The bed was excellent - large for two 6'1 humans like us - extremely comfortable memory foam pillows. The size of the room (for london) was also decent and the toto in the bathroom was great. Special mention to the staff who were incredible - very very helpful and warm - each one of them were extra helpful. Overall an excellent stay!
The two things that we found were a little underwhelming were the breakfast quality (cold bread, eggs over done, salmon over cooked) and that the shower was in the bathtub which was elevated. Getting in and out of the bathtub when wet was a little precarious - a handrail would have helped.

Very clean and smells nice. So elegant decorations. The rooms were a bit dim, preferred more lights.
There was a mean receptionist. I took more than one chocolate and she told me “one is enough”!!! That was not professional at all and made me feel embarrassed. Otherwise, all of the other staff were so nice and friendly.
