Charged £8 to my credit card for minibar items. I have never used a hotel minibar in my life and yet the bigger London hotels often add a charge. To my credit card after date. To be fair they reversed the charge when I queried it by telephone .

Location was perfect.
Very disappointed this time. Waited to book in, only one member of staff on at 5 pm. Room not as nice as last visits. Only one chair in room. Curtains didn’t close. No personal touch and generic emails which didn’t apply to me. Main bar not open. Waited at restaurant entrance, roped off,and no staff came but guest said just come in and go to bar. Also a “open access” loo with no door-are disabled people not allowed privacy? Stayed many times in last 8 years and sadly felt not as good as was. Staff tried hardest but felt were not really interested.

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection of alternatives.
I enjoyed the fresh fruit salad. My wife had cooked breakfast which was good.
Not a complaint but it did not seem possible to change the room temperature.

We come regularly and spent a lot of time in the room this trip. However, the tv didn’t work correctly and signal kept dropping off, very frustrating

Great location. Super-super clean. There are a lot of food and drinks in the fridge.the room was newly remodeled.
Problems with the TV during several days. Got complementary water only on the second day. The menu on the room doesn’t reflect what was ont je fridge

Room nice and bed very comfy. lovely view. breakfast good quality and lots of choice. Great location for theatre trip
Not 5 star experience. Felt like a 4 star in most areas. Service same as a premier inn - reception staff bordering on scruffy with no personality or special welcome. I expect extra touches for 5 star prices and there weren't any. Signal poor on the tv on multiple channels in our room. I wouldn't expect such a basic technical problem in a hotel of this rating. 4 quid for a snickers from the mini bar?! A 5 star should be offering it as complementary, not trying to rip off their guests with stupid prices.
