Great Covent garden location Hotel which has lots of night life ,iconic shopping branded shops and bars & restaurants.
The area shops are open late night every night...a mixed diversity of restaurants and bars depending on main street or side alley .
Hotel is a 2min walk to Leicester Sq & 4min to Covent garden train underground stations.
I was struck immediately on arrival by the very helpful staff willing to please.
Great breakfast which was included in my stay.
Excellent room servicing staff...every day my room was made up spotless with refreshed towels, water bottles etc.
The main room of my double bed Room was compact ...small.. (like most in London) with not a lot of area to move about but thankfully I was travelling alone and not tripping over others luggage. However Bathroom was of good size.
The lighting is eclectic ..my room was a lime green when I walked in but thankfully this was easily changed to a more natural tone setting ...there is a cherry red lighting option available ...but not for me.

It’s well-located
When we arrived our room was not ready , we were a little bit early , there was no possibility to have a changing room or a place where to refresh after our flight . They just offered a bathroom where people kept on entering . I expected a 5 stars hotel to be better organized.

It was a lovely stay but sadly I feel like the overall feel of the hotel has gotten a bit tired, the lobby and elevators particularly….in need of a good refresh to be able to keep up their high prices compared to other top London hotels

Nice room, great Location. Phil Ashworth was very helpful and professional and Visa went above and beyond to welcome us to the Hotel and remembered us from a previous visit, which was nice.
Some of the staff were quite rude and unhelpful. Others just incompetent, although some were great. The room wasn't serviced when we returned late afternoon and the response from the acting manager was very unhelpful, he tried to blame us for the problem! stating they had until 6pm to service a room. We were going to a show that evening and needed to get showered and changed quickly. I didn't need to be arguing with some incompetent member of staff to get the room serviced. if they cant service the rooms before 6pm they need to employ more staff to do so.
Having stayed before it was very disappointing and i wont be returning.

Comfortable room 142, friendly staff and good location.
Our stay was ruined by loud drumming music from the bar that didn’t stop until 1.30 am. It was impossible to sleep!
I complained to reception at 12.50 am and was told that a manager had gone to ask for the music to be turned down this didn’t happen. Others had also complained. We will not stay there again. The buffet breakfast was pretty average.
Their practice of charging your credit card £100 for extras in advance and then refunding at a latter date is not particularly acceptable.
