Wonderful
great location with privacy and quiet neighborhood. very helpful and polite staff. walking distance to many attractions. excellent variety of open buffet breakfast menu. tube station close by. very clean rooms and whole hotel. beautiful building with historical details.
bath tub height from floor was so high. it was very difficult to get in and out. which may cause accidents.
our room a/c fan was sooo loud, we needed to turn off at night during very hot weather which was uncomfortable.

Wonderful
Beautiful building, heart of London, elegant but not flashy, very nice and smiley staff who seem happy to be there. Very comfortable rooms, and cosy feel
Wonderful breakfast
The fact we can’t open the windows in the bedrooms
No swimming pool - although we understand why
Restaurants option - the menu at the brasserie is a bit restricted if you’re not a fan of pie; the Italian is over priced if you are not a pizza lover

Incredible building and rooms. The service was exceptional. Thoughtful touches everywhere. What a special weekend - we stayed for our wedding and the Rosewood made it so perfect.

Very Poor
Unfortunately, our stay at Rosewood turned into an extremely disappointing and distressing experience. We booked a seven-night stay from 14–21 July, and on 19 July we found a cockroach on the table inside our bedroom. We also found a spider inside the closet, in my sister’s dress. Finding insects inside our room and among our personal belongings was extremely upsetting and left us feeling very uncomfortable staying in the room (see attached photos for evidence and video posted on my tiktok: https://vt.tiktok.com/ZN8Na3apL/).
We immediately raised the issue with the concierge team. A manager named "Tom" told us that he would take care of the situation, so we expected the matter to be handled seriously and appropriately. However, the follow-up we received was simply an email suggesting that the insects could have come from outside. We found this response very disappointing and felt that our concerns and the distress caused to our family were being dismissed rather than properly addressed.
For a hotel of Rosewood London’s reputation and standard, we expected much better—not only in terms of room cleanliness, but also in the way such a serious guest concern was handled. We should have been compensated from experiencing this kind of situation during our vacation, at the hotel we paid £11,027 in total for. My family and I have always been huge fans of the Rosewood brand, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, we left feeling that we had been treated unfairly and that our concerns were not given the level of care they deserved.

Very Good
It’s a beautiful belle époque building- legacy luxury
My first grand premier room was horrific with lots of wear and tear and a foul smell. But luckilly Will the duty manager provided me with a better room within the same category.
The spa facilities really need an uplift and I would recommend a serious consideration of upgrading room fixtures - quite dated now and not in a good way
