For the price I expected a lot more. Rooms were small, there was really no way to ask for any service via phone as there was no phone. The staff that was available was very nice. The design is somewhat flawed, for example I was not able to use the hairdryer in the bathroom--no appropriate sockets. There was a lot of movement in the hotel. The location was excellent, walking distance to museums, shops etc... We expected more for the price, but London is a very expensive city!

Place of the property is perfect, you can easily reach the places that are famous in London. Moreover, you can find too many restaurants around the place.
Rooms are so small, you pay only for the place not for hotel.

Fantastic location
The room I had was old and tired looking. Needs to be modernized. It was very loud and you could hear everything that was being said in the corridor when you were in your room.

Close to 3 underground stations. Bus stops steps away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed speaking with the check-in staff member, Miranda. She was very helpful suggesting nearby restaurants. Hotel is in a great location with a helpful, professional staff. He cleaning staff does a great job.

Staff were lovely, felt like a real treat to stay there. Room was nice and clean and the bathroom was good. Nice bar for a pre theatre drink.
Maybe a little expensive for one night, room was fine for one night but any longer and it was a tad small.
