Very Good
Location, staff and general ambience
Our room was on the 2nd or 3rd floor (i forget which) and at times was quite noisy from the street outside

Very Poor
Location
Parking information not sent to me in time for my check in so my vehicle didn’t fit in the car park even though I message to tell them I have a large van and had to park 30mins drive from the hotel paying 100£ and walk for 40mins with loads of luggage through crowds and broke my suitcase.
Your hotel states it has rain fall showers it doesn’t at all.
The carpet was coming up and the carpet grippers were exposed (severe health and safety issue).
No views from the rooms at all as you cannot open the blinds.
Very poor lighting
Poor customer service when issues were brought to the managers attention
he apparently upgraded us to a better room that cost 800£ a night … from the pictures online it’s a worse room than we initially booked at 300-400. I would never spend 800£ staying here let alone 400 again
This experience caused stress, it delayed me and made me late for further appointments, caused damage and wear to our belongings, and a lot of cost on top of the hotel with its facilities that it doesn’t actually have.
Another hotel all about taking your money

The bathroom and bed linen were great.
Our bedroom was tiny. So small that we could not open our suitcase unless we put it on the bed. There was no room for even a small beside table on either side of the bed.

Good
The cleanliness
Hotel doesn't have sign so drove by it
Wasn't aware of the valet parking, my parking space hadn't been reserved so that added stress.
Food could have been quicker at dinner as there were barely any guests dining

Visa on the door is a credit to the hotel! These another guy on front of house he lives in Wimbledon he is English! sorry can't remember his name but the front of house runs smoothly when he's there ! Staff are good but some need to no a bit more English! My personal opinion the hotel needs a better bar area! Lovely cocktail bar
Bar area small and in with the restaurant ! Taking a deposit when you have already paid for your stay ! And paying extra when you've already paid for breakfast ! And not able to open window in bedroom for a bit of fresh air

Excellent hotel location. Room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever seen. Restaurant food was excellent as well. Right near the theatres and pubs, and London walkable locations.
The cost is high but others around there were comparable.

Pleasant
Location was very good, Staff were all very nice and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was good.
Also, the bathroom was pleasant and clean.
If it weren't for the Location and great staff - the final score would have been much lower.
The worst part was the beds - they were small and very uncomfortable, we had back aches throughout our stay. We had a Superior Double Room with 2 double beds, when I asked the staff they said those were Queen Size, but the bed were definitely not Queen size.
The room is not comfortable enough for 4 people.
Also, there is very little storage in the room, once again - 4 people, 4 nights, during winter. barely anywhere to store our clothes. only 1 hanging rack with a lot of Hotel items stored beneath (Safe, Iron, Ironing board) - leaving room for nothing longer than a jacket. a few very small shelves with once again - hotel provided items (hair dryer and other stuff) taking up the space. In the room there is a very big desk with no storage under. most of our belongings stayed in the suitcases during our stay. Not convenient at all.
Ultimately, the cost of the hotel was very high, charging extra for everything (the fridge was full of alcohol, very 1980's, no room for us to store water. the few shelves next to the fridge also had alcohol, so much booze for a family room, there was also a box of stuff in the bathroom with overpriced extra cost items like shaving cream, taking up space much needed).
The lighting in the room is also weird, each light needs to be turned on individually, including the ceiling light that required pulling on a lever in the lamp, and even when turning all of them on - the room was still dark. There was no well-lit mirror for putting on makeup, only 1 in the bathroom that was badly lit and 1 full body mirror in the room which was not lit at all.
Lastly, the room was located on the first floor, we couldn't open the curtains as the street was right below us and it felt very intrusive, people in the street were at eye level with us.
The room design is there to impress with "cool" blue lights and shiny surfaces, but not at all practical or comfortable.

Location is terrific. Interior design iconic. Nice staff. Good breakfast.
Breakfast service could be improved - it is slow and seems disorganized at times.

Location. Bar. Breakfast. - superb
Something in the room elicited an allergic reaction- I was offered another room on the same floor but it caused a similar reaction. The windows were not opened during cleaning, in spite of a specific statement by the person in reception desk. Next time we’ll try a room on a higher floor :)
