Overall it was nice, except I left my cap and n the room, I went back after an hour to get it. And they couldn’t find it. The double room was good the triple room was cramped. I liked the expression machine in the room.

Location is great, breakfast was very good and varied, room size (park view) was decent.
Me and my noted that some of the service staff working in breakfast restaurant are rude and not respectful. The other thing I didn't like was the room is expensive, but I guess these are London prices.

Location. It is at the beginning of Oxford road and 1 minute walk from Marble Arch underground station. This is my 2nd time to come here. Lobby is big and nice to set and relax Elevator ? grouping system
There is no flexibility in the check in and check out time. Check out time is 11 AM with 1 hr max of possible extension. Crowded so they might need to increase the number of setting area in the lobby.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and went above and beyond. Rooms really clean and comfortable and great breakfast. Hells Kitchen restaurant was fabulous, wonderful food and brilliant staff. Will definitely stay again!

Dear Hotel Management, I honestly do not know how to adequately express my shock and disappointment regarding what happened to me during my stay at your hotel. In all my years of travelling and staying in hotels, I have never experienced anything so disturbing, unacceptable, and unprofessional. On the final night of my stay, I contacted the reception desk to request a late check-out. I was informed that the standard check-out time was 11:00 AM, but that an exception would be made, allowing me to stay until 12:00 PM. I thanked the staff member for this arrangement and returned to my room, under the clear understanding that I had been granted this additional time. However, at approximately 11:20 AM the following morning, something completely unacceptable occurred. A member of your staff knocked on my door and proceeded to open it, despite the fact that I had placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. The staff member then called out to me. I cannot begin to explain how frightened and alarmed I was by this incident. I was asleep, and suddenly found myself in a situation where a hotel employee had knocked on my door, opened it, and called out to me despite the Do Not Disturb sign being displayed. This was a deeply unsettling experience that made me feel that my privacy and personal security had been disregarded. When I approached the door, the staff member informed me that my check-out time was approaching and that I would have to pay if I wished to extend my stay. Given that I had just been startled awake and was still shaken by what had happened, I immediately paid the additional charge at the door. I would like to raise two very serious questions: 1. Was this employee authorised to enter or open the door to my room under these circumstances, particularly when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed? 2.

The room was annoying the fridge made noise, the door brings in light from the outside corridor, the ac didnt work properly everyday, the beds are always uncomfortable and the top mattress piece moves when your sleeping and all pillows are bad and unsupportive

I did not like that the decorative pillows were placed on the bed everyday, they never get their cover replaced, they must be so filthy... the shower door remained 3cm open and water leaked out.

Loud activity just outside my bedroom window beginning at 4:30am and continuing through the morning as several suppliers accessed what I assumed was a loading dock for the hotel.

One of the receptionists was not at all helpful—I don't know her name—but she was the one who booked us into the bad room. We immediately asked a colleague of hers to change it, and he was truly excellent and changed our room..

The location is ideal as the hotel is next to Marble Arch tube station. Hyde Park and the shops of Oxford Steeet are easily accessible by foot. Breakfast is very busy but there is a wide variety of food available.
There was a horrible smell in the room which seemed to be coming from the air conditioning/heating vents. It smelled like sewage which made it difficult to feel comfortable or to sleep. The staff were friendly but check in took along time as did booking our breakfast.. I have no idea why it was so complicated and when we turned up at the breakfast place the next morning there was no record of our booking. The lift system is unnecessarily complicated.
