The breakfast buffet was excellent, highly suggest adding to reservation. Location is amazing; less than a 5 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and Green Park tube station and plenty of walkable restaurants and shopping.
The price was a bit expensive but suitable for the area. The temperature in the room kept tuning down by itself, likely a conservation measure but it was frustrating.

I liked the location and the stuff was friendly
The only was I booked for 40 m² club room and they provided to me 25 m² and then when I complain they say there is no rooms and they can give me two 2 nights only and then they have to change it back to the smaller one and when I insist that I paid for the 40 m² the and I cannot change between rooms. Then they give me the 30 m² room. Without returning the difference.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location.
There was only one elevator working in the entire building, which made it nearly impossible to get to our room on the 6th floor without using the stairs — the queues for the lift were incredibly long at all times. In our room, the plumbing from the upper floor was a nightmare. Every time the guests above used the shower, we heard extremely loud and disturbing noises. Also, for a five-star hotel, the standard room was surprisingly small. Definitely not what you’d expect from a hotel of this category.

A receptionist who spoke so quickly, I initially questioned whether or not she was speaking English. Only one small lift working. Dogs in the bar. Unappealing breakfast room.
