Staff, location, ambiance, safety vibe.
The faucet in the bathtub was broken. The top part where the capsule is placed was dirty. This part might not be very visible, so I wanted to mention it. Its appearance prevented us from drinking our coffee.

Really liked the vibe of the hotel which was upbeat and modern, Staff was really friendly a greeted you warmly especially on the door. The family room was a good size with comfortable beds and plenty of storage.
The only thing i would say was the reception was quite noisy with fairly loud music playing but this was the vibe of the hotel so hardly a criticism.

The location is conveniently close to shopping areas and offers easy access to a wide variety of Mediterranean restaurants.
The hotel’s interior layout can be a bit confusing, especially when trying to find your room.

Location was fine, overall hotel cleanliness fine.
Room was pathetic for price charged. It is like a boarding house room with a single bed, very small but room charged out at the same price as a normal sized room. I will not return, there is so much other choice.
