Good location walking distance to West end theatres. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Room lovely very clean and comfortable, on the smaller side but that's expected for the central location
Charged £25 on check in for 'incidentals '. Not happy as we were not going to spend any money but it was compulsory. It was a scam. I tried so hard to get it refunded, on check out, by phone and by email. Each time they assured me the money would be refunded. In the end it took threatening legal action to get it. Left a bad impression. Beware.

Room was smaller than expected. Bathroom was cramped
Room lacked a useable mirror outside of bathroom, poor lighting so hard to see the coffee maker/kettle. Lack of coat hooks
