Very Poor
The hotel is huge,l and the elevators are only located on one side, so some rooms are very far away and the layout can be confusing. Some rooms and bathrooms are quite old, with noticeable plumbing/noise issues.
Cleanliness was my main concern. I was given two different rooms that had hair on the bed, and the first also had food left on it. I was eventually upgraded, which I appreciated.
I also had a payment issue after extending my stay, as I was charged twice. Overall, the hotel is okay but definitely not worth the money.

great location with privacy and quiet neighborhood. very helpful and polite staff. walking distance to many attractions. excellent variety of open buffet breakfast menu. tube station close by. very clean rooms and whole hotel. beautiful building with historical details.
bath tub height from floor was so high. it was very difficult to get in and out. which may cause accidents.
our room a/c fan was sooo loud, we needed to turn off at night during very hot weather which was uncomfortable.

It’s a beautiful belle époque building- legacy luxury
My first grand premier room was horrific with lots of wear and tear and a foul smell. But luckilly Will the duty manager provided me with a better room within the same category.
The spa facilities really need an uplift and I would recommend a serious consideration of upgrading room fixtures - quite dated now and not in a good way

Unfortunately, my stay was not a pleasant experience. There was an unpleasant smell in the hotel entrance, even though an air freshener had been provided.
Also, although breakfast was included with my room, an amount was unfortunately deducted from my deposit.
Considering the quality of the accommodation and the services provided, I feel that the price was quite high for what was offered.
I would appreciate it if you could review my case and reconsider the charges deducted from my deposit.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our residence was spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff were consistently welcoming and attentive, and they were especially flexible in helping us accommodate visiting family members for one night.
Although the breakfast was very good overall, we were slightly disappointed by the buffet selection. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a somewhat broader variety of dishes and options.

We had a lovely experience. The service was phenomenal, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning interior design that created a warm and elegant atmosphere. We highly recommend staying here and would happily return.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. But for the price, they don't offer complimentary breakfast and really no other amenities I was made aware of. The water in the rooms was tap and had an odd smell to it. Again, for the price- I would expect more.

Every single on-arrival request was completed to perfection. They also, unprompted, upgraded me to a beautiful high end suite. The hotel staff were delightful, and the gym is shockingly good for a central London hotel - designed by someone athletically competent. The room finishes albeit slightly dated, are high quality. Room was dead quiet, okay mattress, wide pillow selection, good linen. Breakfast was high quality
Feels slightly dated - finishes have accumulated wear&tear, especially carpets. Air conditioning and ventilation are lacking - despite setting thermostat to 17 c, the room never cooled below 20'ish and also fluctuated randomly. This can adversely impact sleep quality
