Everything was perfect. Good location. Staff (Emmie and Daniel) were warm and accommodating and very friendly.

The very welcoming staff, very supportive. Breakfast quality is great, the extra comfortable bed that you could dive in

fantastic location for walking and sight seeing. Lots of good restaurants nearby and several grocery stores. Very quirky place but heaps of charm and character.
The kitchen was a bit small, and the main lounge was a bit low for us. Very nice decor. Not sure we knew how to use the phone. I was asked to pay a gratuity when leaving but we had given tips to staff. This should be advised at check-in.

The location is great and the staff are super friendly and helpful
the house keeping schedule and timings were unknown, sometimes you would have to request them to come clean the room.

The location amazing , staff was good almost every single time except that I requested for some tea bags on my last day and waited for two hours but was not sent by anyone. I called the receptionist twice but they were too busy.
The location was amazing perfect if you want to explore London on foot.

Later in the evening, Mice appeared running around in the bar area!!..the barman said that they knew and were getting it dealt with as " they come in from outside"

We had an apartment which was great for our 4 night stay. Very clean, very attentive staff. Great location.
The only thing I was disappointed in was breakfast. You have to order your food and the service was very very slow. After experiencing that the first morning we ordered room service the second. We asked for it at 7am and it was delivered at 730am. If you don’t have anything planned for your days this works fine but if you have plans you need to plan for a long breakfast experience.
