Good
Location, a bit affordable hotel, quick in-room service
I don’t like the system where allow us to check in at 3 p.m. and check out at 11 a.m. ( I paid until 3 p.m. late check out as 30 pounds/ hour),
When I booked the twin executive room my preference was upper floors, got surprised when I arrived London with my family and a baby as they offer me a room at first floor, informing me if I want upper floors it would take up to 3 to 4 hours preparation which actually disappointing.

Ambience in foyer/bar etc was lovely. Fun and yet relaxed
We had stayed before and had a lovely room facing Oxford Street. This time the room was small and faced inward. There was too much furniture in the room with a desk right over the window making it impossible to reach window to open it. A very dull and dreary room. Would hate to see it in winter!!

Location
It wasn’t clean. The bathroom room door has a space on the corner that you can see through it. Bed sheets are not clean. Too packed with people due to its small lobby and the lobby furniture wasn’t clean. And the hotel smells bad.

Pleasant
The location of the hotel is a selling point.
Overused towels and bedsheets, food under the beds from previous visitors.

Room # 8113 bathroom unsafe since toilet was between the sink & tissue holder which fixed to the wall no space to sit probably which cause injury to me , I raised complain by calling the reception but no action

Excellent breakfast , room was lovely and clean , and a good view of marble arch , great location for Hyde Park and shopping!
My grandaughter left her new stuffed toy from buckingham palace in the room, when asked if they found anything when cleaning ,the staff said no it hadn't been located ....
