Good
Location, breakfast the lounge and complimentary mini bar in room. Free WiFi
I didn’t like having to ask to have the mini bar restocked as it was empty when we got into the room. Attention to detail. The room didn’t feel like it matched the title of executive king. Felt like a standard room you’d get in most hotels

Exceptional
This property is in an excellent location to tubes and buses. Also great walking distance to the main shopping streets if you like a nice walk out.
The staff are amazing super friendly and always on hand to help.
The smell of the hotel as you walk in is beautiful I can’t describe it but it smelt luxurious.
We stayed in an executive room but for three people with an extra bed added to our room. It was enough space for us as we didn’t spend alot of time in the room. The rooms were super clean, fluffy towels every day, room service and crisp bedding.
Room service was available which we loved. Maybe offer some fries on the menu, but other than that there is a great choice.
I’d recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to London and I will certainly be booking again.

Exceptional
Our room was spacious and had a great view down Park Lane, eventhough we were on the front of the hotel there was little traffic noise.
Breakfast was everything you could want it to be with all the usual choices.
The restaurant and bar options were great.
The doorman was always cheerful and pleased to see us.
Housekeeping removed the robes and did not replace. They also left spare linens in the room. These things made it look like the job had been rushed and not done thoroughly.
