The hotel was fabulous, although I booked a king room which I was a little disappointed with as it was not as good as expected.
However - the staff were incredible, concierge - restaurant - reception and cleaning staff were all fabulous and couldn't do enough for you.
Food was great and the location and facilities were fantastic.. We had an amazing time for my birthday, celebrating with friends and would definitely go back.

We asked for a quiet room, and were put in room 316. On our first night the restaurant/bar were moving furniture around til about 12.15am! Not a very restful start to our 2 night trip. We were informed the next day they had had an event! Surely rearranging should be done earlier or advise guests there could be an issue with noise. Next night there was some table moving up to about 10-10.30pm, but we hadn’t gone to bed at that time fortunately.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location if you want to shop Oxford and Regent Street, attend the theatre or the entertainment district (all within walkable distance). The rooms are well appointed with very comfortable beds and lovely linens. The bathroom is very large and modern by Euroopean standards. The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and professional in particular Ivan and Peter. We couldn't have asked for more.
Turn down rarely happens and it was so nice to return to a cozy room with little treats left. One of the best.
Although the rooms are well appointed we found them to be very dark. We realize the hotel is eco-friendly and we support this initiative but that would be the one criticism.

Loved the bottles of milk!! Loved the lighting. Loved the location. Great staff on reception. Love the Coral Room and the bar men were really friendly and polite.
A lot of banging of doors from the cleaners all morning (maybe prop the doors?) and basically no late night room service depite the menu. Could do with more shower gel etc. and hand soap instead of bar. Apart from that, great!
