Convenient hotel which was near to many nice attractions. The quality of the hotel was very nice as well.
My only negative comment would be the construction across the window of the room.

The electronic flashing was noisy in room 139 i was moved to 422 it was the same. Maybe it is normal like that but the staff seems to not know. Other than that it was perfect

A second bed sheet would be ideal. Having just a duvet is not always comfortable. For an international location like London, such added flexibility would be desirable.

Fabulous location. Spacious,airy,quirky. Staff are an excellent blend of both professional, helpful and friendly. Concierge and front of house staff are excellent. Particular mention to Dimitri.
Although the atmosphere and staff in the Blind Spot bar were excellent,I felt the food was disappointing compared to my previous stay and not how I remember it being. I felt it was rather tasteless, and presented like fast food. I missed the complimentary wine bought to our room as per previous visit, not a deal breaker, just slightly disappointing. The small touches people remember.

I stayed at this lovely hotel and had a fantastic experience. It's perfectly located, just a very short walk from the Tube, which made getting around super easy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was warm and pleasant.
The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained – everything felt comfortable and tidy.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The exterior of this hotel is deceptive as we walked past it several times thinking it was offices however within lies a real gem. Modern, clean, with friendly helpful staff. A great location, good value for money. The breakfast is buffet style, plentiful with gluten free alternatives though no separate toaster and the service was a bit disorganised.
