The staff are extremely helpful. The concierge and door men assisted us several times with directions and transportation. My room was quiet, spacious and well equipped - everything I needed and all free of charge. Location is great and walkable to many attractions.
It would be nice to add a takeaway coffee/tea bar in the lobby. We had early morning plans and didn't want to wait for breakfast (also the line was pretty long).

Great location very near Covent Garden and theatres. Room was good value including complimentary mini bar/nice toiletries etc.
All staff were great, friendly and welcoming.
Loved the environmentally friendly water bottles.
Breakfast hot service was a bit like school dinner queue. No thought placing ingredients on the plate. Sausage overcooked and inconsistent portion sizes.
Hotel bar shuts 11pm on the dot which was a shame.

Room small, 1 day they didnt clean the room. I asked them to clean it 2 times to reception and 1 time cleanner but they skip 1 day for not cleanning the room
