The location is great, the hotel in general is good
Rooms are too small and too close to each other to the point you can hear the next door room opening and closing constantly. Unfortunately this is very annoying and does not provide calm atmosphere to the people inside the room. Apart from this the room is too small I was alone in my room, and yet it was too small for one person.

Great location, stunning view, spacious rooms, and very friendly staff.
Unfortunately, the room was not well sound-isolated. I could hear noises from the neighboring room, sounds from the corridor when doors were opened, and other external noises coming from nearby rooms. Additionally, I would like to mention an experience during check-out at around 9:10 a.m. My driver was rinsing an empty cup with water near the small garden in front of the hotel. While this may have been against the rules, I had hoped the security staff would address the situation politely and respectfully. Unfortunately, the security guard shouted at my driver and asked him to move the car, while I was inside the vehicle, which made the experience uncomfortable.

Rooms weere exceptionally clean and beds are very comfy.
My only crituques, there was a lot of noise in the hotel room from the corridors & neighbouring rooms. The sound insulation isn't that fantastic. One of my family member had a room on the 10th floor with an amazing view over london. Our room was on the second floor and looked onto a service mezanine floor.

Location
U nfortunately my experience was not comfortable. The room and the bathroom were very small, which made the stay feel cramped. The biggest issue was the noise. Sounds from neighboring rooms and doors opening and closing were clearly audible inside my room. I woke up several times during the night because of this, which seriously affected my sleep and overall comfort. For a hotel at this level, I expected much better soundproofing and a more relaxing environment. Sadly, it did not meet my expectations.
