Wonderful
The property was very clean and well maintained. The lobby smelled amazing and felt warm and cozy the moment you walked in. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures on the website, which honestly already deserves five stars because that rarely happens. In the room, they even provided a small jar filled with little goodies like complimentary tea and milk, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was excellent. It was close to several tube stations and supermarkets, which made getting around and grabbing essentials very easy. The staff were incredibly accommodating. My mom does not speak English, and they were patient, kind, and genuinely made an effort to communicate and help her. They really tried to meet our needs instead of brushing us off. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

Unit was clean and quiet with helpful staff, near underground station and bus stop. Close to popular sightseeing locations within walking distance. Restaurants close by. Spacious and nice bathroom with fluffy towels. In-unit clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigrator, iron and ironing board.
Not enough closet space. Had to ask for supplies (toilet paper, detergent, etc.) but quickly provided. Only 2 dining chairs in our unit for 3 people. Our unit had a view of other buildings.

Location is excellent. Easy access to tube station, grocery, and food. Room was a good size with plenty of storage, kitchen facilities, and extra living space. Overall, very cozy.
Something to note about being so close to the tube is that you can usually hear it at night (we stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear it quite loud). However, that is the chance you take for the convenience of being steps away to public transportation. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, the sink pressure was 10x stronger than the shower. Not many options on the television.

We had a corner apartment with wonderful views of Cannon St. and St Paul's Cathedral. The location was excellent with the Mansion stop on the Underground and a bus stop right outside the door. The area is not totally tourists and it is quiet at night. Many restaurants and take-out were close by. The staff was very helpful and there was someone at the entrance desk from morning through the evening.
The windows were large and provided very nice light and viewing of the street scene day and night. The curtains were full length. We would have appreciated additional cafe (half length) curtains to provide a little more privacy in the evenings.

Excellent location, very friendly and attentive staff, spacious room with all necessary amenities even for a longer stay, and a huge bathroom. Lots of affordable places to eat around the property, two metro stations in the area (one is literally next-door), very convenient for sightseeing. There is even a gym in the building, free to use, and well enough equipped.
The sofa-bed was very uncomfortable - the spring mattress is probably old, as it didn't hold firm at all, and so the springs could be felt everywhere even when sitting, let alone lying down.

The ground floor flats feel like a grave. No sunlight, no window in the bedroom. The smoking corner smoke goes right into the only window in the living room. Do Not agree to take the ground floor apartments. The ones on higher floors are ok.

The apartment was very quiet, well located - right next to the tube to go explore London, and plenty of options for restaurants.
The apartment was way smaller than it looked in the pictures, not much room to move with 3 people, and facing another building - so no view or natural light. As a result we spent most of our time outside.

I do a lot of research when choosing hotels, and Cove Cannon was a great choice. We stayed for 5 days as a group of 8 in 4 double rooms, including an accessible room for my son who uses a wheelchair. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of many spots, with plenty of small convenience stores nearby. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped for cooking, and the indoor and outdoor common areas were perfect for our group to relax and have a drink together before heading to our rooms. The hotel was stylish, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. It’s in a lively business area, so weekdays can be noisy with people heading to nearby pubs, but it was very quiet over the weekend. The noise was never a real problem. Overall, a great stay.
One of the rooms had an AC issue where it wasn't working at full capacity, which wasn’t ideal during an unusual June heat wave.
