Thin walls- our neighbor had parties 2x in the night. At 3am!!! We couldnt sleep properly. It was disappointing. We also could hear everything they were saying. I have never experienced this before at a hotel.
We upgraded to a “garden room” and the door wouldn’t lock. Then they moved us to another room with garden and it also didnt lock. So we were moved into a standard room.
The gym lock didnt work either. So we couldnt get in.
The blinds on the windows were either broken or missing the handle to shut.
Needs som repairing.

booked 2 rooms, requested if possible we could be near each other. We was accommodated nicely with rooms 230/231.
overall very nice room, bright, clean. Room 230 - thank you for having a decent hair dryer and for having the plug next to the lovely large mirror, complementary water is a plus! Room 231 all good. Perfect for one night stay.

Room 230 The curtains didn't close properly, curtain hooks stuck, I didn't want to tug and them to much. I couldn't work out how to close the blinds :) silly me. Room 231 all good
