Exceptional
Very clean and stylish. We got a cot bed in the room and there was still good space in the room.
My only issue was that I was Not keen on the wardrobe being open in the bathroom.

Wonderful
Very clean and welcoming, well equipped gym and modern bar area. Some reviews gave negative feedback about access to o2 which made me anxious and negativity about hotel facilities such as breakfast …. Don’t listen, it was all good.
All was good for me. The on-site shop was way over priced, so bring your own snacks and booze, no convenience store near by.

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast were was delicious. It was very quiet in our room. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were
The carpets had stains- and our view was into the side of another building- and there was calcium build-up on the shower floor which made it look a little weathered/used. Otherwise we were very happy.

Poor
Not much to be honest - the view at breakfast is interesting to the O2 Dome. Aside from that, the lifts are efficient.
Lots, I’m afraid. Most important at any hotel has to be the beds - and the beds here are shockingly bad. The entire hotel needs a mattress replacement / and I know that because I tried rooms 314, 415, 515, 615 and 715. Location is also a total pain - if you want to go via the Tube anywhere, it’s a taxi to the station. Moreover, the hotel sells a free shuttle to its customers - but fails to tell anyone it only funds from 0730-1030. Frankly, the goods and drinks store in reception is daylight robbery (£3.95 for a small bottle of still water, £7 for a Toblerone etc). The staff are largely useless and didn’t know where to find a mattress topper. The Duty Manager (Team Leader) was helpful and upgraded at no charge (it made little difference, the bed was appalling) and thought all the beds were the same size (they’re not!). Overall, dates, sloppy service, really average rooms and terrible beds - and outrageous charges. Nearly £800 for two nights and it didn’t include breakfast. Avoid it, would be my advice.

Good
Hotel entrance very nice, even though bedroom was a good size, they put the tea tray and table light wrong end of desk, leaving no room for laptop, there were cabinets under the desk, leaving very little leg space, bathroom was very spacious.
Room was overpriced, I've stayed in many hotels that provided far better choice for breakfast. The desk chair is the same as you get in a Travelodge.

The rooms are lovely and the beds are comfortable
I paid for a river view room and the body wash in the room next to the tub was already opened (seal on it was broken) and we went into the spa before “closing” times as stated but no one was there and some of the sauna spots were out of use so we never actually got the experience we expected we came back a 2nd time because we ran out of time our first visit and really enjoyed the stay so wanted to go and experience it properly and unfortunately it never happened
