Great staff and location. Henry and Chris were a great team on the Friday, with Henry organising tea for when we got back from our evening. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

Location, Japanese toilet, breakfast.
Lack of staff, no luxury five star service. Feels like checking in and out of a holiday inn.

Wonderful
Great location, central but yet in a quiet area. Nice decor, good variety for breakfast, and restaurant was lovely too.
Everything was good, just one of two lifts didn’t work.
