This is a lovely hotel- well located, well designed, with good facilities. The restaurant we went to was lovely and all the staff have been superb.

The most friendly and helpful staff! We received the warmest welcome to the hotel! View from room was incredible, bed was so comfortable with the softest sheets. Would recommend to everyone!

The location of the property is 2 minutes on foot to both underground and bus station. The view was spectacular. The property was beautiful and the staff very polite.
The room was small and the cleanliness inside the room had some failures. In my opinion with 437,40 pounds per day in average, the breakfast should be included.

everything was luxurious and extremely clean and comfortable
The hotel was beautiful and the views were amazing. We went to a show and finished off staying in a lovely room instead of having to travel back to Canvey Island. The shower was really powerful and the bed was really comfortable and the blackout blinds and air-conditioning were perfect. We couldn’t fault anything in this hotel.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and polite and took time to have a little chat. The hotel accommodated my request for an interconnecting room via email no problem. The view from the 13th floor was amazing. The room was very comfortable and clean. Location great right near the tube station for central London.
The housekeeper/ supervisor knocked on the door in the afternoon to ask if the room was satisfactory to us after it had been cleaned. Not really necessary in my view ( even though we should have put the do not disturb sign outside). It was more than good enough as they even folded our clothes!

ALL staff were fantastic, helpful, professional, always a smile and a respectful greeting, day or night. The deluxe view room was impeccable, perfectly presented, with fantastic views over London city and Hyde Park. Very close to walk to Paddington station in 5 minutes. Great location for cafes and pubs. We had our 30th anniversary during our stay and felt completely spoiled by the amazing two swans shaped by two fluffy towels into a heart shape on our bed to greet us, along with a very nice card signed by guest relations, and a couple of sweet treats to nibble! Put big smiles on our faces!
Though bed was extremely comfortable itself, the duvet was a let down in its cover of sateen Egyptian cotton. Too cloying and hot and not “ breathable”. Housekeeping staff I asked after our stay said next time we could ask for a blanket which would have been preferable. Bathroom mirror not adequately lit with only one light to side.
