Great location and had everything we needed for a short stay.
Lifts are secure with a room key required to activate them.
If you are on the sofa bed you do need to creep the through the bedroom to use the bathroom at night.

Great location and reasonable size for a central London apartment. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to have most things needed for a longer stay.
We had to set up the sofa bed for my daughter which wasn’t a problem, however, we had to move 2 tables, a chair and a lamp in the living area to accommodate this.

A wonderful place for a short or long stay in central London. Quite a large, well-equipped room, excellent location, incredibly friendly staff. Even such a small detail as a continental power socket and several USB ports in the walls.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The lobby smelled amazing and felt warm and cozy the moment you walked in. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures on the website, which honestly already deserves five stars because that rarely happens.
In the room, they even provided a small jar filled with little goodies like complimentary tea and milk, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The location was excellent. It was close to several tube stations and supermarkets, which made getting around and grabbing essentials very easy.
The staff were incredibly accommodating. My mom does not speak English, and they were patient, kind, and genuinely made an effort to communicate and help her. They really tried to meet our needs instead of brushing us off.
Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location, easy to access and lots of space.
The travel cot wasn't provided immediately, and had to be asked again despite requesting.
The toilet seat was loose and in need of repair.

The location is excellent in the middle of London City and next to a tube station.
Staff was nice.
I booked a one bedroom apartment for myself and my daughter. But it was effectively one room divided by the bathroom. There were no doors (and not even a window in the sleeping area). The sofa bed was having a thin mattress, not very convenient.

This isn’t a downside to the property just personal preference but where it’s located it can get quite noisy outside especially in weekends.
