The bed was extremely hard and we did not sleep well
There's a tv in the bathroom, which was great!!! But didn't work
We came back at about 10.40 pm and was told there's no room service, which I found extremely odd, so we ordered a Uber eat, to find the 24hr room service menu
We went down for breakfast, got our breakfast but there wasn't any eggs, so we were then informed you had to ask your waiter for eggs, which we did
My husband ate his some of his breakfast and then gave up after 20 minutes of waiting for the eggs
I went ordered my eggs and preceded to get my breakfast (bacon sausage and hash brown which were all stone cold, I told the waiter and he agreed
I had cold eggs on toast in the end
I am definitely not impressed with this hotel and will not be returning

Breakfast very chaotic every morning with bowls empty in many of hot and cold food areas even when place wasn’t particularly busy

Room was adequate. Bed comfortably and clean. House keeping staff were friendly. Hotel was in a great location for 02 and ABBA voyages.
SPA therapists were amazing.
Disappointed the hotel reception staff denied receiving my request for twin beds even though they sent a conformation e-mail, poor customer service.

Exceptionally warm welcome at reception, gave us lots of useful information and booked our taxi to the 02 and gave us the taxi firm's card for the return journey. We received an upgrade to a lovely corner room with dual aspect, lots of light. The bathroom had a walk in shower which we loved, and the bed was really comfortable. We had an issue within the room which we reported to reception, and they dealt with it immediately. There was an extensive breakfast buffet, with a great selection of food.
Did have to pay a deposit at reception which did return promptly. However, it would be nice to have forewarning of these charges, just so that you're prepared.

My Mum and I were attending a concert at the O2 in the evening. The staff were really helpful when we asked the best way to get to the O2 from the hotel, they gave us a few options. The staff were lovely, really friendly and very helpful.
We were gifted with our first drink on the house, which we weren't expecting, but we didn't complain!
The room was spotless, our request was fulfilled for twin beds, which were very comfortable.
The room had all of the facilities that you would expect, not much of a view, but we were only sleeping there.
Spotless bathroom, crisp white towels, a lovely shower, no complaints here.
Breakfast is served until 10.30, but we were up and out by 8.30. The breakfast was fabulous, a lot of choice, this set us up for the day.
Would certainly stay here again!
There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. Food and drink a little pricy, but hey, we're in London!

Wonderful
The room was a lovely size with a big bathroom. The staff were all so polite and welcoming. Amazing views
The only thing which was an issue with my Mum, was the distance from the closest tube station to the hotel. I was fine with the walk, however for my Mum it was a different story. I decided to get an uber thereafter when needing to go to the tube. The shuttle only operates during the hours of 7am until 10:30am Monday to Friday, which I think could be extended.
