We have stayed with you several times and the location is exceptional as is the room immaculately clean.
The breakfast! What's happened!
The standard has dropped dramatically. The stations do not work in the middle of the room. We were not offered a menu on the 1st morning but were on the 2nd and told there was an extra charge but it was already included in our stay. The staff weren't v friendly no welcoming smiles as before. The poached eggs weren't cooked and the presentation was poor. The toaster in the breakfast room was exactly the same size as is in my kitchen at home a 4 slice toaster! That isnt going to work in a hotel let alone of where it was placed. Very disappointing sadly

Excellent hotel! The location is perfect! In the tourist center of London. Two train stations nearby. The service is excellent! They gave us everything we asked for. Very tasty breakfast. The room is decorated, new and beautiful. We will definitely come back here next time

Location and friendly staff
The room was extremely small, there was hardly any lights in the room, we booked a king bed room and found that the bed wasn’t even a queen, it was small and disappointing. The other thing we hated not just disliked was that the bathroom/toilet area had no door, the shower box was bad too, whenever we take w shower the water runs all over the bathroom floor leaving it drenched and wet.

the room facilities are good. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and well-organized in limited space. The room is nicely separated into different areas in the limited space, so it doesn't feel tight with the given m2.
the check-in and check-out took forever. The longest i've ever experienced in the recent years.
Would be nice to offer an option to pre-check-in/out online.

Second time staying here. Amazing location close to everything. Comfy fresh room, great big bed.

Great Covent garden location Hotel which has lots of night life ,iconic shopping branded shops and bars & restaurants.
The area shops are open late night every night...a mixed diversity of restaurants and bars depending on main street or side alley .
Hotel is a 2min walk to Leicester Sq & 4min to Covent garden train underground stations.
I was struck immediately on arrival by the very helpful staff willing to please.
Great breakfast which was included in my stay.
Excellent room servicing staff...every day my room was made up spotless with refreshed towels, water bottles etc.
The main room of my double bed Room was compact ...small.. (like most in London) with not a lot of area to move about but thankfully I was travelling alone and not tripping over others luggage. However Bathroom was of good size.
The lighting is eclectic ..my room was a lime green when I walked in but thankfully this was easily changed to a more natural tone setting ...there is a cherry red lighting option available ...but not for me.

It’s well-located
When we arrived our room was not ready , we were a little bit early , there was no possibility to have a changing room or a place where to refresh after our flight . They just offered a bathroom where people kept on entering . I expected a 5 stars hotel to be better organized.
