Very friendly staff.. from the front door to reception and restaurant, room was amazing and very cousey, plenty of mirrors which made it even better.. my girlfriend used the spa and had an amazing massage.. we highly recommend this hotel, you wont be disappointed...

To know that I would be staying in the residences and not the hotel. To go to the residences, I had to pass through the hotel bar and to go up in a minimal lift.

Very central location, lovely and very helpful staff.
The decor is not tasteful or charming at all. Afternoon Tea was not worthwhile. Sandwiches were not presented appealingly and tasted odd.

The hotel is very beautiful, my room was almost 30 m2, window in the room is big, furniture is modern, all the drinks and snacks at the room are complimentary, there is coffee machine at the room
You can here very clear the people noise at the next room

The staff. I had the best experience of good service in a hotel ever. The front desk went to so much trouble to to get our rooms ready when we arrived two hours early. They were super. The day I checked out I forgot my phone and they went to great lengths to track me down at a conference in London to let me know that had found it. They are the best team I have seen in a long time.
