The property is pretty new, located in a good street in Covent Garden easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are large, especially for a London hotel. This was the only 5 Stars I could find with two queen beds.
Two things, my mom tried to take a bath but the bathtub was full of hairs in the drain , like they just clean superficially. And second, our room which was a corner suite was next to the elevator which you could hear, and was annoying at night for some of us.

The staff was very welcoming. Visa went above and beyond to make us feel important.
The service in the restaurant could have been more attentive. A lot of waiting for the waiter to return.
The bartender was great and very helpful with information above the area.

Convenient hotel which was near to many nice attractions. The quality of the hotel was very nice as well.
My only negative comment would be the construction across the window of the room.

The electronic flashing was noisy in room 139 i was moved to 422 it was the same. Maybe it is normal like that but the staff seems to not know. Other than that it was perfect

I stayed at this lovely hotel and had a fantastic experience. It's perfectly located, just a very short walk from the Tube, which made getting around super easy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was warm and pleasant.
The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained – everything felt comfortable and tidy.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The bed was super comfortable and the curtains were blackout.
The shower pressure and bath/wash products were excellent.
The coffee quality in the room was amazing.
Electrical adapter provided by default.
The hallways smelled amazing.
The gym on Floor 1 was huge and brand new - even had a smith machine and plenty of space (high ceilings)
The bathroom didn't have a door or curtain. I was staying with my younger sister so that was non-ideal.
The temperature panel buttons were a bit broken, had to press offset to the button to get it to work.
No option to cast Netflix to the TV.
The complimentary water bottles were glass so these were too heavy/dangerous to carry when exploring the city; lid was very tough to open.

No bathroom door, and within the bathroom, the toilet had a glass door. TERRIBLE choices for room design and makes the entire stay awkward and uncomfortable.

Location, location, location. I was greeted by a very friendly employee who showed me my room and continued to greet me warmly throughout my stay, which added to my sense of comfort and place. My room was nice and big with lots of light. The overall appearance was modern, clean, spacious and very comfortable.
The women's bathroom on the ground floor was too dark. I could barely see anything and I found it spooky. It also seemed an out-of-place decoration style as the rest of the hotel is so wonderfully light, clean and fresh looking.

The breakfast is not varied enough. There is a lack of vegetables and fruits. We were disappointed that the dishes on the menu are extra, unlike what was in the past.
