The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and had loads of open space. This was nice, the bathroom was fully stocked and had everything we needed The massage I received from the spa was excellent I really enjoyed it
The food - burger was burnt, and the dessert (cheesecake) was still frozen, and the staff took so long to check on us that we ended up walking to the till. Overall, horrible experience. I would stay at the hotel; however, I wouldn't eat at the restaurant, it was also my birthday, so after a lovely massage, this was extremely disappointing.

The view of the Thames; both ways, a tad disappointed with the colour of the Thames but that is not Raddisons fault. The room was outstanding in its cleanliness. The bathroom was excellent and well laid out. Breakfast was a delight as were the staff.
We arrived late due to the train chaos at Euston, so had to go straight to the O2, we got back at 10pm and requested if food was still available; we had not eaten since leaving home at 10 am, we were told “no food”! I do think if people are held up by public transport, a little manoeuvrability on the food front would go along way and yes I know staff have long days, even a sandwich would have sufficed, also the radio was full of the train problems, so no one could say “I didn’t know”. Just a thought.
