The breakfast was excelent. The staff was very accomodating and the overall setup pleasant. We loved the Akatoki breakfast. The suite was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
The only small remark is the the bar closing at 2245.

Fantastic staff—couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. The hotel location is wonderful, the room very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the evening turndown was delightful. Great shower and bath amenities.
I can’t think of one thing that we didn’t like. Or half a thing. Everything about the hotel was delightful. I would definitely stay there again.

Staying at The Prince Akatoki in London was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I only stayed 2 nights. I wish I could have stayed longer and I will absolutely come back here and recommend this hotel to others. From the moment I checked in, Hikaru made me feel welcome and at ease. I was offered champagne or sparkling tea at check in and Hikaru helped me take my bags up to my room. My ChromeCast ended up not working on the TV in my room, and as soon as I told Hikaru, he sent IT to the room to help me and then eventually moved me into a new room with a working TV. Honestly, he made the switch of rooms so easy. I mentioned to him I was vegan (so I wouldn't be eating the little cookies that were in the room when I got there), and the next day when I came back from work, there was a lovely plate of fruit and a welcome note. I truly felt so at home, so comfortable, so relaxed -- it was perfect. When I checked out, Mayu, Maram, and Henry all helped me and wished me safe travels. Henry helped me with my bags and took them to my car for me. Truly the best staff. The cleanest hotel. SO comfortable. Absolute 10/10 experience. THANK YOU!

During check in late at night we are told that they are giving us one of the best available rooms at the hotel. Like a joke. Because they reserved us a room at the basement (lower ground) without any window.
Next day after our objection we moved to second floor. thanks to them. However, during reservation there is not any info that we have reserved a room at lower ground level.
Breakfast is good. Waiters are very kind indeed , however, for 2 consecutive days I have ordered filter coffee and they brought americano , my wife ordered green tee and they brought English breakfast tea. I think that they are trying to be kind and do their best, but they are not concentrated to their jobs.

The bed was excellent - large for two 6'1 humans like us - extremely comfortable memory foam pillows. The size of the room (for london) was also decent and the toto in the bathroom was great. Special mention to the staff who were incredible - very very helpful and warm - each one of them were extra helpful. Overall an excellent stay!
The two things that we found were a little underwhelming were the breakfast quality (cold bread, eggs over done, salmon over cooked) and that the shower was in the bathtub which was elevated. Getting in and out of the bathtub when wet was a little precarious - a handrail would have helped.

Very clean and smells nice. So elegant decorations.
The rooms were a bit dim, preferred more lights.
There was a mean receptionist. I took more than one chocolate and she told me “one is enough”!!! That was not professional at all and made me feel embarrassed. Otherwise, all of the other staff were so nice and friendly.

Great location, spacious rooms unlike the norm in London, smart Japanese toilet seats keeping guests clean, exceptional guest services, and an authentic Japanese experience!
The breakfast wasn’t to our liking, though this may simply come down to personal taste and the standards we’re accustomed to in Kuwait.

The room service kept on getting my order mistaken, they need coffee pots instead of a cup otherwise it gets cold, they forget the milk… so room service NEEDS urgento get better… the first room I got was terrible.. small and dark. I asked for a change qnd they gave me a better one

Super friendly and accommodating boutique hotel that served me very well. They offered me a room early in the day even though I had forgotten even to request it! That was so helpful after a long flight. They offered me complimentary breakfast and coffee. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The exec rooms are spacious and airy, so well and elegantly designed too.

Disappointing
We were originally given a very hot and stinky room that did not look anything like what you see online. The staff were courteous enough to switch our room when we complained about the smell. The new room had an amazing bath tub.
I expected luxury - this wasn't it. The bath tub was amazing but otherwise this hotel is very average, and I would never spend the money to stay there again (I enjoyed Premier Inn as much).

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was very nice and clean, and housekeeping took great care of it every day, which made it really pleasant to come back to after a long day of walking. The location was okay and worked fine for our stay.
We stayed on the first floor and usually like to sleep with the window open, but unfortunately there was quite a lot of noise from the street and also from the hotel’s flag that was placed right on our balcony. This made it difficult to rest well. Another small detail that could be improved was the toilet paper, which felt too hard and uncomfortable.
