Breakfast there was a good selection. Good location for the theatre
Liked the water bottle & refill stations
Disappointed in the room. Thought it was on the small size for a superior room.
No dressing table. No drawers to put underwear etc.

location and the hotel in general very good
the room was extremely small for a superior double wasn't sure what to expect but it wasn't, i would say, superior in any shape or form BUT was a comfortable bed !!!

No instructions for coffee machine
Steak at dinner excellent
Breakfast content excellent but would have liked hot plates for hot food
We did have to wait a long time for an empty lift which made us rather late for pre theatre dinner and advised no booking a table. For dinner necessary

It is a great hotel for the busy tourist. It is an excellent location, the staff are amazing, the hotel is amazingly clean with wonderful amenities.
The only downside are the showers. They are really small, like enough for me to write about it.

Breakfast was fine, I didn’t like the way the staff put my food on the plate. They just threw it on the plate. The plates could be warmer.
The standard rooms should have a walk around bed, NOT a bed pushed up to a wall!! It’s not the kind of thing you expect in a hotel of the Strand !!
