a good experience with gentle and helping staff (doorman especially). Good size room, clean and quiet. Good breakfast with very gentle service people and good selection of food.
all good and well with some exceptions: Arrival check in and reception (22 January at around 15/16:00: the lady at the counter was unwelcoming and blunt. Restaurant in the evening (two meals) was ordinary, no bad-no good , average. The menu was a little disappointing, service was friendly.

Staff- very accommodating. Location- excellent.
Towels are TERRIBLY SMELLY. Strongly perfumed. Smell gets worse with re-use. Feels like the towels aren’t clean. And that was even after they were accommodating enough to do a wash without the scent. Window blinds- IMMOVABLE!! I was expecting a fabulous view but it is completely impeded by the blinds on every window that cannot be adjusted! You only see it if you massively zoom in on the window photos. This was a HUGE disappointment and it’s a very bizarre design. See pics.
