Disappointing
Great location to explore London.
I was disappointed with how our early departure was handled after we had to shorten our stay due to a serious family health emergency. Although we informed reception the evening before and checked out the next morning, we were still charged for one unused night. We chose this property expecting the care and personal attention typically associated with a boutique hotel. However, the response we received felt more aligned with the rigid policies of a large chain, which was particularly disheartening during such a difficult time.

Cleanliness Location
During check in late at night we are told that they are giving us one of the best available rooms at the hotel. Like a joke. Because they reserved us a room at the basement (lower ground) without any window. Next day after our objection we moved to second floor. thanks to them. However, during reservation there is not any info that we have reserved a room at lower ground level. Breakfast is good. Waiters are very kind indeed , however, for 2 consecutive days I have ordered filter coffee and they brought americano , my wife ordered green tee and they brought English breakfast tea. I think that they are trying to be kind and do their best, but they are not concentrated to their jobs.

The staff are so incredibly welcoming and accommodating! There was so much thought into every detail. The room was so spacious and clean. The whole vibe of the hotel felt so relaxing which is such a comfort after being in the chaos of London. The location of the hotel meant it was so easy to get from A to B.

The size of the room, the shower and 2 of the staff members.
Some staff were condescending. I had my ring stolen. I reported to front desk and was told they had checked and I should think about where I might have left it. The ridiculousness of it all. I left it on my pillow and went out. I came back and it was no where to be found. I will NEVER set foot there again.

Location very convenient for London visit and at the same time, very quite. We really liked the breakfast "Hybrid" model. Hot (a la cart style) dishes, each dish with a special character, combined with the complementary selections from the buffet. The above distribution was very wisely balanced, creating a unique experience of high quality because every single item was of high quality unlike other 5-star hotels were the seemingly reach breakfast of abundance and super-wide variety is only there to justify the low quality of row materials.
Just to squeeze my mind for a detail, the light inside the closet was still on, even when the closet's doors were closed, spoiling the desirable darkness at sleep time. I put a towel between the doors so as to cover the light and it was ok but certainly this is a detail that the technical service should be able to easily address. Even so, it was somehow minor, I even forgot to mention it at checkout.
