The hotel staff and overall comfort were extremely welcoming. The location was also excellent — I can easily say it ranks among the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far.
On the first day, my room was on the 6th floor and unfortunately there was some noise coming from the air conditioning, which was quite uncomfortable. However, my room was changed immediately, and I truly appreciated the prompt support.
Yes, the food and drinks were on the expensive side, but the quality of service I received definitely made it worth it. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
The only thing I would have preferred was to have just a minibar in the room.

Gorgeous property! Very convenient with a short walk to Green Park, shopping and food. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Bathroom has a gorgeous deep tub and hot water is plentiful.
My one and only complaint is that there was construction/renovation happening during our stay and it was quite noisy during a few periods.

Bedding was so soft, staff were impeccable with their attentiveness, room was lovely although bathroom was quite small. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The staff was courteous and attentive! Everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and quiet. We had breakfast included and it was very good. Great location to walk to Buckingham Palace. The hotel is about 6-8 min from the tube.

Location, bar staff were excellent, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast service was terrible. Slow service, rude staff, cold food, wrong orders.
