the hotel was clean and apartment was well serviced the location was also great and the staff was pleasant
the value for money, for the amount spent on this property it didn't give us luxury. the walls were so thin we could hear babies and children crying and playing next door which reduced our comfort and relaxation. there were very limited TV channels and shockingly no CNN which I've never witnessed in any international hotel I've ever stayed in around the world. Also the bathroom was incredibly tiny for a 1-bedroom apartment and the flushing function on the toilet was faulty and had to be looked at several times. lastly they were not flexible with us because we booked for 5 nights and the money was deducted instantly, and we ended up arriving a day later and i informed the property of the change in dates in good time, so we won't lose money, and they refused to adjust my dates. In summary this property was simply not a great value for the money spent

The location was excellent, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated that the bathroom had a bidet hose, which is a useful feature not commonly found in London hotels.
The suite did not have a separate living area as expected, and some housekeeping details were overlooked, such as missing bathrobes and a cleaning towel left behind. Overall, the quality and luxury level did not match the high price.

Location and staff were great.
The room is super old and was ice cold with cold air coming into the room from the windows like staying in an old old old house. Horrible! If frooze the whole night.
