Location was great, room small but very comfy with all the basics needed. The chocolate and waters in the room were a nice bonus! Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice!
Noisy drains and sink in our room took a while to drain.

The room was good. Location was great. breafast needed more variety.
When I originally booked the room, I did so based on the photos on the website. When I arrived, I was given a 6m room where you couldn't even open the luggage as there was no space at all. The bed was also a single bed. I was disappointed with what was given to me. I requested an upgade4 which they obliged next day but i have to pay extra for that. It wasnt what I expected.

Location. Reception area. Breakfast was ok.
Stayed here last February, the rooms have been redesigned. We now have a 4 star hotel with a 2 star room.
The double bed has been shoved into a corner, therefore the only way to access the far side of the bed was by crawling over the other person or by crawling up from the foot, just try that when you are over 74 and not so agile.
There was no bedside light or bedside table for the 2 nd person, I was fuming. I asked at reception and was told I knew what I had booked. No I did not, having stayed here before I am shocked at this ridiculous situation.
I am a dissatisfied customer who shall never come again. You are AGEIST. Quite disgraceful.

Very central to everything you need, Covent Garden 3 minute walk, loads of restaurants and shops on your doorstep, the hotel was clean and my room was a good size
Only downside is that there is no mini fridge in the room, the hotel provide refillable water bottles so a fridge in the room would have been good,
