Relatively small room and bed (reserved standard queen) and could hear our neighbors quite well.

Maids didn’t come in to clean our room during 2 night stay, no turn down service. The mattress was sliding on the bed, which nearly caused me to fall off and hit my head on the mirror.
If you don’t use credit cards be warned the hold a £200 payment on your debit card until you check out. That wasn’t clear to me when booking.
They had a crane working from 7am right outside our windows, but didn’t tell us until after check in.
Wouldn’t stay again.
