The deposit amount was 170 pounds which I gladly paid though I found it to be quite high. The clerk at the front desk informed us that it would take 3-5 working days for the deposit to return to my bank account. I did call my bank on 23/1 and they told me the money will be released on 1/2. Two full weeks is insane. I messaged the hotel through the Booking app, with them not providing any solution. To date the money has NOT returned.

I almost never leave reviews but this experience truly deserved one. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, the level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. Daniel and Mariusz went above and beyond in every way. They were warm, thoughtful and genuinely invested in making our stay special.
