Not my first time and certainly not my last time at the Strand Hotel. Great location, especially when you're going to the theater, staff really friendly and helpful, clean room, excellent breakfast.
Can't think of anything but I did not use all the facilities. It's more on the guests' side that there might be a slight complaint. When people come back to the hotel around midnight, or later, if they could remember that there are other people trying to sleep and minimize the noise they are making, it would be great. But I'm not sure the hotel can anything about it, except putting a notice in the room to respect the other guests.

Central location - ideal position for the Theatre District and Covent Garden.
The shower cubicle was too small. I am quite small and my head nearly touched the ceiling. My husband is 6' and couldn't shower easily. Room 533

Location is great. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy
Sink drained very slowly in my room. Room a little small but as expected and fine for one night. Corridors felt a bit dark
