1. Pram access was non existent
2. Felt like the staff around the bar didn’t want us in there. Hard to get service of a simple drink. We ended up leaving.
3. Taxi drivers blatantly taking the long way round to charge more.

I liked the location and the stuff was friendly
The only was I booked for 40 m² club room and they provided to me 25 m² and then when I complain they say there is no rooms and they can give me two 2 nights only and then they have to change it back to the smaller one and when I insist that I paid for the 40 m² the and I cannot change between rooms.
Then they give me the 30 m² room. Without returning the difference.
