Breakfast was very good. The room was clean, luxurious and quiet but relatively small for the price. The location is fantastic, you are a 5 minute walk away from the heart of Covent Garden and basically plonked on Oxford Street.
The entrance is onto an alley way and although it is well lit up and vigilant door staff are always present, it can be a tad intimidating at night.
When checking in, there is a £50 a day hold put on your card (that is fully reimbursed) but I was not expecting it and it through me a little.

The location and quite room with all the facilities and the doormen were very helpful
Trainee on reception Imogen need to have more personality and be warming and smile more ..wasn’t helpful about our booking in the coral room ..asked for personal id ??
The breakfast was poor not enough staff tables wasn’t cleared food wasn’t replenished long waits for guests to be seated

Convenient to Bloomsbury and West End theatres, as well as Elizabeth Line to Heathrow from Tottenham Court Station. Russell Square and British Museum is just around the corner. Well appointed rooms with good amenities.
Steps to lobby, but bell staff is always there offering to help carry.

Just a small thing I needed a normal 3 pin plug socket next to the bed to charge my phone. There was only 1 plug on the other side.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Chloe and Shannon on reception were so lovely and made us feel at home immediately. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The in-room dining was fabulous - amazing steaks and the best espresso martinis we’ve ever had! Would absolutely book again and recommend to everyone.
