Renovation Location
I booked an executive twin and got a normal twin and they didn’t give an access to the lounge and also they didn’t let me check in early nor late check out, I am very disappointed

We had a great time at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean at all places. The location is absolutely fantastic. Close to central line underground station and major bus stations that can take everywhere you want to go. Overall we felt great, and secured at this hotel.
Just that our room was a bit small but it's really not a big deal.

The hotel is in a good location and very comfortable, nice bar in the foyer and generally it met my expectations if a little expensive.
The hotel is expensive even for London. It is very bust so there are long waits for reception and the lifts. The quality of the food and variety at breakfast is very good but the room is packed and its a proper scrum to get your meal. You have to queue for a coffee machine which is sometimes monopolised by staff who are taking multiple coffees to a table despite it being self service. I am not sure how that worked, special customers get special treatment.

Location was ok
Didn't have breakfast as my booking says it is included by only if you pay 24 pounds extra. That is not the definition of included! The room as cold, with lot's of humidity and the air controls are fake as none of them caused any changes to the temperature. Carpet is dirty and a piece of something very sharp at the entrance of the toilet door, like a glass shard or something metallic pierced my foot. The check in experience was very poor with lots of staff but not a huge amount of customer awareness. Seems like a place to process customers which is very different to customer service, for over 250 a night!
