Beautifully appointed rooms, an excellent location, and a fantastic breakfast. The service is also consistently top-notch — the team are always very helpful, attentive and accommodating of our requests. We’ve had a wonderful experience each time and always enjoy staying at the Royal Lancaster London.

Good
Location is nice, place is clean and feels safe
I was ignored initially and repeatedly received wrong orders till I spoke up to the staff and demanded noting down orders for accuracy. Luckily staff recognized me everytime i came back for breakfast or lunch and made sure to bring the right orders with compliments

Outstanding Hospitality with Unmatched Staff Service
Having stayed at hotels across the globe over the last 20 years, I can genuinely say I have never experienced hospitality like this. While the Royal Lancaster London is an exceptional hotel in its own right—boasting immaculate, modern rooms, beautiful views of Hyde Park, and outstanding dining—the staff set a whole new gold standard for service.
From the moment you step into the lobby, every team member goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is flawless. Their attentiveness, warmth, and intuitive service are far beyond what you
