Just north of Tower Bridge, this friendly and comfortable hotel is near to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the 'Gherkin', the river and St Katharine Docks. Free WiFi is available throughout. Very modern bedroom interiors that have left us inspired to rethink our own bedroom back home. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all amenities that you need for your stay. Very centrally located within stone throw distance from Aldgate tube station. The Tower of London and Tower Bridge are walkable from here. Breakfast was wonderful. We will be back again.
We found a carpet beetle bug on our bed on one of the nights that left us worrying for a bit, but thankfully there weren't anymore of them.

Great location, very comfy bed, amazin terrace, top notch breakfast, really friendly and welcoming staff, a nice bonus was the welcome drink inthe pub downstairs, all the need-to-haves in the room, also plenty of nice-to-haves like complimentary water, nice coffee etc.

The room was comfortable and nice surroundings & locatio The breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from.
The toilet didn't flush properly which was poor considering what we paid. We were given a free drinks voucher and asked for 2 hot chocolates, the waiter took the order but it didn't turn up, so I went to the bar again and reordered. When it turned up it wasn't nice + not much chocolate in it. There wasn't many people in there so I would concider this bad customer service.

Recently refurbished and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of furnishings and bedding. Great location and excellent breakfast.
The bed was a little on the high side. A set of small steps might benefit the vertically challenged.
