Beautiful and cosy hotel. Quiet location and very comfortable room.
Fabulous roof terrace with honesty bar and beautiful lounge on ground floor.
Initially the food menu seemed limited but it turned out to be very high quality and delicious.

Wonderful
San Domenico House offers exceptional value for money for the area. Location feels safe and there is easy access to bars, restaurants and transport.
Staff couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. This really makes the difference and there is attention to detail you don't find in bigger hotels.
We would definitely recommend and stay again.

The location is great and surrounding is lovely
We recently stayed at this hotel and while the location was excellent and very convenient, unfortunately the overall experience did not match the price we paid.
The room itself was in need of some care and attention, as it felt quite tired and could benefit from refurbishment. We also experienced ongoing issues with the TV throughout our stay, which was frustrating.
When we raised this with staff, the response was disappointing — we were told that resolving the issue was “not in my job description,” which is not what you would expect in terms of customer service.
Overall, while the location is a strong point, the service and facilities do not currently justify the cost. With some improvements, this could be a much better experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, bringing us a coffee machine and tea-making facilities. We were given a room upgrade without asking.7
The location is a quiet street a short walk from Sloane Square underground, several bus routes and the King's Road.

Because of him, we definitely want to come back. He was there when we arrived very early in the morning, and he was amazing from the very beginning. I’ve honestly never stayed in a better hotel—what an amazing experience in England. I loved it. It’s my favorite by far. We actually wanted to have a chat with him, but we had to catch our flight, so we had to leave in a hurry. Sending love from Turkey to the receptionist

Friendly staff and they kindly let us check in early for our anniversary celebration stay which was appreciated. Nice welcome tea/ prosecco on arrival and the location of the hotel is excellent, near sloane square tube in a quiet street.
Unfortunately given the price we paid the hotel was disappointing overall. Firstly, i was upset by one incident where i was getting changed for bed and a male member of staff walked in to our bedroom without even knocking first or verbally checking if anyone was in (despite all the lights being on as well) which I found highly embarrassing. Secondly, the room itself needs some TLC as it felt dated and unloved in places. Some of it the furniture was a damaged and worn, both bathroom taps only set to hot (no cold running water) and the toilet does not flush properly. Also the TV main channels do not sync up with the screen so you cannot watch a programme properly and it was very far from the bed with no sofa despite us paying extra for a deluxe with balcony room. You would accept some of these things for a low budget hotel but not at over £300 per night and we've enjoyed far better hotels for less than this so sadly we had a disappointing stay.
