Room too small. Only 1 meat option for cooked breakfast. No obvious signage that there were gluten free options available. No face cloths in bathroom or drawers to put away clothing on hangers. Soundproofing between rooms very poor. Room only had window looking out to light well, very poor natural daylight and had to keep shutters closed due to draft from window.

Location is superb Ideal for theatres and all other major attractions. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was superb. The staff are extremely helpful.
The room "Superior double" was good but average in size. Disappointed that it had No mini fridge.

The staff were amazing, the property was clean and big and it felt very safe and very comfortable, the service was exceptional and the location of the property was in a very good location - walking distance of the main points of interest / tourist attractions. I loved everything about Strand Palace. The receptionist, Aman, was very friendly and he surprised me a lot when he asked about my plans during my stay and I mentioned visiting the Warner Studios for the Making of Harry Potter - he knew about the movies and even told me his Hogwarts house! It definitely made a very positive impression and my stay was absolutely wonderful!
I’ve got absolutely no complaints. I liked everything.

Wonderful central location. The sweeping lobby, lounge, cocktail bar, door staff etc make this feel like a really classy hotel stay. The rooms are relatively small - but perfectly adequate - and thats why you get central london extravagance at a non-extravagant price!! Everything clean and well presented. Very happy and would stay here again.

We originally were put in adjoining room with strangers, you cold hear everything on the TV through the door. However, we were moved into a different room with no issue
