Very nice staff from reception to house keeping and especially the team at breakfast . The rooms are nice the breakfast good . Location very convenient .
Some balconies are in accessible … probably they should have nuts in the breakfast buffet ..

Breakfast excellent, the thing that made stay amazing was the staff, especially the very high standard of housekeeping. Bar staff also fantastic. Location unbeatable

Hotel located in a very good are . Rooms are so small , that we had to upgrade our room to Junior Suite and paid extra 2500 USD . Breakfast was so bad , that we had to eat breakfast in restaurant near hotel . Hotel rooms are overpriced . I would not recommend to stay there and pay such ridiculous price !!
Breakfast was disappointing and not acceptable for 5 star hotel .

Very stylish hotel (light Japanese touch) - Small but comfortable room - staff was friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed the lobby for drinks (cocktails) and food (club sandwich!). Perfect location (central and quiet).

LOVED the gym!! We chose the hotel for the gym and it was worth it! We both weight train regularly and so the cable machine, the complete/robust set of dumbbells, the Smith machine, the slam balls, etc, were all so useful!
The price of the room service was crazy!! And the food at the bar on the ground floor was terrible. We invited some friends to join us for drinks and snacks and we thought the food would be exceptional, but it was far below par . . . it was significantly below average pub food: overfried calamari and chicken, and chips and quac that were pitiful

It was an amazing stay and honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I faced an issue with the AC, and the team tried to fix it as early as 6 AM, which really showed how much they cared about guest comfort. When the issue continued, I requested a room change and they were very supportive and handled everything professionally and quickly. The service, hospitality, and overall experience were outstanding, and I would definitely stay here again A special thanks to Khrystyna and Marta for the lovely gift and apologies.

The place was clean. Staff was well trained. The location is very good. And the best Japanese restaurant in the world. Concierges are knowledgeable and accommodating.
Rooms are super small!! And there is no place to put your clothes!!
