Location, room quality.
I did not appreciate being required to pay a 'service charge' on top of the already substantial room rate. Upon later checking my emailed bill, I noe that the charge was actually discretionary. To me this is cynical gouging.

Everything about our stay was superior . From check in with Diane , to drinks and bar service with a fabulous crew : Mr G ( who makes the best negroni’s and has marvellous stories to tell , very efficient and happy Anna , and the delightful Poppy . We also had some wonderful service from Lilia during our stay . A special shoutout to Matt , the Doorman , that was always courteous, happy , welcoming and always obliging . The staff definitely made our stay even more enjoyable . Our room was lovely and serviced to a high standard day and night . The daily mini bar and snacks provisions were also a lovely touch . This Hotel is in the middle of everywhere , tourist atttactions , shopping , parks , tube station and walking was easy and within reach to many areas : Soho , Covent gardens , Piccadilly theatre district , Trafalgar etc . We HIGHLY recommend a stay here . Well worth every penny spent .
Everything was superb. Just wish we could have stayed longer than our 7 days .

Expensive for what it was. Front desk unfriendly and dismissive. Breakfast not great for price. Room pretty basic.

Good location, had air conditioning, high quality room with good furniture and a decent amount of space.
The room could have been slightly bigger, room 110. I did not have much space for my large suitcase. I also struggled to figure out how to turn off the heated floor in the bathroom, which was too hot.
