We only stayed at The Chesterfield Mayfair for one night, but it definitely made an impression! The location was excellent, and our room was very comfortable. We especially loved the bed, the incredibly soft pillows, and the cozy robes.
The staff was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, gave us great recommendations for dinner, and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay.
We only wish we had been able to stay longer! We would absolutely stay at The Chesterfield Mayfair again and plan to spend more time here on our next trip to London.

The location was great, the room was fine.
The room was bit small and old fashioned. It needed some upgrading - e.g. the trim on the wall paper/cloth around the air-conditioning vent was dirty and needed to be cleaned or replaced.

The bar in the evening with piano and breakfast in the restaurant. (Excellent!).

The location was no 1. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely.
I had dinner in Butlers on the first night. My Portuguese waitress was very friendly & the food was very tasty.
