Location and atmosphere. Excellent staff and cleanliness.
Just one thing - the stream of water (water pressure) in the shower is weak.

The room was stunning. Very comfortable. The bathroom was something special!
Everything was amazing. My only note was that we had to wait 30 minutes for our drink to be brought over on the rooftop bar and it wasn’t busy. We ended up leaving before receiving the drink as it took too long

Very Good
The decor is sleek and classy and the rooms good sizes with everything you need. The housekeeping staff were great. The hotel location is perfect for getting around and a walk away from Old Street Station so ideal for location.
I was asked to paying £200 on arrival for a ‘deposit’ apparently it’s £100 a night for a deposit. This changes the cost (albeit temporarily) SIGNIFICANTLY and is an extortionate amount for a deposit that is then held by the hotel for days until relates back after you have left. Also we paid the extra for the pool and although is was lovely it’s nowhere near as big as it looks and was freezing.

Despite being on a busy street, the soundproofing was excellent. There was no street noise.

Disappointing
Room and steam shower are great. Pool however, is not clean and poorly maintained.
Breakfast options for a supposed 5 star hotel are very disappointing. Lots of small issues you do not expect at a 5 star hotel. Curtains in rooms don’t fully close so always a gap letting light in.

Pleasant
Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Location central for Shoreditch
Construction work was taking place in the hotel between 10am and 4pm but the drilling lasted longer. The entire hotel could hear it. If they had stated it on their website (I checked the price before using booking.com), we wouldn't have stayed there, it was sooo noisy.
Also, the prices in their bar for drinks was very expensive. I wouldn't stay again.

It's was super clean and had a great musically themed decor.
It's would have been better if the property has some sort of car parking options.

Modern, clean, friendly staff, quirky design details.
We ordered a dirty martini from rooftop bar, it took 20 minutes to make and it came out looking like dirty dishwater. (There was only 4 other customers on the roof) The waiter said they didn’t know how to make one and apologised.
The squid was dry, rubbery and shrivelled, the buratta was ok but didn’t come with anything to eat it with. Padron peppers were cold.
The view and decor is nice but didn’t rate the food and drink at all. Cost £80 for 2 drinks and 3 sides.

Room was clean, well proportioned and luxurious
Every thing was extra ££ didn’t even provide water without charge in room. Paid for hotel with a rooftop pool to relax in the London heat. Unfortunately when we went to use the pool we had to walk through the restaurant which was hosting unbearably load r&b/hip hop party to non hotel guests. Not the vibe for hotel guests.
Poolside area was tiny, no loungers. Pool was more a plunge size tub.

Great location for our trip, super comfy bed, excellent check-in and we really like the rooftop terrace and pool.
Reception staff were so polite and helpful. Such a credit to the hotel.

Wonderful
Gorgeous hotel! Trendy rooms, with everything you need in them. Comfy beds/pillows. We had a flying visit so didn’t get to use all of the facilities, but will definitely be back.
Shout out to Jonathan (?) on reception, who was super friendly and helpful!
Air con was controlled centrally so couldn’t turn it down cooler, but I’m sure we could have sorted that via reception if we’d stayed longer.

Loved the decor, felt quite decadent.
Toilet area lovely
Nothing much obviously a little restricted on space as only had a narrow space to get to other side of bed. But not much you can do about that
