Wonderful
The rooms are bright & clean with the Superior room having great views. The staff are friendly & helpful. Easy access for Hyde Park & Oxford Street with a tube station 1 minute away.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly.
It would have been nice on arrival to have a cold drink of water available due to the hot weather. There is no turn down service available which is disappointing.

Everything. We’ve stayed a few times and it’s our favourite London hotel. Exceptionally well run and maintained with excellent staff. Rooms are always in tip top condition and spotless.

Location is perfect, customer service is perfect.
Though i end sleeping in one room with my son but this is alternative hotel given by booking.com .My stay was good. But since 29 june i have been asking for invoice not received.this invoice is needed by booking.com so that i start process of refund.when you book you get a quick reply.after booking communication became poor.this is the only thing i can rate 2 dtar in this hotel.Thank you
