The beauty of the property is undeniable, but what truly makes this hotel extraordinary is its soul: the flawless yet deeply human service, the extraordinary attention to detail, and the remarkable sense of calm and ease created by every member of the team.
Every interaction felt natural, warm and perfectly executed. Nothing ever felt rigid or transactional — only thoughtful, gracious and incredibly fluid. From the concierge team to breakfast service, housekeeping and the Aman Spa, every detail contributed to what felt like a rare form of modern luxury: effortless comfort.
The Connaught does not simply offer a stay — it creates a feeling. We left genuinely rested, inspired and already dreaming of returning.
