The property was bright and clean. Staff were always on hand and helpful and so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was accessible which was excellent for myself and my friend who have mobility issues. The hotel was in a perfect location for our needs. Would definitely visit again.

Staff are all excellent Location
Gym have only 2 treadmills, but the one was not working properly, often stop instantly , technical trouble. Dirty passage, corridor everywhere

Disappointing
Location Views Size of the room
No house keeping done until 19.00 that day. So the whole day our bathrooms weren't cleaner, the bed wasn't made, the towels weren't changed, the cups weren't changed at the coffee station. We were unable to use any of the facilities for the whole day as housekeeping was not done till 19. 00 hours that day.
