Location excellent .A nice peaceful space n central London
Very little clarity regarding room location as a solo traveler would have thought could have gotten a bit of help re luggage up steps .My big complaint was even though was happy to go Green on two days that I just asked for toilet paper was told not available as none n hotel found that unbelievable though did get a box of tissues when insisted !!

The location and the hotel lobby.
The bathroom was really small. Also the reception staff was not enough when we checked in. It took almost 20 minutes wait.

Bedroom had ventilation units running all night so could not open window . Bedroom and bed was really a single room not for 2 adults was a bit disappointed as I had found the hotel to be good last time I stayed but this time was very disappointed .

Location! Generally helpful staff. Good breakfast and comfortable room.
Very disappointing evening meal on the Sunday. Starter and main course arrived together, after a long wait. Main course was fish and clearly when it came back it was the same plate which had been kept warm. The fish was dry and overcooked. I had specifically asked for the main corse to be removed and recooked while I ate my starter. Expect better than this.
