Since our last visit the hotel has introduced a full buffet breakfast, which is very good. There is also an a la carte but that costs extra.
Housekeeping was excellent and our rooms were always very clean.
The reception team and the concierge deserve a special thank you - always there with a smile and ready to assist.
We did not like the somewhat nonchalant manner of some of the more senior members of the restaurant team. The serving staff were excellent. One is tempted to remind them that we are the paying guests!
The music in public areas was often too loud, and really too much during the breakfast period.

Very poor breakfast, room cleaning was poor (kept finding the same earbud on the floor) and always gave us 2 towels even though we had a room for 3.very very expensive

The location is perfect. Room was lovely. Breakfast was lovely on 1st day but disappointing on day 2 as we were put in what seemed like an overflow room and nobody came to take orders - for food or drinks.
Bath is room was faulty so water constantly drained out. When I told reception they did not help. I have small daughter and we only use the bath for her washes so it was a shame.

Location
Parking information not sent to me in time for my check in so my vehicle didn’t fit in the car park even though I message to tell them I have a large van and had to park 30mins drive from the hotel paying 100£ and walk for 40mins with loads of luggage through crowds and broke my suitcase.
Your hotel states it has rain fall showers it doesn’t at all.
The carpet was coming up and the carpet grippers were exposed (severe health and safety issue).
No views from the rooms at all as you cannot open the blinds.

Poor customer service when issues were brought to the managers attention
he apparently upgraded us to a better room that cost 800£ a night … from the pictures online it’s a worse room than we initially booked at 300-400. I would never spend 800£ staying here let alone 400 again
This experience caused stress, it delayed me and made me late for further appointments, caused damage and wear to our belongings, and a lot of cost on top of the hotel with its facilities that it doesn’t actually have.

The bathroom and bed linen were great.
Our bedroom was tiny. So small that we could not open our suitcase unless we put it on the bed. There was no room for even a small beside table on either side of the bed.

Wasn't aware of the valet parking, my parking space hadn't been reserved so that added stress.
Food could have been quicker at dinner as there were barely any guests dining
