Location is amazing for all London sites
We booked a family room for my daughter and her children. The sofa bed did not have any sheets. We asked twice for these and eventually staff brought them up at 11pm. This was not acceptable

The hotel was very well located for the event I was attending at the Athenaeum that evening. I did not want to travel home after it had concluded and decided to stay somewhere very good, which was also located close to my station to return home the following morning. Everything was excellent and I would stay there again if I needed to have an overnight stay in London.
I cannot fault the hotel or its facilities. I did get lost between my room and the lift a couple of times, however there are good maps showing where you are at various places in the corridors.

Good at Haxall’s was very good.
The location was excellent.
Lifts were very small and slow.
Room was not ready early in the morning even though we paid for the extra night to get early morning access. Very disappointing.

The foyer of the hotel is very stylish. We had stayed here before and found everything fine. We must have had a different room style then.
We were in a Queen Double room. It was tiny, you could just get down one side of the bed, there was only one stool in the room and no dressing table. The bathroom was tiny, nowhere to put toiletries, trying to put make up was extremely difficult.

Right In the heart of covent gardens. Great location for restaurants, underground and river uber taxis.

The location was good, the staff were very helpful, the Ritual free shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was a nice touch.
The shower was dirty, the floor of the shower had been scuffed and dirty marks on it. The lifts took forever to use as they are so slow. So when the lift reached your floor, they were typically full and you couldn't use it forcing you to wait for another one. I've also never seen a queue so big to be seated for breakfast.
