The hotel was very nice, quiet, and comfortable. Even though the room was a bit small, it was well designed and cozy. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.
The only downside was that the room size was a bit small, but it did not affect the overall comfort

Perfect location. Has a doorman, so I felt safe that there is visible security. Appreciate that a key card is needed to access floors.

Very good location - London is so easy to walk around. The surrounding area felt safe too even late at night. Nice attention to detail: mentioned it being my husband's birthday and we received complimentary drinks, a birthday card confetti and a small box of chocolates
The bed was slightly lumpy but very nice and clean bedding.
