Great location
We had stayed there previously and I think the standard has dropped. We arrived to find that our reservation was not in the system yet I checked the day before and all was in order. The breakfast used to be a highlight and now just ordinary. The doorman was certainly no where to the level that Paul was at.

Location and proximity to everything was great and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great with many options, plenty of seating and very convenient.
It's typical of any large city and being very tall person but the rooms are small. I still slept comfortably and would stay again!

As soon as I walked in I was impressed with the interior and ambience. The room was nice and cosy. Breakfast had a large variety and even though it was very busy, I was seated within 10 minutes of waiting.

Staff are not friendly or welcoming, quite expensive and they got my invoice wrong.

The noise from bedroom doors colsing with a bang. Could hear people passing our room, it felt like there was no sound insulation at all.

The location
The room was ready when I arrived, but the sheets and towels were dirty, as if they’d already been used. I asked for clean ones and had to wait for an hour in the middle of the night to get fresh sheets. The staff were unhelpful and a bit rude, even though I only asked for clean towels without hair or yellow stains.

Disappointing
The staff couldn’t understand what we were saying to them . I asked for beans I got tomatoes I asked for the back bacon cooked well he gave me the bacon that was hardly cooked . We literally had to point to everything we wanted ! I asked a member of the cleaning team that was cleaning the toilet if there was a female disabled toilet she looked at me and clearly didn’t understand. She just said no ☹️as I am disabled it’s much better for me to use a disability toilet.
No mirror other than the bathroom mirror to do my make up . The mirror is too far away and as a disabled person I need to sit down to do my make up . The wooden shutter in our room one side was broken
