The Location is perfect for tourists, 2 min walk to TCR tube station but also tucked away.

There was a turn down service when I got back to my room which was very welcome and the only reason i didn't complain about the size of the room.
My room was about 50% smaller than I expected it to be (classic double for £400 for 1 night) on the 8th floor was not luxury whatsoever, every time someone walked past the room it felt like they were IN the room...
The Fire alarm went off at 6am (on a Saturday 19th sept if any one in management wants to fact check) - no apology on check out and annoying it disrupted my sleep!
The staff seemed catered for wealthy Americans or international tourists, the help and focus they had was much better than how they treated domestic travellers. (looking for tips)
Definitely 5 star vibes, but if you're in a classic double they wont treat you like 5 star guests, I'd look for a different hotel.

Service was excellent. Location was great, albeit behind a quiet alley, the proximity to train station and shopping area was perfect; the train station that has a direct line (Elizabeth) to the Heathrow Airport.
Unfortunately during our stay, the fire alarm was triggered and startled us up in the early morning.

The Bloomsbury did not disappoint. Its location feels tucked away from traffic and people but in reality you are just steps away from everything. The staff were kind, professional and incredibly helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. The hotel’s restaurant and bar were also top notch. I will definitely be staying at The Bloomsbury next time I’m in London.
