The location is good. The facility is good. The staff were exceptional. Showed you up and helped with the luggage on arrival and did the same on departure. Always a call away. Pleasant and willing to help.
Too pricey. I ended up paying almost 600 for a 2nights stay in a studio flat. Certainly not value for money. The microwave oven/ traditional oven difficult to figure out and operate.

This property is in a very good location and is very balanced in terms of price and bone. It's an apartment hotel, there are dishes, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an iron - so it's suitable for a long stay. It is very clean. The staff is very friendly and offered help first. There was a sense of security. If you are traveling for work, this is a very good option for you. I can recommend this property for a stay in central London
The disadvantages are that the bed is very small (queen size) and it is very short in length. If your height is 180 cm or more, then your legs will hang off the bed :))) For two people who are slightly larger than a standard size, this bed will be too small. Take this into account when choosing this place.

The location was very quiet, the studio was quite spacious and the Kitchen area was well appointed. The Bathroom was very good. Great meal out nearby at Brasserie Blanc.
The bed was a double, not kingsize and quite hard. Not hotel bed quality. Gave a bad back.

The staff was very friendly and went beyond to accommodate our bathroom issue. Amenities were in good working order.
Decoration is a bit basic and dated. Some flats have only a single window with no direct sunlight. Some studios have a bathroom with several steps between the toilet and the shower and no anti-slipping flooring - that's certainly not reduced mobility friendly. The lift stops between the floors, so steps are practically unavoidable between street level and flats. The bed is too short and couldn't fit me properly (1.90m tall). Internet connection is very poor and insufficient for normal teleconferencing.

greatttt location so easy to get to with buses and even walkable to most attractions and room was great especially with the fans available
so on our last day this sort of quiet fire alarm sound went off every 15 or so minutes in the early morning and i still have no idea what it was but it really ruined my sleep on our last day since im a light sleeper - my boyfriend easily slept through it though

Well appointed apartment in a fantastic location for sightseeing. Ten minutes to the Thames, fifteen minutes to Covent Garden and five minutes to St.Pauls. The apartment covered all our needs with a good size shower and well equipped kitchenette.

Good facilities and equipment for the size of the studio apartment.
Very close to restaurants and bars.
Quiet for central London.
No plug points near to mirrors. Lack of setup for applying makeup or drying/styling hair.
Lack of natural light, as on lower ground floor, would be a struggle for a longer stay.

Excellent location for visiting LSE. Everything was new and updated. Spent 16 days here and it was very comfortable. There is a great sandwich shop right nearby. The area is clean, beautiful and safe. Communication by text with staff was quick and convenient.
When you book, you dont know which apartment you will get. The photos are a mix of different apartments. I wish they would allow renters to select the specific apartment they want.
