Clean, good location, very expensive but good restaurants & bar.
This was not my first stay and there has never been a time that the reception does not make a mistake in calculation. They are always very polite afterwards but this time a person had withdrawn 600 Pounds from my credit card ‘accidentally’ - because a she or he made a mistake in calculation - I had realised it since my bank informed me via sms and contacted the reception immediately. They sorted it out and reversed the process but the money will be in my account in 5-7 days…. Being sorry does not help in such situations...

An absolutely stunning property with world-class amenities. The infinity pool and spa facilities provided the ultimate relaxation experience. Our suite was beautifully decorated with high-end finishes and offered a spectacular ocean view. The personalized service made us feel like VIPs throughout our entire stay. Location is excellent and near to Covent Garden. Hotel is very luxurious and the internal courtyard is a lovely surprise in the middle of London. Staff so friendly and super helpful.
