Location, style and decor, ambience. Staff really were exceptional, though. Went above and beyond in a manner I’ve rarely seen, professionally and courteous yet comfortingly casual too. From the chambermaid to the concierge.
Room was a little pokey for a superior king, I thought.

Fabulous stay for a couple of West End musicals. All members of the hotel team are to be commended for their cheerful and helpful attitude. Excellent breakfast in peaceful surroundings.

The hotel staff and overall comfort were extremely welcoming. The location was also excellent — I can easily say it ranks among the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far.
On the first day, my room was on the 6th floor and unfortunately there was some noise coming from the air conditioning, which was quite uncomfortable. However, my room was changed immediately, and I truly appreciated the prompt support.
Yes, the food and drinks were on the expensive side, but the quality of service I received definitely made it worth it. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
The only thing I would have preferred was to have just a minibar in the room.

Gorgeous property! Very convenient with a short walk to Green Park, shopping and food. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Bathroom has a gorgeous deep tub and hot water is plentiful.
My one and only complaint is that there was construction/renovation happening during our stay and it was quite noisy during a few periods.
