Very Good
The hotel's location is splendid, close to everything yet super calm neighborhood. The Lancaster Gate tube station is literally under the hotel which is super convenient for a quick commute to central London.
We really enjoyed our early morning walks in Hyde park.
The hotel's rooms are tiny relatively to what we paid for our stay. There were plenty of corporate events and receptions during our stay which lead to over crowding of the hotel.
Also the staff could not accommodate a 2 hour late check-out although we stayed there for 8 days...which was unfair as I came to know they gave a 3 hours late checkout to another couple (who came after us but insisted on the same)

Great location near Hyde Park, staff are helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast which was really good
