Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms and very friendly staff! Highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in London. The location is in the middle of Marylebone, right in the middle of Hyde Park and Regents Park.

The staff could not do enough to help us even though we were only staying overnight for the marathon. And….. we received an upgrade. Amazing. I have never been upgraded ever. It was brilliant. Would defo be back.

beds are very comfortable! had a really good sleep throughout the whole stay. locaton is just perfect, can get anywhere by foot.
the breakfast was really poor for the 5star hotel, nothing to choose from. Was disappointed that I mentioned that i will have birthday the day when we arrived. Just no reaction from the hotel, no greeting card, or something else. This is not appropriate for 5star hotel. as i know what attention should be usually when you celebrate the birthday.

Overall the hotel is good but the price was little bit over. The issue that happened with me that they didn’t take the deposit in cash and when we take it from the credit card it’s taken 3 times due to system error upon the reception justification
