Location.
Because of its location, we stayed here in the past. However, we never take breakfast as it is only ok. On our recent stay, we were allocated a double room that was the size of a cupboard. In fairness, when we complained, we were given a ,(slightly), bigger room. There are London hotels where you expect tiny rooms, such as Z hotels, and you know what you are buying. We expected better of the Strand hotel. The staff were nice and the location will bring us back but ‘beware’ is the message to prospective guests.

Excellent hotel , lovely and clean staff were absolutely fab couldn’t do enough for you and location was amazing for us
