I have stayed at that hotel four times previous, it met my expectations, I actually liked it better when it was a little more rustic (when the bar was turned into the breakfast room in the morning)

Service was faultless. Really personable and friendly. My partner is pregnant and we noticed everyone was very accommodating without needing to be asked or reminded.
The room wasn’t the best. Poor configuration meant the bed was pushed against a wall which makes getting out of it tiresome for one of us. Styling is pretty basic too, but we only needed a place to stay so it wasn’t too much of a biggie.

I liked the location , hence the reason I would stay here but only for short stays and booking a double room . Room 414 was just too small , noisy and there was a very strange smell

Staff for most part great. Location great but room unbearably small. Had no idea it was going to be this small. Immediately on entering I went back to reception who informed me that no other rooms were available until Thursday morning. Noone followed up and tbh too much hassle at that point.
Room way too small. Its a box room and unsuitable for business travel. No desk for example. I stayed three times b4 and never had a room that size. Luggage attendants and door men all fantastic.

Location
Second bad stay there in a row, but had had better experiences previously . First time they ran out of water but only disclosed this when we were at the property and had already paid. Second time I was charged for an upgrade to a slightly larger room, the total cost with the upgrade was more than the largest room for that night. I don’t think I’ll stay there again
