The room and bathroom were a decent size for a major city. The pricing was as expected. We liked the styling of the hotel. The location was also great for touring the city. It was close to key areas but not super touristy.
We were in room 108 and the coffee maker was broken. We did not report this as it was not a big deal, but if they would like to check into for future guests.

British Airways canceled my flight from Olbia to London Heathrow. I booked this St. Martins room and did not use it and got charged for it. I understand. It is the other booking in Olbia which I tried to cancel and for which I would like Booking.com to refund my money. about e168. Regards, davidmclaughlin511@gmail.com
Also, there was a weird incident in the lobby and the elevator. Does this St Martin's hotel engage in and/or allow prostitution?

Spotlessly clean room, excellent mattress and very comfortable sleep. The bathroom/wardrobe layout seemed unusual at first, but we soon appreciated how cleverly and practically it was designed. Great central location.
First impression was slightly underwhelming due to the open wardrobes and unconventional bathroom layout, but this grew on us quickly.

Location is excellent and the staff was pleasant
We needed rooms together and they didn't been able to accommodate. One room was moldy and we had to switch rooms.
The food at the breakfast buffet was repetitive and dull.

This property has it all: super friendly and helpful staff, delicious food with lots of vegan options (even my non-vegan kids were loving the vegan ravioli - it's stupendous!), best location for being able to walk everywhere (theater, shopping, sightseeing) while feeling safe, and all at a price that is more reasonable than similar hotel options. The St. Martins Lane London definitely exceeded our expectations! :-)

Centrally located in the theater district. Near all the good restaurants, landmarks, and of course, West End. Our room spacious room (double double 2 queen beds) was perfect for our family of four. Friendly and helpful staff.
Hallways were dark. But no one really spends time in the hallways, so not an issue at all.
