The hotel is very beautiful, my room was almost 30 m2, window in the room is big, furniture is modern, all the drinks and snacks at the room are complimentary, there is coffee machine at the room
You can here very clear the people noise at the next room

The deposit amount was 170 pounds which I gladly paid though I found it to be quite high. The clerk at the front desk informed us that it would take 3-5 working days for the deposit to return to my bank account. I did call my bank on 23/1 and they told me the money will be released on 1/2. Two full weeks is insane. I messaged the hotel through the Booking app, with them not providing any solution. To date the money has NOT returned.

beds i confirm king bed they give me 2 single bed together and room services very exspensive prices the hotel maximum 4 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i order 2 plate of fish and chips 60£ and they take service 60£ isn't normal!!!

Location
A frustrating experience. At the time of check in a receptionist tried giving me a room category less than the one I paid for only to charge additional fees claiming that booking has wrong pictures of the room categories!! Also after I checked out they have charged an additional fee without my permission or simply informing me (they haven’t provided any additional service to charge for btw). still haven’t refunded the amount charged yet and are not responding to my emails. Honestly very disappointed.
