Pleasant
Location
Room very different from what was advertised; skylights versus actual windows / sitting area crammed not spacious like advertised photo

Very Good
Walking distance to almost everything
They block around 190£ more on your credit card then your booking. I find that irritating.

Hotel decor so beautiful! Service from front desk, restaurant staff, and valet were all friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed Dalloway terrace for dinner and the CoraL room for high tea and cocktails. Housekeeping always gave us extra chocolate, appreciated that. Great location too.

Wonderful
Our stay included Christmas and the hotel did so many special things to make it festive for their Holiday Guests. Thank you.
It's a lovely, boutique size hotel tucked away in a very busy neighborhood. Outstanding decor that makes it special and unique, paying homage to its heritage and the neighborhood. The Coral Room and Library are charming. You can see why The Coral Room is a popular choice. The service staff is top notch, helpful and friendly. Kudos to Ivan who was so attentive and helpful when planning this trip and while there as well. He is a great asset.
Our room was on the smaller size compared to others that were in the same price category.

The staff were exceptionally nice and provided wonderful customer service. Eva was the most genuine person and did a lovely job. The hotel decor is so cool and retro and the bar is lovely.
The area. Walking to the front entrance of the lobby is very odd. Not very elegant or warm and inviting. We felt a little uneasy in that area and it was a decent walk to everything.

Beautiful gem of a hotel in a great location for sightseeing. The staff are exceptional and the rooms clean and cozy. The Dalloway Terrace and Coral Room bar are both dazzling spots with top-rate food and drink. I absolutely recommend this hotel for a chic stay in London.

Exceptional
Nice central location in a historic building. The staff were courteous and accommodating, even offering us some sparkling wine whilst waiting to be tended to by the concierge. Ground floor interior design was impeccable
Rooms weren’t quite as aesthetically bold as the ground floor, but still well thought out and clean.

Very Good
Classy hotel in a great location with amazing staff. Nice bar and restaurant on site.
We were put in an "Accessible Room" with a shower that got water all over the floor. We would appreciate the opportunity to opt out of that type room.
