The location relative to theaters is good.
Staff ate friendly and although quite busy helpful and the food is good and reasonable in cost. Breakfast is a good variety and tasty.

It was in a central spot staff very friendly staff good variety of breakfast to suit everyone clean rooms
Blocked sink and air con wasn’t working reported this and it was eventually sorted

The location
The bathroom was ridiculously small, we even booked a superior double for extra space. You cannot open the door and walk in the bathroom it is so small, shouldn’t be acceptable to expect guests to put up with a bathroom you cannot access, it’s as simple as that. Very very disappointed. The milk in the room wasn’t in date as it had even curdled, which is unacceptable. A level of high standards should never faulted no matter how long your guests are staying for :(
