The staff were exceptional. Not a miserable face in site.
They know how to have a conversation which is unusual in this day and age and go above and beyond to help with anything.
The coffee machine. Some coffee bags would be nice for people like myself who couldn't get the machine to make a full coffee.
The lighting was confusing. I couldn't get just one bed side light on without the whole room lighting up which was frustrating as it ruined the calm being so bright.

Location is perfect near shops and restaurants. Room service was excellent they even called back to confirm my orders. Room was specious and cozy and bed was comfortable.
I was surprised the receptionist was not smiling or welcoming! I Also found some hair on the bathroom floor and shower. A small suggestion, replacing the pic frame over the desk with a mirror would be helpful, as the lighting in the room is not very good, and guests could make better use of the natural sunlight

The front desk was very helpful with changing my room at 76, I could not get in and out of the tub/shower. The sink was on the other side of the toilet so there was no support. The young man at reception desk was very supportive in making arrangements for my move.
My small piece of lobster that I had for dinner from Hell’s Kitchen which cost 22 pounds was not fully cooked. Therefore only ate the ends totally not worth the money.
