenient
Breakfast is simply not tasty, slow service and very limited menu, no vegetables and no option for anything not fried or full of oil. I understand you are English and there are English breakfasts but this is 2025 - move on

Location was excellent. Rooftop bar and pool were lovely.
The breakfast was very poor. The help yourself read and coffees were cold. Items missing from orders from what was a poor menu offering.

The displayed room images are very misleading (photo reference attached) The breakfast is nonexistent. I waited to be seated but never did, when I approached the staff they replied with “sorry we are understaffed”.

Great location close to two underground stations and several bus routes. The hotel is charming and luxurious. The neighborhood is trendy and uscale with a vibrant nightlife. A variety of restaurants, bars, bistros, and other activites of interest.

We had a fantastic stay here when visiting London for my husbands 40th birthday. The hotel is in a great location in Shoreditch, 10-15 mins walk to Spitalfields and 25 minutes to Columbia Road flower market. The room was very comfortable and we had a nice surprise of cake and balloons. In particular the bathroom was very luxurious, especially the steam shower. We used the rooftop pool both days and also had a drink in Marlins. It was quieter than expected so no problems with service. We would definitely return and recommend.
