Staff- very accommodating. Location- excellent.
Towels are TERRIBLY SMELLY. Strongly perfumed. Smell gets worse with re-use. Feels like the towels aren’t clean. And that was even after they were accommodating enough to do a wash without the scent.
Window blinds- IMMOVABLE!! I was expecting a fabulous view but it is completely impeded by the blinds on every window that cannot be adjusted! You only see it if you massively zoom in on the window photos. This was a HUGE disappointment and it’s a very bizarre design. See pics.

Belman, who brought me luggage to the room, said he would bring up more hangers as I asked but he didn’t. Also, minor thing, I took out the Kleenex box from the Kleenex holder as it was empty and left it on the counter and thought it would be refilled when the housekeeper cleaned my room, but it wasn’t.

Location, location, location, breakfast, beds, showers, helpful staff all at a reasonable price for a 5 star hotel.
Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past but feel hotel can now use a "touch up," especially rugs and wall paint in hallways which appear tired. Too much furniture in lounge area, all jumbled and unrelated in design.
Would really appreciate it if a window could be opened to get some fresh air.

Excellent hotel location. Room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever seen. Restaurant food was excellent as well. Right near the theatres and pubs, and London walkable locations.
The cost is high but others around there were comparable.

I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time so expecatations were high. We were so excited to arrive after a long travel day and front desk staff were not very welcoming and we stood in front of them for a while without any acknowledgement. The room was nice, breakfast wasn't worth it but the location was fantastic!

Disappointing
the way the staff handled an error that was made from their side. They were trying to downgrade me and we’re trying to make it out as if they were giving me or doing me a favour. They were also not being honest about not having an availability for something that I paid for, but when I called them out on it and proved it they accepted I’m blamed the system for an error. All in all I was extremely disappointed by the staff at the reception everyone else was lovely and very welcoming.

the room facilities are good. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and well-organized in limited space. The room is nicely separated into different areas in the limited space, so it doesn't feel tight with the given m2.
the check-in and check-out took forever. The longest i've ever experienced in the recent years.
Would be nice to offer an option to pre-check-in/out online.
