Everything! The staff are amazing, from front desk to hospitality to the porters and doorman
This is purely a personal thing so not taking down the score but I like to keep the bathroom door open at night but the fan runs all the time so had to keep it closed!

My second stay in a month, and all was excellent thanks. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge chaps! The room was comfy, and the breakfast has great options!

The staff are so friendly and the location is great for the theatre, restaurants and Covent Garden- will definitely be staying there again in the future next time we visit London

The hotel is in a good central place, yet the room was very quiet. The hotel and room were very clean. The breakfast was buffet type, and reallg good..
Ocasionally, I could hear the neighbors.. But i am not sure whether that was from their room or the coiridor
