Location was great and the hotel was clean and quiet even though there are so many rooms

Unpleasant smell in reception and in common areas. Rooms, especially the bathroom was far from clean. Noise from adjoining rooms. Window was dripping with condensation each morning.

The property smells so bad. Not clean. Even the rooms, they change the bed and towels every two days. If the towels were on the floor (not clean) they put them back on the hangers..

Great location, our room (Exec Twin) was very clean, quiet and well equipped, with an additional bed set up upon request. The two requests we made to housekeeping were very promptly fulfilled.

Strategic location close to Oxford Strret. Very nice breakfast though not that many selection. It’s halal friendly.
The inconvenient of using the hotel lifts. No porter to assist you with luggages.

The location is great. Walking distance to many shops and right next to a metro station. The room we booked was spacious and the our request for a quiet room was considered which made all the difference to our stay.
My friend arrived first, a while after the check-in time listed by the property and was informed that the room was still being prepared. She had to wait around an hour or so (took a walk around the property meanwhile cause the location is great. But still not convenient cause she needed to rest). Once she was given the room it turned out that the room’s door was not working properly, the lock didn’t work and it was hard to close the door. We contacted the staff about the issue and were given another room the next day. The door worked fine and it had a bathtub.
