We have stayed here a few times since it was the Hard Rock and have always loved it, even after the change. The convenience of this hotel cannot be underestimated, especially for Hyde Park (BST), tube stations (Wembley) and Oxford Street! The staff are always friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The cocktails are delicious!
For this stay, in the Executive Room, it was noticed that the bath robes now have to be requested and no guitar bottle opener as standard. The mini fridge was not stocked as stated. It felt that the extras you pay for with the Exec Rooms are being cut back. Room service forgot things and had to come back.

Location, Cleanliness,
Pillows are very thin and uncomfortable. Bedsheets were not changed daily despite my request. Slow access to elevator.

Convenient for British Summer Time gig in Hyde Park.
Lovely foyer and bar area - stayed longer in there than meant to because of a rain storm and was perfect for gathering our group together to dry off before the concert.
An extra treat was The Beatles tribute band who were very entertaining.

Pleasant
Breakfast was great. Lots of choice and food was tasty and hot.
The rooms are not as expected for the price. Booked an accessible room but it had a shower over a bath with no grab handles! Eventually got moved but again shower wasn’t suitable for a wheelchair bound person and nowhere to sit down nor any grab handles. This needs addressing. The first room wasn’t overly clean either and both rooms look like their bathrooms are in need of an overhaul.

Can’t fault the location of this hotel and how clean the room was.
Paid for an upgrade to the room, but wish I hadn’t now. We were given access to an ‘exclusive’ room with drinks and snacks included. It was dark, warm and didn’t have any real atmosphere. Felt just like an airport lounge. What a shame it didn’t live up to expectations.

Very Good
The hotel is located right at the beginning of Oxford Street, with a metro station just across the road. It's within walking distance to many of London’s busiest and most popular spots. Clean rooms, a nice breakfast, and helpful staff.
Although the bar is very nice, unfortunately there aren’t enough staff working there. Considering how crowded it gets in the evenings, it can take up to 20 minutes to get your drink. There definitely needs to be extra staff at the bar in the evenings.
Other than that, the rooms were clean and nice — but very small.

I thought the location was perfect, and I absolutely loved the music theme of the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive.
The in-room TV wasn't the best.

Wonderful
Good sized room, with air conditioning and a small fridge. Room was clean quiet, with comfortable beds and a good Wi-Fi signal. Staff were helpful and friendly despite it being busy at check-in. Great location, steps from marble arch tube station, food options, a supermarket and the shops on Oxford Road.

Fair
A couple of staff were ok and the location is great for Hyde Park
Staff are unhelpful and treated me like I was an inconvenience. This happened the last time I stayed here too. What a shame, could be great but there is no personal connection with guests (in my case).
Rooms are ok at best, shoddy in areas, dirty in places.
