I had been bothered by noises from outside of my room. I think doors need more saelability. For example - staying nearby elevators, i could hear sound from elevator all nights during my sleep and that made me uncomfortable but it was manageable.

Very nice location, easy to move around the city from the hotel.
Television in room didn’t work, nor did ice machine on floor. When I called to complain tv didn’t work, was told it would be replaced, but was shocked when staff woke me up at 1am to replace the television. Upon finishing installing the TV about 1:15am, I was told the TV wouldn’t be able to work until it was programmed. So what was the point of waking me in the middle of the night? Overall pretty disappointed with my stay.

The deluxe king room was clean, and housekeeping did a very good job overall. Some staff members were genuinely warm, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was decent with a reasonable variety of options.
Service was inconsistent. Several staff members were unsure about basic hotel procedures, sometimes giving incorrect information or needing to refer questions to senior staff, which caused delays. I also received stained towels on two occasions, which was disappointing and not up to the expected standard. Additionally, the bed felt worn out and had noticeable bumps, which affected comfort during sleep.

Great location close to Marble arch tube and easy walking distance to many areas. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Will stay again
