The staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay, they helped us organise a taxi to and from the o2 arena.
The rooms were very clean and spacious.

The staff were amazing, no request was too difficult. Peaceful area, with amazing views of the River Thames. Breakfast was available, with many options available, requests also managed and welcomed , always with a smile. The room was very clean and comfortable. Happily have stayed in bed, for the whole visit.

Modern, clean, nice location and a great view of the Millennium Dome.
Air conditioning doesn’t work so the rooms are red hot, no sleep. Pillows are too few and too soft. Breakfast is barely edible (avoid the eggs Benedict for your life - I’ve felt ill all day!).

Very good hotel. Nice rooms and potentially good views.
The location is not great. The hotel has a shuttle bus to canary warf station, but that is only one way.

Bathroom the bath plug did not work, neither did the sink plug, lack of plug sockets in the room, the price for the room is very expensive, hairs in bed when arrived and table tops messy
