We had such an amazing time - everyone was so helpful, including with my mobility-challenged mother. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had lovely sash windows. All the staff at all the restaurants and bars were amazing. The reception team were really warm and welcoming, and the door men were so helpful. Thanks.

One of the main reasons for going was to have drinks in the Coral bar - “closed for a private function”! No warning either.

Excellent location. Staff were pleasant and helpful but it sometimes felt (particularly with the reception staff) that everything was from a handbook of 'what to say' and felt rather scripted rather than natural.
We had dinner in the Dalloway Terrace and whilst the food was acceptable, I would not class it as "exquisite dining" - as it is described on the website.
