Stayed for one night as we were going out for dinner nearby to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday. The staff were very attentive and upgraded our daughter to a room over looking Green Park and decorated her room for her birthday. Fabulous

Great location with extremely friendly and helpful stall.
The decor and fittings in our standard room were not in the first flush of youth. However, this is more than reflected in the price point for a hotel in a prime location. We had a great stay and are looking forward to returning again in November.

Property had lovely decor and was modern and in great condition
Neighbouring guests were incredibly loud. They were crass and inconsiderate. Very loud at 2:30am shouting and playing loud music, this went on for approximately 30 minutes before I called reception to ask them to tell the occupants to be quiet. Within 10 minutes the guests had stopped so thank you to the staff for their decisive action.

The location of the hotel close to major sites was good.
Our stay was a great disillusionment for us. We picked this hotel for a special occasion based on the reviews. We were given rooms facing a construction site. Very noisy and impossible to sleep in the morning. We were not able to change the room and it made our stay very unpleasant. The hotel for us was clearly not worth the value and I am not planning to go back or to recommend it to any of my friends. Among my business and leisure travels to London, this was the worst stay.
