Superb location
Large hotel but well informed staff, great atmosphere, comfortable room with water, tea, biscuits and toiletries.
Walk in shower.
Air conditioning.
Extremely busy breakfast service although the buffet wasn’t overcrowded. It wasn’t easy to know where to find plates and mugs.

London room. Lovely staff and great breakfast. I went to see a concert at the Palladium and it was perfect for this.

The food was fine
calling the bedroom a 'Classic Double' when it was a low level Double with a bed against the wall! and no chair or frig as was the last one we stayed in at a considerably lower price.

No room service once the restaurant closed which not great when returning late from a concert. As a result we had to find someone else. Not sure if you can be a top London hotel without room service into the small hours.

We had a great room, nice size and very comfortable, nice complimentary mini bar with drinks and snacks. Excellent location, right next to Covent Garden. Lovely restaurant and bar on site. Would highly recommend.

Great location, quiet well appointed single room. Excellent air con and shower
Cooked breakfast could have been hotter, and as seems the way everywhere, queued for coffee machine at breakfast - buy a few more!!
