This property was fabulous for us as a family of 3 travelling to London to see a musical and take in some sights. Our teenage daughter (16) was comfortable on the sofa bed (wouldn't recommend it for 2 x teenagers but fine for 2 x under 10. We didn't use the kitchen to cook, but the tea and coffee were very welcome for a morning cuppa. Brilliant location with easy access to Mansion House tube station (next door) and easy to walk over the Millennium Bridge to Southbank, Tate Modern, Borough Market etc.
I couldn't really find fault with the apartment - we would use it again for sure. It was basic, comfortable, clean and functional with everything we needed for a city break.

Fantastic mini apartment, new modern and functional. Strong air conditioning, we had to switch to heating for a bit as it was getting really cold. Staff are great and the underground is opposite the front door. Good double glazing so absolutely no noise at night. Lots of pubs and restaurants around, you won't regret it.

I liked the courtyard
The room looked nothing like what it did online and when we complained about it they told us “it’s a different layout” but there was no sofa and a lot small and simpler than what was advertised, the room we got is not shown anywhere online.

The apartment has a lovely view of St Paul's Cathedral from all windows and is in a very walkable part of the city. The bathroom was excellent with plenty of large, very absorbent towels
The pull out bed in the sitting room was not very comfortable, so the apartment is most appropriate for one couple rather than two single people.

Great location! Just enough room for two adults and one kid - the apt had everything we needed - mini fridge, dishwasher, combo washer drier, kettle, even a clothes drying rack. Great home base for exploring the city!

The room was spacious, the view of St Paul's outstanding and the accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious.
The staff member who checked us in was lovely and provided all we needed including expediting the room cleaning for us to check in early rather than just drop our bags.
There was one reception person who was not interested in answering questions - he was dismissive of our questions and rather unfriendly.

The location is excellent as it is right next door to the Mansion House underground station making it extremely easy to travel anywhere in the city. In addition, it is within walking distance to a number of sites.
I slept fine but the mattress on the sofa bed was on the thin side. One of the remote controls for the television didn´t work (probably the batteries) but we didn´t make a fuss since we didn't really need that second television. We had a bit of a hiccup arranging to schedule the cleaning of the apartment but once done, they did an outstanding job.
