Reception did not answer the phone promptly.
There was a blockage in the shower drain. Although the plumber fixed it, the problem occurred again.
The cleaning service was not satisfactory.

Wonderful
Friendly staff especially Marchin ( sorry if wrong spelling) and his twin brother Jack from the concierge section. They are very helpful and kind. Generally all are very friendly including those at the reception counter (Richard) and house keeping staffs. Hotel location are perfect.
