It was our 3rd visit to the Strand Palace but it won't be the last time! The hotel is exceptional, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, and the bedding is perfect. The bathroom is equipped with Rituals products. The breakfast is wonderful!

It's right on the Strand. Perfect location. Single room was small but perfectly adequate for one person with charging points by the bed. They gave a sealed refillable water bottle which is a good touch. Everything is a few feet away on the outside. The doorman gives very Downton Abbey vibes !

Single room was small but adequate and had everything you needed. Location is excellent and perfect for visiting and going to theatres.
Long wait for check in. Only one member of staff originally until the queue became very long.

The location was great, walking distance to Covent Garden and the theatres. Comfortable bed.
Check in wasn’t great. Told to come back for 3pm but then when we did our room wasn’t ready. Finally got a key, went up to our room and the key didn’t work. They changed us to another room which was much smaller than expected and different to our friends’ room which was meant to be the same room type. Aircon wasn’t working so we had another trip downstairs to get it sorted. We were meant to be going off to the theatre and so a lot of wasted time when we could have been relaxing.

I loved the location! Absolutely perfectly centered and nearby to any of my last minute needs and places to travel by foot!
The lifts are incredibly tiny and can take quite a bit of time. The stairs can be a bit of maze as well haha but there are maps on each floor that help tremendously

Clean - nicely presented throughout - good food and drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful when required. Thhank you.
I think it would be better to have the coffee station more available in the bedrooms. It is all tucked away and has to be moved around.
