Nice location if you’re wanting to be close to Hyde park. And plenty of hotel parking (but at a cost)
For a five-star hotel, I felt the facilities were quite basic. Not having a stocked mini bar or fresh milk in the room is not what I’d expect at this level of accommodation. At the Park Restaurant for lunch, there didn’t seem to be any proper dining seating available, food had to be eaten while seated on sofas, which felt rather informal for a hotel of this standard. While I appreciated that parking was available, I was only informed that it operated on a first-come, first-served basis at £50 per 24 hours. I was also told that I could have purchased parking in advance directly through the hotel, but this wasn’t communicated prior to my stay
