Please put "excellent" in front of these: location, staff, breakfast, size of room, shower....
We will definitely be back again.
My rooms was near the elevator. Weeknights my room was very quiet. On the weekend, guests arriving back well after midnight were very noisy. A sign in the lift asking people to be quiet when returning to their rooms would be great.

The location was perfect for our requirements. The concierge staff were excellent.
It was a little noisy on the street outside at night, we were in a room at the front. Not sure how you could improve this though.

Disappointing
the way the staff handled an error that was made from their side. They were trying to downgrade me and we’re trying to make it out as if they were giving me or doing me a favour. They were also not being honest about not having an availability for something that I paid for, but when I called them out on it and proved it they accepted I’m blamed the system for an error. All in all I was extremely disappointed by the staff at the reception everyone else was lovely and very welcoming.

Location, once we realsied it was the correct hotel was great
No power socket near the bed
Service at breakfast was a little slow when waiting for our hot drinks
There needed to be two chairs and two hand towels as there was two of us

The staff was lovely from the reception to breakfast, everyone was very friendly and attentive
The hotel is in the heart of London perfect location
We stayed 2 days and they changed our sheets for the second night which we didn’t expect they would do as we were only staying 2 nights, same in the bathroom new fresh towels were added
We booked a superior room but when we got in realised it is pretty much the same as a standard room! So if you book at this hotel don’t bother paying extra for a superior.I went to reception to tell them about it as a superior room looks different on their website photos,more windows and a bit bigger , but the room we got looked like the standard ones.
I asked them what’s the difference then between a standard and superior and they couldn’t really answer me and said it’s pretty much the same!?
I wish I saved my pennies and booked a standard…
they told us the hotel was fully booked when we checked in but then when I mentioned about our room not being the right one they say well we have another superior available if you want to see it? Went to see it and it was very similar just with a few more windows and an even smaller bathroom than ours, the room smelled of drains so I said I’ll stick with the one we have thanks as it doesn’t smell.
Another thing is the feather duvet, not our favourite but that’s a personal choice, as they make you sweat all night…the pillows were also far too soft and gave us neck pain.
The bed was a Queen which is on the small side tbh for the amount you pay a night they could at least give you a king size.
We couldn’t wait to go back home and have a proper night sleep in our comfy bed!
No biscuits or any treats with our tea coffee tray in the room ,the little touches usually make your stay, again fo the price you pay what the cost of a few biscuits?
Overall ok but disappointed for the quality/price

Wonderful
We have stayed here many times and stayed and various types of room. All have very comfortable and spotlessly clean beds. The location is unbeatable with everything within walking distance. The staff are as always very polite, helpful and friendly.
The public toilet in reception was very disappointing. it is in need of a good clean and overhaul.
