Everything! Your technology was amazing! It guided me to find the room. The shower—I was looking for the switch and realised it was opposite! That way, I can wait for the water to become warm before I enjoy the shower! Well planned! Friendly service too!

Staff are extremely welcoming, polite & nothing is too much trouble. High standard of cleanliness, breakfast is superb & location for me perfect!
I was offered an upgrade at an additional cost of £60 for two nights but unsure if it was worth it as the shower was slow running & room not that big.

A beautiful building with accessible amenities and a perfect location for our stay. All staff were polite and friendly, in particular the housekeeping staff who greeted us with a good morning as we passed them in the corridor. Also a very good breakfast.
Unfortunately the room I had booked was extremely small. We were offered an upgrade on arrival for an extra charge but we declined.

Excellent location, right in the heart of central London and a great base for all the sights and attractions there. Easy walking distance from Waterloo Station, and from there you can explore on foot around Covent Garden, Soho, Westminster etc.
The rooms are a bit small, with the bed crammed up against the wall on one side, which makes sharing a double bed a bit cumbersome as one of you has to climb out the bottom of the bed. Lifts are busy, quite slow and small; although there are three lifts in the lobby, expect to stand around waiting for a while, and if there are quite a few people with luggage, expect to wait for the next one as you can’t fit many in one lift.
