Location ! Friendly staff right from the front door.
Could do with more elevators. Breakfast option very expensive so we ate elsewhere. Cocktails were nice but overpriced then service charge on top. Needless to say we only availed of one each. I feel this service charge is uncalled for.

Excellent location and the staff are so very helpful! Michael at reception was very accommodating and just all around, the staff make you feel very welcome!
The lifts are slow so there’s a bottleneck in the mornings for breakfast and at checkout.
