I decided to treat my daughter for her 18th birthday and for achieving a distinction in her A Levels, and I’m so glad I did! We had a truly remarkable stay at the Cumberland Hotel. We had a wonderful 3-nights in a twin room and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The hotel was very clean throughout, the staff were lovely and attentive, and we really appreciated having a mini fridge in the room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore London. A very special thank you to the WOW team for the lovely surprise arranged in the room for my daughter’s celebration. She truly LOVED IT! and it made her feel extra special. We received a complimentary tickets to Moco Museum London and Frameless, such an incredibly generous surprise that added even more magic to our break and created unforgettable memories. Another special thank you to Saleh the doorman, who greeted everyone with such warmth and professionalism. He was always friendly, welcoming, and gave us valuable recommendations. Overall, the Cumberland Hotel was an exceptional surpassed experience in the heart of London.
I was not expecting the additional £150 deposit, and I was very unhappy about it. It also took five days for the refund to be returned to my bank account, which was both inconvenient and frustrating.
