People were great! Super friendly and helpful. Location is amazing.
They add 5% service charge in advance!! We asked for it to be removed, which they said the did. Upon checking out we offered 10% service charge as the staff were fantastic. However they still left their own service charge on the bill. I emailed them 3 times and never got a response, including the General Manager.

Nice location, minutes walk to Green Park underground. Staff is helpful and courteous.
Temperature control is not working right. It doesn’t show the temperature and I can only adjust it up or down. However, the temperature automatically goes down a few hours later after I set it up higher. Thus the room is cold again during sleep. The bathroom is too small and the shower would spill water all over
