Great location at Marble Arch, which was close to the galleries we visited. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful (despite a long check in queue). Asked for a quiet room and it was just that, and clean and comfortable.
Reception is in an open bar area which was packed and very noisy when we arrived about 5.30pm. Could barely hear the person on reception it was so noisy (although she was v patient and kept repeating til we heard). Quitened down as we passed through the area later.

Location is perfect for exploring London and shopping. Our room was a good size with complementary minibar that included water, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic drinks.
The lounge size has changed significantly. Also, the food that is offered has changed. Before you could order food, now it's more snacks. At 5pm, they have canapes, but if you have allergies, they are not suitable at all.

Our stay was as we hoped - convenient for central London. Our twin room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Thank you.
The lobby was very busy and noisy, but understandable with the number of people booking in at that time. The food at the Lerica Restaurant was tasty, and the Spanish ‘ambiance’ was good. We felt, however, that the service could have been faster, and the prices a little lower.
