Good location, comfortable beds.
Room crawling with ants, all over bathroom, beds, carpet, our belongings. Reported whilst there but not resolved. Room pretty small, but fine if you are out all day- would be very hot in summer as Aircon just enough to make it bearable at 24c outside.

Room was clean.
Room was extremely small. We almost could not close the door once we had enterd with a suitcase each. There was NO LiFT and this should have been mentioned on the website. We are elderly and against our protestations were placed on the 4th floor, up narrow steep stairs. We would not have booked at the hotel, had we known this. We booked and paid a long time ago and should have been given a decent room. Fortunately for us, friendly, helpful,Anika, helped us move to a room onground floor on the next day and had our luggage carried down for us.

Very clean, great location. Staff very helpful for our questions regarding the train strike. We easily stored our luggage. Highly recommend.

The friendly and professional staff and the location which makes it easier to travel to different places easily.
There are no elevators, too many stairs, not wheelchair access and unfortunately no breakfast . I don't think anyone will object to paying for breakfast. The doors are also not sound proof and if you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up anytime someone opens and closes their door at the wee hours in the morning or at night and there's also no sleeping in once the housekeeping starts work.
