Just north of Tower Bridge, this friendly and comfortable hotel is near to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the 'Gherkin', the river and St Katharine Docks. Free WiFi is available throughout. Wonderful
Super accommodation - lovely bed, spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff - all at the core of a great hotel experience. The inclusive breakfast was great, especially with freshly prepared to order hot dishes - so much better than the bland serve yourself scrambled egg at too many hotels that still position themselves as more than basic. Location just a few minutes walk from the Tower of London (Tower Hill tube station) or Aldgate makes it easily accessible too.
We booked an early dinner (5 pm) in advance as we were going to the theatre. The food itself was good and the staff were very attentive. However the menu was quite restricted and didn't live up to what I was expecting as a full range gastro-pub menu experience.

Room was massive and we'll decorated ! Close enough to central London to get public transport. Bathroom was also huge and had everything you need. Complementary water, coffee hot chocolate and 2 free drink tokens for the bar! The breakfast was also included in the price and was lovely! Great way to start the day. This hotel was a bargain !
No.mention of windowless room on website. When we got to the room there was a fake window into an internal stairwell. We specifically booked this hotel due to this being an issue in most hotels. When we asked they moved us but if they didn't have another room we would have been stuck there and my wife was struggling with a cold and need air. Think they should make this clearer!
