Brilliant location. Excellent price point for single rooms. Lovely staff!
The rooms were too hot & it wasn’t possible to reduce the heat below 19 degrees. Way too hot for sleeping. It felt very stuffy & uncomfortable.

For the price I expected a lot more. Rooms were small, there was really no way to ask for any service via phone as there was no phone. The staff that was available was very nice. The design is somewhat flawed, for example I was not able to use the hairdryer in the bathroom--no appropriate sockets. There was a lot of movement in the hotel. The location was excellent, walking distance to museums, shops etc... We expected more for the price, but London is a very expensive city!

Location! Perfectly located for the West End, Covent Garden and Oxford St.
Breakfast at the hotel didn’t work, long queue through reception at 9:30 and then difficult to cancel despite not having breakfast due commitments elsewhere, so not enough time. The queue / delays was well advertised, but nonetheless not particularly helpful. Massive confusion on check out re payment despite having paid on booking via Booking.com approx three weeks ago.

Place of the property is perfect, you can easily reach the places that are famous in London. Moreover, you can find too many restaurants around the place.
Rooms are so small, you pay only for the place not for hotel.
