Everything in this hotel is excellent
£500 a night is quite expensive even though the hotel is superb, saying that, we keep going back.

Location is excellent and the staff was pleasant
We needed rooms together and they didn't been able to accommodate. One room was moldy and we had to switch rooms.
The food at the breakfast buffet was repetitive and dull.

Decor and the reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
The breakfast. The hot food wasn't hot. The staff had forgotten to put out the tea bags and the toaster.

This property has it all: super friendly and helpful staff, delicious food with lots of vegan options (even my non-vegan kids were loving the vegan ravioli - it's stupendous!), best location for being able to walk everywhere (theater, shopping, sightseeing) while feeling safe, and all at a price that is more reasonable than similar hotel options. The St. Martins Lane London definitely exceeded our expectations! :-)
