We’ve stayed here several times and it doesn’t disappoint.
We didn’t receive an email with our charges. We had several meals, drinks and breakfasts and we would have liked an invoice. When we checked out, we were told we would receive this by email. As far as I remember the same thing happened the last time we stayed here. I don’t think we were overcharged but I still expect to receive a bill.

Location was great, We were given a complimentary room upgrade.
Rooms are still quite small for the price, not uncommon for London. The open plan bathroom isn't very practical
