Beautiful hotel set in the heart of Mayfair. Restaurant and food were superb, The area has many top class places to eat and drink, and close to all that London has to offer.
Not much to complain about! All staff are friendly and helpful! Would ave liked a selection of snacks in the room on arrival, but otherwise superb

Our go-to London hotel. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely room for both stays. Nice breakfast room and choices. When the Wi-Fi didn’t work in our first room, they immediately moved us to another.

The service of the staff is impeccable, and the location is great to explore the neighbouring areas.
This is one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I have ever had. The bed was not big, yet it was put together by to single beds which made it feel as if they were seperating as I slept in the middle. It was very uncomfortable, and unfortunately I did not have a good night sleep at all. I also do not like that I was charged a service fee of 15 pounds per night, with no explanation as what this was for.
