The hotel was very clean, our room very comfortable and every member of staff we came across were helpful and friendly.
Great location for the show we had booked to see but also close to many other theatres and short walk to Covent Garden.

They leave a free chocolate bar in the room. The shower was really good. There was enough room and plenty of electrical outlets, good free WiFi, good pillows, all the expected amenities and a nice restaurant attached which I ate at and it was good. The location is fantastic for London.
The sink was too small and too close to the toilet. No door on the bathroom although that’s sort of a non-issue when you’re staying alone in a one person room.

Rooms weren’t ready until after 4:00 pm and were not clean - people with early flight arrivals were napping in the lobby

Location was great, staff were nice facilities were in a good condition, requests from receptions were token care quickly, hot water in shower, had vending machines to use when bar is closed
No refrigerator, air conditioner was not so good, reception took long to answer phone, no cleaning brush in toilet, elevators were slow
