Great place to stay. Its spacious, comfy, and clean. The amenities are complete and well thought. Good for long stay since they have washing machine in each unit and theres laundry room in the basement. The check in and check out process are smooth. Surrounded by so many options of food and its near tube station, only less than a minute walking. There are plenty of space to sit in the back of lobby.
Theres no stop zone for cars in front of the property so its kinda hard. Dropping off the luggages is a bit of hassle especially if you bring large bags since you need to cross the road. Theres where cars are usually stopped.

Bathroom facilities (radiant floor ), the size of the room, nice kitchen with all you would need. The staff was nice and the location was very good. Close to much vist points and in the middle of everything.
The sofa bed was not comfortable and they didn't give sheets for the sofa bed, just a pillow with a one time use cover and a Nordic cover after we asked for sheets and a towel because we were 3. The towel never arrived

I was in Cove for 7 days. We took the Studio Room. The room was super comfortable, and clean. The room and bathroom were relatively big for London room standards. It has everything there. The location is perfect! a couple of meters of StPaul Cathedral and the river, 2 minutes from the metro. It is a busy zone full of offices and bars, but it is not noisy at night. This room was not in front of the main street, therefore was not noisy, which was important to me. The Staff are super friendly, At night the place is closed, you need to contact the staff beforehand. I arrived at 9:30pm and the staff was not at the main entrance, but you can contact them by phone or email. There is no room cleaner during the stay. It didn't bother me, but if bothers you, you can contact the staff and ask them to clean the room.
Everything was good. Really small thing, it will be good if you can put some oil, salt, pepper, and things to cook. I assume that most visitors coming from other countries don't come with things like that. Buying an oil bottle doesn't make sense.

Perfectly central location. Very easy access to the underground and the riverside. Lucky to have a view on the street side. Rooms are large. Washing machine inside the room as part of the kitchen unit. Reasonably new furniture and facilities.
The bed could be larger as the room could certainly accommodate a kind bed. The matters made noises and sank towards the middle. The separate entrance to phase 3 is exactly opposite and in close proximity to the trash bins.

It was very pleasant made more so by the helpful staff.
I would have rated accommodation higher had it not been for the dirty living room area rug-When we had just arrived , I took my shoes off and I stepped on the rug and a chip that was left behind and caught in the rug. The rug was plush and showed needing a clean as well I had it removed and there wasnt another rug
