Great location and ambience. Food - evening and breakfast - were excellent
Room was a bit small and it was a shame one of the lifts was broken. It was also a shame the cocktail bar was closed

Prefer the buffet style breakfast rather than this one where staff serve you at the counter, felt hurried as did not want to hold other guests up.
Breakfast area & the coffee was way too strong and bitter! Gin Palace was disappointing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was well maintained, and the shower was great. The location was also very convenient.
The room was extremely small and quite noisy, as the bed was right next to the corridor. There was also noise from the air conditioning on the first floor, which woke me up in the morning. Considering the price, I expected something better. I have stayed in better hotels for the same price, so I don't think it offers good value for solo travellers. The room I was given felt more like a small children's room than a proper hotel room for an adult. Perhaps the larger rooms offer a much better experience, but based on my stay, I wouldn't choose this hotel agai

Great hotel in so near Covent garden and most of the west end . The breakfast is great the staff are lovely amazing people not a bad one in the bunch :). Very accommodating. The hotel is very well run , it’s a well oiled machine and has to be due to its coach loads of guests . The restaurant staff are wonderful always helpful.
So the rooms are pretty good though the color pallet is rather dark especially in the hall ways.( dark chocolate brown ) During the day up until around 5 pm starting at 8am the noise from slamming doors is very annoying we were given a room right next to the service room with constant traffic from the cleaning staff I had to buy ear plugs . Changed rooms and was given the room opposite the one we started with on a different floor so no help in the noise department , perhaps a different kind of door close for the service room would help though all the doors were loud when closing . Something I haven’t ever seen in any hotel before was massive laundry bins permanently housed near the main stairs .Distracting in their hugeness . Once everyone retired for the night it was quiet .

Lovely clean hotel decor in the main areas outstanding
My room was at back of hotel terrible view I kept my curtains closed my son was at the front of the hotel which was afar better view
