The deluxe king room was clean, and housekeeping did a very good job overall. Some staff members were genuinely warm, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was decent with a reasonable variety of options.
Service was inconsistent. Several staff members were unsure about basic hotel procedures, sometimes giving incorrect information or needing to refer questions to senior staff, which caused delays. I also received stained towels on two occasions, which was disappointing and not up to the expected standard. Additionally, the bed felt worn out and had noticeable bumps, which affected comfort during sleep.

Fantastic location, next to the underground and bus station. Lots of attractions, restaurants, historic sites and shopping areas within walking distance. Ideal for someone who has never been in London. Facilities are very fresh, and clean. Housekeeping staff are accurate and efficient. The hotel lobby is super busy with a lot of tourists, but we were given a VIP lounge, where fresh bakery, crisps and drinks were served. The Porter, Housekeeping and Lounge personnel are very helpful and friendly.
Our family was arriving from various countries and my spouse arrived earlier than I. Receptionists did not allow her to check in because the booking was made on my name (despite of the evidence presented). I then sent a message with the instructions via Booking.com messenger and receptionist told me that they have no time to check it. They have asked me to send an email instruction with the copy of my passport which I did and this was ignored too, so my family had to wait in a crowded area until I arrived. The reception staff were extremely rude to my family and this almost spoiled our stay. Big thanks to the rest of the hotel staff for the hospitality and support.

Location is really nice makes the price worth it
Service was so bad no one would answer our calls and if they did we would have to wait 30-40 minutes to get what we asked for. Room was extremely dirty since we first entered there was hairs in the bathroom sink, there was only 1 mirror to share and only 1 tissue box in the bathroom. We came before and it was shocking to see how bad the service and cleanliness were.

Overall, the hotel was fine, but I felt the room was a bit small for the price. The king-size bed was smaller than expected, and the towels could use some updating. With a few improvements, the experience would be better.
