The hotel was beautiful and room exceeded our expectations but what made our trip extra special was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable even down to the finer details which did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be back in future.

The staff were amazing, especially the doorman and Abdulrahman. Overall, the team’s attitude was excellent—they were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help.
The hotel itself is a little old and could benefit from some renovation and updates. However, the excellent service and the positive attitude of the staff made the overall experience very pleasant.

The hotel’s greatest strengths are its excellent location and the professionalism of the staff. The team was welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, making the overall experience more pleasant.
While the location and service were excellent, the property itself feels very old and is in need of significant renovation. The rooms are noticeably outdated and do not justify the price charged. Both the bedroom and bathroom were extremely small, with very limited space to move comfortably. The furniture is old and worn, and even the flooring creaks loudly when walking, which adds to the overall impression of poor maintenance. The rooms also lacked adequate sound insulation, making them quite noisy. I was also surprised by the apparent absence of security cameras in the hotel, which did not provide the level of security I would expect from a property in this price range.
