Great location, spacious rooms unlike the norm in London, smart Japanese toilet seats keeping guests clean, exceptional guest services, and an authentic Japanese experience!
The breakfast wasn’t to our liking, though this may simply come down to personal taste and the standards we’re accustomed to in Kuwait.

The room service kept on getting my order mistaken, they need coffee pots instead of a cup otherwise it gets cold, they forget the milk… so room service NEEDS urgento get better… the first room I got was terrible.. small and dark. I asked for a change qnd they gave me a better one

Wonderful
Super friendly and accommodating boutique hotel that served me very well. They offered me a room early in the day even though I had forgotten even to request it! That was so helpful after a long flight. They offered me complimentary breakfast and coffee. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The exec rooms are spacious and airy, so well and elegantly designed too.

Disappointing
We were originally given a very hot and stinky room that did not look anything like what you see online. The staff were courteous enough to switch our room when we complained about the smell. The new room had an amazing bath tub.
I expected luxury - this wasn't it. The bath tub was amazing but otherwise this hotel is very average, and I would never spend the money to stay there again (I enjoyed Premier Inn as much).

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was very nice and clean, and housekeeping took great care of it every day, which made it really pleasant to come back to after a long day of walking. The location was okay and worked fine for our stay.
We stayed on the first floor and usually like to sleep with the window open, but unfortunately there was quite a lot of noise from the street and also from the hotel’s flag that was placed right on our balcony. This made it difficult to rest well. Another small detail that could be improved was the toilet paper, which felt too hard and uncomfortable.

The staff were professional, especially Ms. Kara and Mr. Henry.
Excellent location. Superb service from the concierge.
Breakfast was very average. AC/thermostat were not working. Room layouts were a bit odd, not exactly like the pictures. Bathroom fixtures are strange, especially the taps. The executive rooms definitely need a refurbishment. The dusk room had an odd smell at all times despite the refurbishment.

The ceiling was leaking water, the maintenance technician didn’t know why it happened. The manager, was involved and told me they will get back to me whether they will change the room or stop the source of the leak but they have never came back to me .. I can say the receptionist are very kind but without actions ..

I love that it’s quiet and cosy while being close to everything . The smell is my favourite thing about the Prince Akatoki. The rooms are spacious, decor is comforting, beds luxurious.
The staff are all helpful and super pleasant. It’s becoming a home away from home.

This is my second time staying at the hotel, unfortunately the house keeping service need improvement in terms of adding extra toilet amenities and tissue
