Beautiful with nice staff. So convenient for exploring Covent Garden area.
Room size! We had a regular room and it was TINY. Most days we were out all day sightseeing so it didn’t matter. But we had our stuff everywhere and didn’t think it possible to have housekeeping.

Wonderful
A posh hotel with decent v rooms, hidden lifts and a central location to theaters and attractions.
Also, shutters on the windows keeping it cooler and darker during the very hot weather.
Also self check in! 2 bars!

Great location, sweet but messy staff, clean, convenient vending machines and water cooler
Room wasn’t ready on check in time, surprise birthday package from my husband wasn’t in (I had to go to help desk and ask for it ?), maintenance person came in while I was napping (I wasn’t asking for one) and the worst part - my bag was lost at cloak room after checkout… I went to the airport without it for my flight back, and then they called to tell me they found it. I had to go back with my taxi to the airport and get it

The location and the hotel lobby.
The bathroom was really small. Also the reception staff was not enough when we checked in. It took almost 20 minutes wait.

It is great location, staff are really friendly.
My room's layout is really weird. my bathroom doesn't has a door, they told me all single room is like that, fine. But the exit of bathroom is right facing the door of the room.
So when I sitting on the toliet or step out of bath place, I am right facing the room's door (which is like 6 meter away). Feels really insecurity and awkward, very hard to ignore it.
The manage said he can try to move me, then they just said they are fully booked for 2 days, nothing they can do.
At least you can design the door not directly facing toliet or got a curtein, I feel quite uncomfortable.
