Great location near underground and bus stops. Walkable with luggage from Paddington station - maybe 10 minutes. Central line station basically at the hotel- Lancaster gate stop. Very clean, nice bathroom, including soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. They let us check in early as our room was available.

Room size was on the smaller side, which is typical for London, but still comfortable. The location is excellent right next to Hyde Park, with a metro station literally at the doorstep, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel itself is older but has been nicely renovated, and the room felt clean and well maintained. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
The room could have been more spacious, but overall it was comfortable and in line with typical London standards.

Property has always been "perfect" when staying there. Staff is polite and professional, greet you by name, and ask often about the satisfaction. Room (Executive) was clean, in perfect condition, excellent size.
Restaurants are a bit spendy, but it's a high-end hotel in London, so that's not really unexpected.

Clean as always and 10/10 services
Some cleaning crew.. somedays didnt clean very well specially toilet, although a person came and ask and I told them but nothing was done till I said something again
