I like the location which was 5 min walk from my professional event. The windows open which allows fresh air in. The bed was comfortable. I used the coffee table as a work desk.

Everything. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. The rooms are very spacious with big comfortable beds. Ice and vending machines on level 1 with fresh water machines on every level. The location is excellent, 5 minutes from Covent Garden or Trafalgar Square. Hop on hop off buses a less than 2 minute walk. The Doorman was excellent, very nice guy and full of suggestions and help when required.
The bar menu in the evening wasn't up to much but most people will eat out anyway.

Location was good. Staff were friendly, doorman was welcoming and the luggage storage staff friendly and helpful. Check in was efficient. Room was clean enough. Close to Covent Garden, theatres and transport links. Good for one night stay.
Despite the central location, the area felt quite unsafe in the evening coming back to the hotel. On booking, we had breakfast included (what seemed like breakfast included), however on check in we were told this wasn't the case. We did email the hotel but still, no breakfast, which I was angry about having paid more believing breakfast was included. After returning late evening after a concert, there was nowhere to purchase a drink other than vending machines which were very expensive. Room was quite small with no air or natural light. Did have air con however. Window looked on to the inner parts of the building and other guests. No fridge or places to cool drinks, but another guest said their 'Superior room' (same room I had booked), had more space and a fridge. We were met by two bottles of warm water and a bar of soft chocolate. TV only had regular channels, not the end of the world as we were out most of the time but my daughter would have preferred to have Smart TV late at night. There was a chair and table right outside the bathroom door which my daughter hurt her foot on. Not a very child friendly hotel. Best for couples, adults. We only stayed one night thankfully, any longer and the small space would have been claustrophobic. We expected a lot more for what we paid.

We are both in our eighties and not very agile. Selling a room as a double, when it is not big enough to exit the bed (and have a bedside table) on both sides, is wrong.
