Everything was great except 2 things I will mention below
First thing I didn't like was breakfast. Food didn't taste good. Also the buffet wasn't good. Second thing I didn't like was the room keys shaped just like regular keys. Their function wasn't good. It was hard to use them in elevator and at the door.

Fabulous hotel, lovely staff, perfect location.
Our room was too hot. We woke at 2am and despite endless fiddling with the A/C controls and 2 calls to front desk were awake until 6am. It was the worst nights sleep in a hotel I have had for years and left us quite exhausted for our onward travels the next day.
Apart from that the hotel was great - but if you dont sleep what's the point?

I stayed in one of the new rooms. It was great. The location is perfect. The service was excellent. The bed and the entire room were so comfortable (and relatively large for London). The interiors were overall beautiful.
The bathroom was a bit smaller than what I would have liked.

The staff was completely disappointing. We arrived at night. No one was there. In London, when you go to upper tier hotels, there is always someone at the door welcoming you and mostly, to carry your luggage. None! There was one lady at the reception desk who was not willing to help at all. When we get to our room, there was no water, no toothbrush, nothing to welcome us, the guests. Additionally, the room was smaller than what was shown in the pictures. We could barely move. The only good thing was the restaurant. But for going there, you don't need to stay in the hotel. Don't waste your money!

In room 214 I would like to request maintenance for the cabinet doors in the room, as they are not closing properly and require adjustment/repair.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of bustling London yet as soon as you enter the front door you find yourself in a quiet comfortable place , the staf and the services are amazing, I hope to come back soon.
On checking out the front desk lady asked me if I would like to add 5% to my room bill as a Gratuity for the Service!!! Honestly I didn't like that.

The hotel is decent. as most hotels in London, the property is quite old. However, the service I received from the staff is without a doubt the best one I’ve seen in my entire life. The welcoming attitude and the never fading smiles made my experience just absolutely wonderful.

The staff could not have been more helpful and kind! I was working on a very important project and needed printing and shipping, etc. They did it all perfectly and with a great attitude. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.
