Super comfortable bed and very clean, the hotel is very central so was fantastic to step out and be such a short walk from the Portrait Gallery
The breakfast was a little disappointing - the hot food was luke warm...

Location (very close to Aldwych where I wanted to be). Also, breakfast.
There was no hot water in the sink and I had to shave with cold water!

The staff were all so helpful. The food was good and service excellent. I love the venue. The bed was wonderful.
Room was a little small and needed an extractor in the bathroom.

Fantastic location. Could walk to many sites. Close to theaters.
There are no outlets in the bathroom for hair tools and no convenient place in the room to use them. Bathroom lighting wasn’t sufficient.

Very central and covenient. All staff very friendly and welcoming.
Size of the rooms a little on the small side. I generally like a bit more space.
