Location is in an upmarket area, safe and secure.
The room had all its amenities in place and was very clean however, there was an intrusion during our stay. A person entered easily using a keycard. It was not an invited person and I did not like this event happening. I will think twice should I need to book a place in the same area because of this.

The accommodations provided a comfortable bed, a clean room, and a consistently hot shower. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful anniversary decorations arranged by the WOW team. The air conditioning system was very effective.
Despite the alleged upgrade, the room was basic and compact. We noted a limited number of hangers and had to request additional amenities such as tea bags. Furthermore, the dressing table lacked a mirror, with the only full-length mirror located in the entrance hall.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The highlights were definitely the breakfast, which offered a great selection, and the staff, who were all friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to the doorman, who was exceptionally courteous, always greeted us with a smile, and made us feel welcome every time we arrived or left the hotel.
There were, however, a few things we didn’t like. We felt the room was expensive for what it offered. The bathroom looked tired and could do with some updating. The glass bathroom door didn’t provide much privacy, which was disappointing. The bedside lighting was too bright and couldn’t be adjusted, making it difficult for one person to read while the other was trying to sleep. We also found the bed to be quite small, which affected our comfort.
