Good
Very central to Covent Garden , theatre land and the National gallery .
The staff were helpful and pleasant . Lovely to have door staff to help with luggage and finding taxis
The standard room was very small . One side of the bed was pushed up against the wall making getting out difficult . It was very cold during our stay and there were no extra blankets available and the heating inadequate . The shower changed from hot to cold constantly

Central location. Very close to many must do activities such as Covent Garden and London Theatres. But the stand out praise must go to the fab staff here …so welcoming and friendly , especially the doorman, despite it being a very busy hotel he always had time for quick chat big smile and to give advice.
The walk in showers in both mine and my son’s rooms were built for very short persons , very clean but had to bend head and shoulders. We had single rooms.

Location was excellent for our plans. Staff is nice
Lobby /reception felt a bit like a bus station, single room does not have a bathroom door

I loved the complimentary chocolate, water, and tea in the room. The rooms are tight but I found it cozy rather than a downside. The breakfast was quite comprehensive (eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruit, pastries, etc.)
I found a few bugs in the bathroom. Not a huge deal but it put me off seeing that when first entering the room. The elevators do not have the appropriate capacity for guests/ are not programmed to run efficiently. The lift kept stopping at each floor going down despite being full. It seems like there are too many guests for the facilities. This was also true for the bathrooms and gym on the ground level, they are not big enough for the number of people staying here.

Breakfast was excellent . Nice position and the water fountains are a good idea.
Difficult to get the room warm and not easy to navigate the corridors to find the room.

It was small room but perfect for me as I was not in the room too long apart from sleeping.
Slightly more floor space. Also wardrobe room was limited. I was there for 3 nights and couldn't hang everything up.

everything was fabulous with the exception of the breakfast service. The staff at reception and the evening bar were super friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast service a little more stressful with the staff less friendly

Didn’t take breakfast. Liked the location. Hotel was bright and cheerful.
Our room. It is not clear when you book online that the bed is situated in such a way, against three walls, that it is expected that one of us has to climb over the other to get into it. This is our 2nd visit and we had to yet again pay for an upgrade to ensure a decent bed. Our heating was not working when we got up on the first morning.

autism friendly (from someone who struggles with sensory issues) !! i couldn’t hear any other guests other than the front room doors opening and closing in the morning. the windows open and close easily, with sheer curtains and doors that black out the daylight so perfect for a completely dark room to sleep in. the toilet flushing was the loudest thing here but what can u expect lol.
the receptionist was lovely, quick and efficient- i was asked to show a form of ID and write my email and signature on a form and then given my key cards with extra information of the hotel and how to get to my room.
the hotel room was perfectly sized for a one night stay and the price for the location is excellent compared to other nearby hotels. my partner and i got two pillows each which we’re not used to lol (usually get one in previous hotels we’ve stayed at). checking out was super easy with us just dropping our key card into the dedicated spots by reception. would absolutely come back here when i want a central and comfortable stay in london!
