I didn't like anything.
I didn't like anything cause we found it in the room bedbugs. Also facilities was very dirty .I would like received my refund.

It was close to the coach station
Dirty pillows,dirty windows, fan did not work, found bed bugs in bed , very small rooms ,dirty carpet, only get 2 little milk in toom plastic cups for tea! No spoons!!! No lift and steep stairs if you have cases. Faulty electric. Not worth the money at 108 pounds should be 20 pounds !!!!!

Security was terrible. Front door was never locked. Fire doors throughout the property were propped open with fire extinguishers. The room was filthy, coffee stains up the walls. Bathroom was filthy, toilet seat cracked, flush button broken. Two fans in the room, both broken in some way, had to use a chair to prop it up.
Just a really dirty room.

Was close to the station what we wanted the most.. Was an old heritage building but was maintained really well.
If only there could be a lift.

Location was suitable only 10 minutes from Victoria Station.
Property was very budget , we were on the 4th floor so loads of stairs. Cheap no thrills accommodation, tiny and dated

The place is ok.
Dilapidated, dirty, uncomfortable hotel. A scandal. Bathroom outside the defective room. We asked for another room and it was worse, the bathroom one floor below, water leak.
