From the moment we arrived, the receptionist made us feel genuinely welcome. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful during check-in. As a lovely surprise, she offered us an upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really set the tone for our entire experience at the hotel.
