- Friendly and helpful staff - location was decent in Mayfair
- Room interior needs to be refreshed - the carpet was saggy and not taut, too many mirrors and dated design - Room was right outside the lift despite asking for a room far from the lift because I wanted a quiet room. Perhaps it was the room type I booked but the staff could have advised me on that - Housekeeping was poor - did not clear the plate with half-eaten snacks. I asked for more water but they gave me less. Did not replenish laundry bag in the wardrobe
