Exceptionally helpful, friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect & that we were happy at all times. Amazing room, so good we didn’t dine out but dined in the room prior to our show ! Will definitely return

We had a great time. Hotel really clean and comfortable. Amazing F&B. The St.James bar makes fantastic drinks and has fabulous nibbles too.

Reception, room, breakfast all first rate as always.
We had a pre-theatre dinner reservation slot at 5:30pm with further guests (which should have been more than enough time) to have dinner at leave comfortably by 7/7:05pm. Despite me saying we needed to leave by c 7pm the waiter was very slow in getting going with taking the orders etc. As a result the dessert was basically a complete waste as it had to be eaten in about one minute. Considering the standard of restaurant and price of the menu this was very disappointing.

The gym the machines were old no peloton bike and the treatmeal was not in good condition 3 days I went at 9am was not clean and no drinking bottle of water
