Location, a few minutes from underground station, and next to the beautiful park. Wonderful staff, very helpful, pleasant and kind. Piano bar great fun, shame the bar wasn't even open on Sunday! Nowhere to relax and have a drink.
Size of the room for the price! Bathroom was even more of a squeeze! Extremely small. Towel rail hanging extremely close to toilet, not very hygienic.

arrived at 21.30, Bars were closed on Mondays and the restaurants all close at 21.30 so all in all pretty useless as a hotel

The location on the high street, and to many of the major landmarks, was excellent. Kensignton gardens close by, within a stone's throw, as were great restaurants and other facilities.

Location. And the piano bar was amazing.
The rooms are quite tiny and we bumped our legs on the bed quite a few times, which was a bit painful.
Car parking is stressful because the Wi-Fi and data doesn’t work down there to scan the QR code . Still haven’t got that sorted.

Well located and very well staffed hotel with a number of bars and restaurants within. Although both those facilities can be found nearby.
Rooms are not spacious but adequate, especially for a short stay. Overall our one night stay was a very positive experience.
Positive staff interactions in all circumstances.

Location is great and the room decor was nice and modern.
The experience was not what I would expect for a 5 star hotel. The staff upon arrival were not very welcoming, to the point where the initial concierge didn’t even look up to acknowledge us and we felt like an inconvenience to the staff member at the door also when asking for a taxi.

Room upgrade was a pleasant surprise: gorgeous views facing east over Kensington Gardens & Hyde Park. Room design was spacious and practical, while location definitely another plus.
Nothing -- one of the better hotels we've stayed at in London.

Reception comfortable chairs moved replaced with cheap upholstered bench used in bedrooms. Awful you cheapened your lovely hotel ! Very disappointing all guests and Arab guests thought it was awful. Think again !
