Lovely clean room. Nice soft big towels and a lovely waterfall shower. Lots of toiletries available. Bed was comfy enough. Smart tv and quiet couldn't hear the city or neighbours. An ice machine in the corridor was a nice touch!
Check in was frustrating. We arrived early and asked to use the luggage room. The man told us it was £25 per bag so we said no and walked off. He then said he could check us in early for an extra £150. By then we were quite frustrated to went to leave where he followed me and just gave me the key anyway! Don't know if he was trying to joke or scam but it was irritating.

Smart hotel and reception and well kitted out bedroom, which was a good size. Nice breakfast and decent check out time
Bit disappointed they couldnt sort an issue with one of the bedrooms we couldnt use as colleague couldnt attend, got compuer says no reply :(
