Although the hotel is huge the people make you feel so welcome.Sarah at breakfast was one of the best: she was looking at everyone if needs something
The people in the reception were smiling ( someone was dressed in a pet costume)
The concierge was very helpful and always fast ( the twins were flying everywhere)
When I ask from housekeeping she ran to bring it to me .

No fault of hotel
just main entrance small tight extremely busy all time hard to get in & out and location of suitcase drop always busy with people also hard to manoeuvre around to get to the lifts
