I really liked the location, and the valet parking was very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.
The room felt a little dated, although my wife did like the mirrors in the bathroom for her makeup. The breakfast was disappointing and quite expensive for what we had.

Great location for touring London and shopping /theatre in and around Mayfair.
The 15 pound per day gratuities automatically added to the bill. Should have only been added at our option not the hotel. I prefer to tip directly those who help me.
