Service was great, especially Daniel! Very helpful and offered great recommendations for nearby food.
The rooms/halls/elevators were extremely small. Which is expected for the building, but quite a shock for a tourist. With that said, the hotel was lovely-very picturesque and clean!

Everything other than breakfast.
The breakfast room was in disarray. We first waited far too long to be greeted by a server. There was a large table (for 6 or 8) diagonally across from us which had been vacated before our arrival. It was covered with used dishes, etc. Throughout our approximately one hour in the breakfast room, that table stayed uncleared.
I ordered porridge, which arrived without the garnishes specified on the menu. I asked two different staffers if I could please have some maple syrup. It never arrived. My wife ordered poached eggs and toast. The eggs came, but not the toast. By the time the toast arrived, the eggs had gone cold. I shared all this with the delightful and sympathetic server, who, I think, may have taken the porridge off the bill. Not sure, as I didn’t look at the bill. For a hotel of your standing, I think you’ll agree that this is unacceptable.
That aside, we’ll be back. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay, and you have an extremely accommodating staff.

The hotel location is excellent — very central, yet still quiet and not too crowded. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and we also really enjoyed the restaurant and bar. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The only downside was that we stayed on the second floor, and on some mornings we could hear vehicles unloading deliveries outside.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The room was spacious, beautiful, well-appointed; the breakfast was wonderful. Perfect location, near parks and museums, and in a lovely neighborhood for strolling.

Daily access to the spa facilities. Daily happy hour. On site meals. Coffee was very good. Friendly staff. Deluxe Bay Window room was spacious. Outdoor terrace seating for meals was a comfortable.
My daughter and I stayed for 7 nights. The staff on the first half of the trip was much more helpful, friendlier and accommodating. It was a bit disappointing but it didn't change our high review for the hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful, my room was almost 30 m2, window in the room is big, furniture is modern, all the drinks and snacks at the room are complimentary, there is coffee machine at the room
You can here very clear the people noise at the next room

The deposit amount was 170 pounds which I gladly paid though I found it to be quite high. The clerk at the front desk informed us that it would take 3-5 working days for the deposit to return to my bank account. I did call my bank on 23/1 and they told me the money will be released on 1/2. Two full weeks is insane. I messaged the hotel through the Booking app, with them not providing any solution. To date the money has NOT returned.

beds i confirm king bed they give me 2 single bed together and room services very exspensive prices the hotel maximum 4 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i order 2 plate of fish and chips 60£ and they take service 60£ isn't normal!!!
