Our stay at The Berkeley was truly exceptional and became one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had.
We came to celebrate my 34th birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth, generosity and attention to detail. We were incredibly surprised with a beautiful upgrade to the Knightsbridge Pavilion Penthouse, which was absolutely breathtaking. The space, the terrace, the beautiful interiors and every little detail made the experience unforgettable.
What made our stay even more special, however, was the service. A very special thank you to Sophia, who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. She was genuinely kind, attentive and thoughtful, arranging beautiful birthday touches and helping us with everything we needed. She made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for, and she is a huge credit to The Berkeley.
We loved the experience so much that we decided to extend our stay for another night, and once again she did everything she could to make it possible for us to remain in the same Penthouse.
I left The Berkeley feeling incredibly grateful. It wasn’t simply a luxurious hotel stay; it became a beautiful memory that I will always associate with my 34th birthday.
Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Sophia for making it so unforgettable. We will absolutely be back. ❤️

I went for a junior suite and it was very large. The bed was huge and the bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, you had a choice of restaurant and I'm very happy that even the fancy pastries were included. Staff were lovely and really encouraged you to make the most of breakfast. Food was great. I liked the little cakes / pastries they left in the suite at turndown. Dyson hair dryer was appreciated in the room. Location is fantastic.
There was nothing really wrong, but for me it just wasn't worth the price. A standard room would have been significantly cheaper and all you lose is a few sq metres. I'd expect a bit more to be included. I also didn't like the bedframe. It had this wooden floating type frame and I hit my leg on it every time I got in and out. Very painful. I would stay again, but in a standard room.
