It was clean and had everything one could need for a longer or shorter stay! Perfect location and very helpful staff!
The photos of the booking do not depict the actual apartment/studio we stayed at. Our accommodation was on a - 1 floor that was under the reception desk and we had the view of a building, just a little bit more than a meter away. No big windows nor the natural light seen in the photos here. Otherwise the bed, sofa, kitchen, bathroom and etc, are as in the photos. It would be nice to have photos of the actual property and not just one of the many!

Location is perfect, very close to underground, a few minutes walking distance to Saint Paul, Tate museum, borough market, bridges. staffs are friendly, spacious , very nice apartment, newly renovated, from the window can see Saint Paul church.
They don’t refill the supplies (toilet paper, towels etc) unless you request it.

Unit was clean and quiet with helpful staff, near underground station and bus stop. Close to popular sightseeing locations within walking distance. Restaurants close by. Spacious and nice bathroom with fluffy towels. In-unit clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigrator, iron and ironing board.
Not enough closet space. Had to ask for supplies (toilet paper, detergent, etc.) but quickly provided. Only 2 dining chairs in our unit for 3 people. Our unit had a view of other buildings.

Lovely clean room
Wish it was sound proof as even on the 4th floor I could hear people talking on the streets outside. Did not get to sleep until the early hours.

Location is amazing. Walking distance to subway, coffee shops/ restaurants around. Very quiet apartment. Well organised place with kitchenette. Modern design, good condition. Comfy bed, we slept so well. Big shower with good water pressure. Heated floor in the bathroom. Staff nice and friendly:)
The heating system wasn’t working well, we would prefer a little bit warmer temperature. To be fair we didn’t ask but it might be sorted for us.
