This is the highest of high quality hotels.
Amazing location, absolutely incredible views (book the room with a view, ask for a high floor)
Staff are exceptional!
Facilities are first class, this hotel has it all.
Despite its 5 star offerings, value for money remains for London for what you get !

The location so close to Lancaster Gate tube was excellent. The staff were wonderful. Our room was on the 14th floor and the view was amazing. Very comfortable bed and wonderful shower.

The room was super small for the price £700 a night.
We went to the room having booked a twin it was a King had to wait so went to bar this was at 7pm.
Waited 30 mins for the drinks and 90mins for a sandwich ridiculous

Genuinely great location, very comfortable beds and great views from the city view room. They deliver for what you pay - quality. Sound proofing was excellent, rooms were spotlessly clean and one of the most comfortable beds.
