Room was clean and had a lovely feel to it. Great location.
Hidden charges. Additional payments beyond making final payments. For example- £50 deposit, £10.20 service charge upon check out. Taken room charge 2 days before check in. On arrival wanted to take the total cost again due to not having card present although payment had already been authorised and paid. Shame as it really tainted what could have been a lovely hotel stay for a 30th birthday. Those types of conversations were unnecessary.

Hotel location was excellent Breakfast was lovely Hotel advertised bar but there really wasn't one. Prices were extortionate and didn't reflect the venue.
