An exceptional stay with extraordinary hospitality super friendly staff starting from (Aytac) the Duty Manager to (Dan) the Hotel Porter. Amazing location (Mayfair - piccadilly) close to Green Park underground station . The Hotel got Hyde Park view. All in all, Its offers great value for money with very convenient pricing. Something worthwhile and attention-grabbing about cleaning. Housekeeping visits 2 to 3 times a day. The towels are fresh and smell beautifully clean, adding a lovely touch to the overall experience What truly stands out is how much they appreciate loyal customers. Any issue is handled professionally, with fair compensation, and they even offered early check-in, which made my stay much more comfortable. I had one issue during my stay, and the team immediately stepped in, supported me fully, and made sure I left happy. Truly outstanding service ! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
