The property and ammenities were all fantastic. The staff were wonderful from before arrival to the very end of the stay everyone from the reception, concierge, door and cleaning staff were all so very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
The pillows were a bit soft, but had we asked for plumper pillows I’m sure it could have been arranged. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and awkward to change, but I should have listened more attentively when it was being explained to me!

⸻ An exceptional stay from start to finish. The room was beautifully appointed, elegant and incredibly comfortable. The entire property feels refined yet welcoming, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The food was outstanding, and the bar — ranked among the top 30 in the world — offered an unforgettable atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed yet sophisticated evening. The Chalet Garden is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully romantic. It was the perfect setting for a Valentine’s dinner, intimate, elegant, and truly special. What truly elevated the experience was the concierge service. Leo Elbaz-Gelas was absolutely professional, attentive, and exceptionally efficient. His dedication to ensuring everything was seamless made our stay even more memorable. A stay I would happily repeat.
I truly couldn’t find anything to fault. Every detail was thoughtfully handled.
