Very overpriced breakfast then an extra £10 for something different. Dark corridors. Weird reception area. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Amazing smell in the foyer and the hallways. Pristine rooms and well organised and tidy and good selection of things you can buy in the room. A wonderful stay.

Everything in this hotel is excellent
£500 a night is quite expensive even though the hotel is superb, saying that, we keep going back.

Location is excellent and the staff was pleasant
We needed rooms together and they didn't been able to accommodate. One room was moldy and we had to switch rooms.
The food at the breakfast buffet was repetitive and dull.
