Location, comfort, cleanliness, well-appointed and equipped room, and excellent breakfast and Thai restaurant. Staff (specifically Lot, Devon and Constantino) were very helpful.
Not the hotel’s issue but the Tube station (Lancaster Gate) were closed on occasions while we were there, due to staff shortage.

The reception/ lobby area was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations, the bed was very comfortable and the room spotlessly clean
It is a shame that there is no spa/ pool facility as you would expect from a higher end hotel. The classic room was very small with very little space to unpack
