Room was well equipped and very clean. Breakfast had a great choice and had lovely tables by the window overlooking the park. We were able to reserve a table in the bar to meet with friends which was important for us on New Years Eve.

Excellent hotel, in a beautiful location with a fantastic view of Hyde Park. The staff were exceptional. A few minutes walk from Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express train. Extremely clean rooms. The soundproofing was excellent. Zero noise between rooms and very little outside noise. Perfect location for visiting London.

Very nice hotel with great view. We did stay in a corner room, absolutely worth booking it.
Later at the hotel bar there has been a group which was very loud and did behave a little inappropriate.

Fantastic location. Proxy to metro stations and few steps to undergound, spacious and spotless rooms, and truly outstanding service from start to finish. Food at restaurants was high quality, and the staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout.
