St James’s Park is just 1050 feet from the hotel. All the bedrooms at the property have been redesigned in 2019 by French interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon. Inspired by 1960s London, the new rooms blend bold British design with contemporary French elegance. We arrived earlier than our check in time . We left our luggage and we were told we would be called on my phone when ready . Nobody called. Bad !! A Futher more a wall for a window ! A complete wall !!! Shower Luke warm .

The hotel is nicely placed and truly easy to come from the airport via Victoria station. The hotel is luxury and gives you the needed vibes of London from the very first step.
The room we received first was not satisfactory at all due to the view from the window (dirty territory of the internal part of the hotel). Personnel was able to resolve the issue and we are satisfied in full!
