The location of the hotel was excellent. 7 minute walk from Charing Cross tube station. 10 min walk from Trafalgar square. There are multiple venues for shows very close to the hotel. The decor was lovely. The ambiance was great. I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel.
We had a superior Queen room but size wise it was more like a double room

Excellent location, room well equipped with all you need, comfy bed, good breakfast, covering a variety of food for everyone. The coffee maker in the room was my preferred feature as I like my coffee in bed. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bar at the lobby was very nice, excellent cappuccino and croissant. I loved the water refiling facility in the hotel. Excellent idea! Storage area was close to reception. We have left our luggage in and spent another half day in the city before returning home.
Long queues to check in , check out, and waiting time 20 min for breakfast only to be seated. Inefficient staff in the restaurant. The restaurant manager started cleaning himself to help, however, there were few young staff that were very slow and needed constant direction of to clean (the manager showing the the tables and ask to be cleaned..). The lady that was seating us at the table it was paid just to walk around back an forward waiting for tables to be vacant. She could have helped her colleagues to clean the tables.. Overall, the breakfast restaurant is too small for how large the capacity of the hotel is.

The location is fine, it's central and thus convenient to most points of interest. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
The room is fine except there needs to be some sort of door or shade for the bathroom. Having the head of the bed directly across from the bathroom opening is not very Feng Shui. Other than that everying this great.

Nice and clean great location
nothing apart from one of the bar bills was very expensive however the hotel got back to me very quickly and offered a refund for the drinks.
