Wonderful
I stayed in the hotel for 6 days in one bedroom apartment and it was great. Spacious rooms, everything that you need for a comfortable stay is there. TVs in both rooms, nice and spacious bathroom, stove top, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, utensils and cooking supply. We bought some groceries for breakfast and cooked eggs every day, reheated some food in the oven for dinner. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, the sleeping sofa in the living room was ok, but it is expected. This time I traveled with my mom, but I would come back with my husband and kids and stay in the same room, that's how convenient and comfortable it is. Another great thing is the location. It was super convenient, with different tube lines within a 5 minutes radius, lots of supermarkets, pubs and cafes around. The staff was very welcoming, always there to help whenever I had any questions or requests.
The only thing that I didn't like was the smell of my bath towels. The hand towels smelled fine, only bath towels smelled kinda musty.

Great location, spacious room with kitchen and we got a washing machine, which was awesome. Great location with underground right in front of the entrance.
The gym is not super equipped and was a little bit hot but served its purpose!

the room was very nice and having ac in the summer was wonderful
we stayed on the first floor and could hear the rumbling of the subway under the hotel and there was a strange banging sound that disturbed us throughout our stay That could not be explained by the hotel staff.

I had a ground floor apsrtment and it was noisy from the street and also underground tube noise Could not sleep at all. Keep asking for the higher floors and not sure why that was not honored.

The staff were ALL amazing! So welcoming and friendly! Even was allowed to check in VERY early. Room was very big and clean. Was shocked at the price considering it was the same as hotel rooms, but this was a whole studio. Bathroom was modern and just had everything you needed.
Only thing I didn't like which is not a big deal but I forgot my toothbrush and unfortunately you have to pay for it.

All facilities were in very good condition — for example, the kettle looked brand new! There was plenty of space to have dinner and relax in front of the TV. Very comfortable beds. The apartment had everything necessary for cooking, washing, and a comfortable stay overall. Great location — two metro stations, pubs, and grocery stores were nearby.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The lobby smelled amazing and felt warm and cozy the moment you walked in. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures on the website, which honestly already deserves five stars because that rarely happens. In the room, they even provided a small jar filled with little goodies like complimentary tea and milk, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was excellent. It was close to several tube stations and supermarkets, which made getting around and grabbing essentials very easy. The staff were incredibly accommodating. My mom does not speak English, and they were patient, kind, and genuinely made an effort to communicate and help her. They really tried to meet our needs instead of brushing us off. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

Unit was clean and quiet with helpful staff, near underground station and bus stop. Close to popular sightseeing locations within walking distance. Restaurants close by. Spacious and nice bathroom with fluffy towels. In-unit clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigrator, iron and ironing board.
Not enough closet space. Had to ask for supplies (toilet paper, detergent, etc.) but quickly provided. Only 2 dining chairs in our unit for 3 people. Our unit had a view of other buildings.
