Location excellent can catch a bus from the front door anywhere

Great location, ok room, breakfast and decorations are nice, although I’d prefer to serve myself than wait in line to be served
Noise isolation, neighbour doors slamming really loud, woke up by cleaning staff literally banging doors (presumably picking stuff up from a closet nearby, but it kept banging every 3 seconds for a minute or two)

Room size, staff was helpful, location is amazing
Some of the lifts wete out of service at times, which was problematic with the luggage. Also the breakfast was disappointing.

Clean, modern rooms with great treats, (Chocolate, biscuits) lovely cup of tea, gorgeous soaps, moisturisers etc, loved the water bottle for refills and the fridge to keep it cool, super comfy beds, VERY friendly, polite, attentive staff, the best breakfast with so much choice, all delicious and fresh, comfortable areas to chill out, great location too.
