Hell's Kitchen a great addition - the reason I chose the hotel in the first place. I loved my experience there.
Not strictly the hotels fault but I had very inconsiderate neighbours who spoke very loudly until 2am and who refused to be quiet so I had a poor night's sleep and felt groggy for the working day, so I assume the walls are very thin. Reception very noisy - loud music playing.

Location, staff, clean, air conditioned perfectly for the hot weather
Check in queue needs to be improved, there was a huge queue at 3pm for something that should be much quicker these days Shower did not drain well, but we didnt mention it either.

Was a perfect trip to stay here. But what was the most exceptional was the staff, specifically. I was having a very rough day with a 40 week pregnant wife, in a heatwave, having been scammed by our previous accomodation. When I arrived Sabella at the front desk took great care of us, and even found us a room with a double bed (since the only thing left I could book was a twin). What's more, she then sent up a card wishing us well with a bottle of of 0 alcohol fizz! She genuinely changed our entire day, stay and it meant we were so relaxed when our child was born just 2 days later Thank you Sabella and team!

Good value considering Wimbledon has started. Great location at Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Clean room, comfy bed and big TV. Nice view of street scene below. Very little noise.
Crowded reception, Walked far with heavy suitcase to find the room, dated fittings.
