Great location, just next to Marble Arch station. The room was clean and cosy, and the breakfast was a treat. Staff were friendly and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has a great location, very convenient with direct access to the Underground and many bus lines. Breakfast was rich, fresh, and tasty, and after we raised our concerns the next day, the team did offer a refund for one night and complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated.
The check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived on Thursday at around 23:00 with a booking for two rooms, one with a king bed and one with twin beds, but the “king” room was actually two twins pushed together with a noticeable gap in the middle, not comfortable for a couple. The second room was missing a bed and was so small that there was basically no space for an extra bed. The duty manager came upstairs, decided a bed could fit only if the table was removed, but once the bed arrived very late at night there was no staff available to make it up because room service was closed. The duty manager then told me my wife should make the bed herself, which was rude and unacceptable. Overall this is a very large hotel and it felt understaffed, with slow elevators and service that did not feel professional or well managed.
