Perfect location, easy to access and lots of space.
The travel cot wasn't provided immediately, and had to be asked again despite requesting.
The toilet seat was loose and in need of repair.

Very clean and quiet rooms with good kitchen and shower facilities. Location cannot be better, 2 min walk to tube.Staffs are very friendly!

The location is excellent in the middle of London City and next to a tube station.
Staff was nice.
I booked a one bedroom apartment for myself and my daughter. But it was effectively one room divided by the bathroom. There were no doors (and not even a window in the sleeping area). The sofa bed was having a thin mattress, not very convenient.

This isn’t a downside to the property just personal preference but where it’s located it can get quite noisy outside especially in weekends.

Great location and a very comfortable apartment. Everything was clean and well maintained. I also appreciated the small details, especially the interesting book selection in the room — it made the space feel curated rather than generic.
The kitchen was well equipped and genuinely practical.

A very pleasant apartment right next to the metro station. The accommodation is in good condition — the furniture and bathroom are all of good quality. I can only recommend it!

Great location in the heart of the City. Lots of food options within walking distance. Cannon Street is a busy/loud street for traffic but it didn't bother us too much.

Wasn't very clean lots of dust and floors likely hadn't been hoovered or mopped. Hot water was hit and miss had to lwave running for long time to come.through. very soft mattress.
