Location was superb, opposite March Arch, next door to the tube station, 27th the entrance at a side street behind the main road and shops. It had a luxury feel, though modern with all the music related decor it felt like a Hard Rock cafe. I liked that you needed a room key to access the lifts as it's a great security feature. The staff were super friendly and the doorman remembered us. Everything was spotless abd luxurious, and the bed super comfortable. Sound proofing was good, with, no noise from the street in the room, or from inside the hotel.
We booked a Gold King as it said it was more spacious, but if that was the room we were assigned at check in, it felt very tight, with minimal space round the bed, and the bathroom was also very small. If you opened the bathroom door it would get caught on the bathmat on the floor. And a second set of towels was in the top of the wardrobe, we had to hunt for them. Again a Gold King said bathrobes and slippers but we didn't notice them. The coffee machine was out but all the cups and tea stuff was also in the wardrobe, whereas there was a desk for it to be put on. For one night it was okay but it wouldn't have been enjoyable for a week.

An excellent located hotel, with a grandeur lobby. We had a executive room which was great and included anything you expect. The breakfast is another plus of this hotel. Easy check in and easy check out. Excellent hotel. We would like to single out Saleh the doorman - probably the best doorman we have ever met. He ensure to transmits his happiness and positivity to the hotel's guest. Great person.

Best location right on Marble Arch and Oxford street, and next to the tube station. Shops and restaurants are all within a minute walk. Room spacious and comfortable.

The cumberland hotel is brillant we had such a lovely stay here - central location at the top of Oxford street by Marble Arch - tube station right next door and the area around is lovely. Staff were really friendly and the sound bar is a must the cocktails and food there are exceptional.
I have no dislikes.

It was very close to Hyde Park.
The smell - it stinks of sewerage throughout the hotel. I ended up leaving at about 3am as I couldn’t take it any longer.

Absolutely the location
Although we reserved a king deluxe with more spacious room yet the furniture was too cheap and was not fit even they put some glue or else to cover the scratches on the table and there was a photo of a singer annoying above our heads The bathroom’s door of glass was so revealing. The lobby was too noisy of loud music
