The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly, and the overall vibe of the hotel was good.
We went to bed early due to having left home early in the morning. After 9pm the cleaners started working on a room and repeatedly beanging the doors for over 30 minutes. When we asked if they could be a little more quiet they said 'no'. We called reception and eventually the noise stopped, only to continue again the next morning very early. This happened the following day too. We therefore cut out stay short as we didn't rest well. We tried to contact the hotel afterwards for a reaction, but both via the Booking app and e-mail we didn't receive a response for over a week.

Room location was great. Bami managed to get our 2 rooms together and near a lift as my friend can’t walk long distances. Breakfast was very good and there was no pressure to vacate quickly. Overall we had a fantastic stay and such a great location.

The superior room was functional and clean, it was very quiet, it had a lovely bed and a good night sleep was exactly what we needed! The check in staff were lovely. We arrived early and we were given our room with a smile.
Breakfast was a fiasco. I was served coffee instead of tea 3 times and when tea finally arrived it was cold and stewed. The queue to be seated was horrendous although to be fair it did go down fairly quickly. There was a good selection of food but it didn’t look inviting at all, especially the hot food (which was Luke warm) it’s not what I’d expect from the standard of hotel. Also the toilet seats are falling off and the ladies needs a lot of TLC.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.Service in bar, restaurant, reception and porters was vey good.
Shower head was a bit low and couldn’t use the shampoo, rest of toiletries were fine.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Knowing it was our 50th wedding anniversary the hotel (management/staff) provided a real wow factor; as we entered our room there was a golden 50 (2xballoons) on the bed with chocolates & a voucher for some drinks. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom contained Rituals products. Breakfast was plentiful and generally tasty. The location was perfect for Covent Garden, the West End theatres and a wide variety of restaurants.

It's close to Covent Garden and Leicester Square, and within walking distance of Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, making it convenient for sightseeing. There was a wide variety of breakfast options. The gym was not large, but I was able to use it comfortably.
It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.
