Very Good
The main gentleman who seemed to run front of house was really friendly and super helpful.
This was the second time I have visited in a couple years, it feels as if the hotel needs a little sprucing.

Location and hotel layout
Staff were very unhelpful. Three times they got breakfast order wrong so had to eat out just to get some food. No parking and no assistance on check in check out in regards to parking options just warned not to park outside hotel or you will get a ticket, even after explaining a 12 hour drive no assistance on check out either very quick and very abrupt although spent 35 minutes checking out a female guest and couldn’t have been more helpful. Features in room didn’t work and some features I assume broken like auto blinds and curtains etc. supposed to be sound proof rooms but could here neighbours kids next door until 2 am

Very Good
All the staff we met were excellent - and could not be more helpful and professional - from the reception desk to housekeeping, always polite and very helpful - it is noticed.
Personally I found the bed a little more uncomfortable, but that did not hinder the stay - it was a personal preference and you can't please everyone.

Wonderful
Bar, Design, Interior, bed, service, atmosphere, lush towels, lifts, hallways, energy, breakfast, staff.
This was absolutely the best hotel visit treat ever. And I had a bad night's sleep because of the noise pollutions outside - yet I still feel so excited for the experience. I was on the 2nd floor so would maybe push to go higher in future.
I was extremely lucky to have received a room upgrade and was treated like a Queen by the staff. Wow, they are all incredible, attentive, respectful, well mannered and MADE THE TRIP. The interior is everything to me, a classic since I studied interior design and my tutors took us there on a London trip. I find the rooms so sexy and they are designed precisely for that feeling. Yes, the glass bathroom walls are not ideal if you're trying not to wake up your partner but aside from that, it all feels luxury and FUN. I was met my Ali who is so wonderful at his job, made sure to get me checked in early to set up the surprise for my partner and they organised a little cake and card too when we arrived later in the evening. Shout out to Abhi too! I think there were other members of staff involved in making this experience so special so Thank you for an excellent stay! xxxxx
external sound - there's motorcycles and people chatting up and down that road - central Soho.

Poor
It was clean and good location.
It’s very noisy. Walls are thin, I mean you can hear everything after people get back from a night of partying. It’s a hotel for men who want to pick up “woman” for a good time.

Loved every bit of my stay at Sanderson London. Big shoutout to David for arranging an early check-in — after a long-haul flight, that kind of care hits different. The room design? Super cool, modern with a creative twist. Bed, linen, and pillows were insanely comfy — slept like a dream. Service was on point the whole way through. And the location? Perfect. You're literally steps from Regent Street, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, UCL — everything you need, right at your doorstep. Total vibe.
