Perfectly located. Comfy rooms and friendly staff.
Queuing for breakfast wasn’t fun but we could have gone earlier when it was quieter but we had such a good time in Gin Palace we were slightly delayed getting up.

Quite a lot of traffic noise from the Strand through the night...as expected. The room was on third floor overlooking the Strand so not to surprised.

The location is just perfect. Everything is in walking distance. No need to use public transport either. Rooms are super small for European or American standard but this is normal in London. The room was clean and well maintained.
First we received a room which was just above the restaurant and beside it was noisy it smelled like a kitchen. Fortunately, the personnel was very kind to switch us to another room. (I don't undertsand why the hotel even have rooms with such condition)

Location is fantastic, WIFI is >100MB
TV in the non-deluxe rooms are not smart and therefore no Netflix. The porter service is slow and the pricing for washing is very high.
