The staff were extremely helpful and responsive from Sahib who made the check in process so pleasant to the room service people, the restaurant staff and the reception staff who assisted with every query/ arrangements.
It was a little complicated working out the subway/ rail options - and some extra walking to the various alternatives. And not so many restaurant options nearby

Gorgeous hotel with amazing view of the O2. Staff so lovely and helpful and gave us a complimentary drinks voucher as we were celebrating my sisters 60th Birthday. Couldnt do enough for you as a guest.
Its location was a bit of a walk to the tube station. And not many facilities around the hotel.

I requested rose petals over the bed as we was celebrating a special birthday. And nothing was there when we got there! I asked for a high floor room and was given the lowest floor room. I felt that this was a lot of money for what it was. Rooms are basic. Breakfast wasnt great, Least the corn flakes were okay! Even the toaster didnt toast.

View, food and accommodation were exceptional.
Location is a little difficult to get to from Canary Wharf Station, just a bit too far to walk so a taxi required. Slightly inconsistent information from different staff members of the hotel and the suite second bed which was a sofa bed was not ready when we arrived at the room. This was corrected quickly after updating reception.

Spacious room, great view, helpful staff
Was in middle of residential area, so a reasonable walk to main station. Was advertised as very close to the o2, which, as the crow flies, it was, but due to location, getting to the o2 (main reason for stay) wasnt that straightforward.

Nice , modern and good location
The tv in the room was terrible , very bad reception and extremely basic channels. Not what you stay in a hotel for I know but we like an hour of tv before sleep to relax .
