The location
The location is perfect, the hotel not so much. Feels old, run down and too minimalistic, as if stuck in the 90s. And the staff really should try to be more friendly and less wannabe models. During our entire stay of thee night we didn’t receive a single smile from any of the staff.

The room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Bathroom was also spotless and all extras that are expected were provided (i.e soap, bodywash,etc)
Small elevators that were sometimes busy and required a small wait for. Nothing major though.

Belman, who brought me luggage to the room, said he would bring up more hangers as I asked but he didn’t. Also, minor thing, I took out the Kleenex box from the Kleenex holder as it was empty and left it on the counter and thought it would be refilled when the housekeeper cleaned my room, but it wasn’t.

Lovely big rooms. Breakfast was very good. Fabulous location with very convenient parking available under the hotel.

Our room was on the 6th floor with a view over the London skyline taking in the Colosseum, Westminster Abbey, Charing Cross station, London Eye. As it was my partner's birthday treat, we were delighted with the chilled bottle of Prosecco, cake and congratulations note found in the room. We walked everywhere from the hotel, the location was so central, and close to underground stations too. Breakfast was buffet style, well stocked, fresh and imaginative. Avocado toasts, fresh fruit, choice of yoghurts, artisan breads, warm frittatas, scrambled eggs, bacon, smoked salmon - spoilt for choice! Fresh orange juice and good coffee hit the spot!
There was nothing not to like!

Location, location, location, breakfast, beds, showers, helpful staff all at a reasonable price for a 5 star hotel.
Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past but feel hotel can now use a "touch up," especially rugs and wall paint in hallways which appear tired. Too much furniture in lounge area, all jumbled and unrelated in design.
Would really appreciate it if a window could be opened to get some fresh air.
