The hotel is very beautiful, my room was almost 30 m2, window in the room is big, furniture is modern, all the drinks and snacks at the room are complimentary, there is coffee machine at the room
You can here very clear the people noise at the next room

The staff. I had the best experience of good service in a hotel ever. The front desk went to so much trouble to to get our rooms ready when we arrived two hours early. They were super. The day I checked out I forgot my phone and they went to great lengths to track me down at a conference in London to let me know that had found it. They are the best team I have seen in a long time.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The hotel is new, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around London. The staff welcomed us with a smile and were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.
The food was delicious, and the hotel bar is fantastic—the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The deposit amount was 170 pounds which I gladly paid though I found it to be quite high. The clerk at the front desk informed us that it would take 3-5 working days for the deposit to return to my bank account. I did call my bank on 23/1 and they told me the money will be released on 1/2. Two full weeks is insane. I messaged the hotel through the Booking app, with them not providing any solution. To date the money has NOT returned.
