I stayed at the Cumberland for one night due to the cancellation of my flight. The room was a bit small for the price I paid but the staff at every level were exceptionally helpful. The location was amazing too.
The size of the room for the price I paid. Because I had booked it on such short notice it was quite pricey. I booked it because I needed a one night stay and many of the hotels I looked at would not accept a one night stay. Also I did not know London very well and chose The Cumberland because I knew the area.
