No power socket near the bed
Service at breakfast was a little slow when waiting for our hot drinks

The staff was lovely from the reception to breakfast, everyone was very friendly and attentive
The hotel is in the heart of London perfect location
We stayed 2 days and they changed our sheets for the second night which we didn’t expect they would do as we were only staying 2 nights, same in the bathroom new fresh towels were added
We booked a superior room but when we got in realised it is pretty much the same as a standard room! So if you book at this hotel don’t bother paying extra for a superior.I went to reception to tell them about it as a superior room looks different on their website photos,more windows and a bit bigger , but the room we got looked like the standard ones.
I asked them what’s the difference then between a standard and superior and they couldn’t really answer me and said it’s pretty much the same!?
I wish I saved my pennies and booked a standard…
they told us the hotel was fully booked when we checked in but then when I mentioned about our room not being the right one they say well we have another superior available if you want to see it? Went to see it and it was very similar just with a few more windows and an even smaller bathroom than ours, the room smelled of drains so I said I’ll stick with the one we have thanks as it doesn’t smell.
Another thing is the feather duvet, not our favourite but that’s a personal choice, as they make you sweat all night…the pillows were also far too soft and gave us neck pain.
The bed was a Queen which is on the small side tbh for the amount you pay a night they could at least give you a king size.
We couldn’t wait to go back home and have a proper night sleep in our comfy bed!
No biscuits or any treats with our tea coffee tray in the room ,the little touches usually make your stay, again fo the price you pay what the cost of a few biscuits?
Overall ok but disappointed for the quality/price

Wonderful
We have stayed here many times and stayed and various types of room. All have very comfortable and spotlessly clean beds. The location is unbeatable with everything within walking distance. The staff are as always very polite, helpful and friendly.
The public toilet in reception was very disappointing. it is in need of a good clean and overhaul.

We have stayed with you several times and the location is exceptional as is the room immaculately clean.
The breakfast! What's happened!
The standard has dropped dramatically. The stations do not work in the middle of the room. We were not offered a menu on the 1st morning but were on the 2nd and told there was an extra charge but it was already included in our stay. The staff weren't v friendly no welcoming smiles as before. The poached eggs weren't cooked and the presentation was poor. The toaster in the breakfast room was exactly the same size as is in my kitchen at home a 4 slice toaster! That isnt going to work in a hotel let alone of where it was placed. Very disappointing sadly

Excellent hotel! The location is perfect! In the tourist center of London. Two train stations nearby. The service is excellent! They gave us everything we asked for. Very tasty breakfast. The room is decorated, new and beautiful. We will definitely come back here next time

Location and friendly staff
The room was extremely small, there was hardly any lights in the room, we booked a king bed room and found that the bed wasn’t even a queen, it was small and disappointing. The other thing we hated not just disliked was that the bathroom/toilet area had no door, the shower box was bad too, whenever we take w shower the water runs all over the bathroom floor leaving it drenched and wet.
