The staff were wonderful; very helpful and accommodating. The property itself is a beautiful building and the location is good…and the room had a bath.
The room was a little tired. Whilst the furniture is beautiful, very good quality and completely in keeping with the period of the building, some of it is I. Need of French polishing or replacing as it looked tatty.

Great location Comfortable and clean Friendly staff
Room fairly snug as was the bed. After booking (non refundable) they advised an additional optional charge of £15 per night “to be shared among the staff”. This is in addition to a 15% service charge which is added to any additional services such as drinks in the bar etc. I think that this should be advised before booking or just included in the headline price.

The location, facility, and overall staff service.
Overall, staff hospitality was exceptional. I guess just consistency as there were a few instances wherein I wasn't attended to (mostly, not immediately) as expected. But these were negligible, as in totality everything and everyone were phenomenal.

The location is excellent—within walking distance of theaters, shopping, groceries, restaurants, bakeries! The staff is very attentive—even offered us umbrellas in the rain. I never came across a staff member who wasn’t friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The cookies and macarons were a nice touch in the evenings. Our family has stayed there 3 times; a definite 4th is in the future!
