The hotel and its staff were wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. The location was great for what we needed.
Was not happy with the restaurant. Our first breakfast was disappointing. Ordered pancakes and got a few very small pancakes that were dry and hard. I couldn't eat them. We did not eat at the restaurant after that. There are really good restaurants in Mayfair to visit instead.

The staff is superb, always helpful.
The dry cleaning. Please get a better one for your guests/ You are way too classy a hotel to have to return stained clothing to your guests.
I did not care for going down on my knees to remove a big box where my coffee utensils and milk, etc . were every single day. I was not explained where everything was at my arrival, by the way, and that was a very inconvenient thing to do on a daily basis.

We spend very little time in the hotel given everything there was to see an do in London.
What time we did spend there in the evenings, was comfortable with very attentive and polite staff.

This is a true British experience complete with a door man and friendly staff. The accomodations were first class. The location was complete with nearby local shops and restaurants.

Based on the age of the property, bathrooms are very small and lack usual comfort expected from a 4-star establishment.
