great location, friendly staff, clean property environment, rooms were within expectations, excellent bathroom with great rain shower & bidet shower for the potty
Slight discomfort with certain facilities you'd expect from a hotel/service apartment not present but that's not a real major issue. However, it does prevent me from giving the stay a 10/10 rating

Wonderful
Excellent and clean property, very friendly staff, we could reserve a safe car park.Bus station and overground right at the front of the hotel,underground nearby.
Quite noisy neighbourhood because of the trains,however, a pleasant stay.
The pillows are not very comfortable

The apartment was immaculate. The staff were amazing. There was no cleaning service on weekends but they made sure to collect the garbage amd bring fresh towels.

Good location handy for the tube, overground, buses to Camden and shops, restaurants and pubs on the High Street. Our appartment felt safe, comfortable and was very quiet! We also appreciated the water in the fridge and toiletries provided.
We couldn't get the shower to produce hot water - tepid at best - but didn't tell the staff this until we checked out. The sofabed was quite creaky but otherwise the whole stay was great.

The property was exactly how it was advertised. The staff and managers were very welcoming and understanding. The security was also great ensuring that guests feel safe. Amazing service was provided.
While theres floor heating in the bathroom and kitchen area, the rest of the room stays very cold.

I loved how spacious the rooms were and how clean everything was. Staff were very attentive and the location is great, right next to the high street
lack of facilities, whilst I know theres an external pool we can access, its at a cost.
