Great location and the food/ room was fantastic!
The signage was not clear you had to pay for car park on entry to the hotel. The staff did not ask me on arrival, this should be clear as you book in.

The hotel facilities are exceptional, with a very lovely restaurant overlooking river thames and view of the O2 and cable cars. The bar is so lovely and super chill. The meals were really nice and filling. Enjoyed the breakfast alot which was included in my stay.
Its also really close to other cool places for activites like the 02 arena. The staff are really nice, and helpful too. I was also upgraded on my checkin! Second time staying there and me and my husband are planning to return again soon.
I enjoyed everything to be fair. Nothing to complain about

I booked the Radisson Blu for my boyfriends birthday. I was hoping to have had the same room that my sister and I booked for my brother's birthday as the room we were goven was small for what I paid. The room was clean and comfortable but the pillows wasn't the greatest.
The receptionist/staff were welcoming and particularly the young black girl at the restaurant.
She was efficient, professional and attentive.
Overall, I had a great stay and will visit again.

The atmosphere warm and inviting, we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable, everything worked perfectly, and the environment was peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were wonderful, attentive, kind, and professional at all times. The location is great, right by the water, with a nice view.

Disappointing
Sauna was exceptional. The lady Diana, who took my room service breakfast order was exceptional and restored some faith in the hotel. Other than that the hotel is mediocre.
Checked in, had to wait about 30min while they "fixed" a problem with my room. They neglected to tell me that problem with the room was that the bathroom had flooded and water in the bedroom was wet. Instead of notifying me, they thought they could disguise it by using towels to mop up the floor. Apparently they didn't think i would take off my shoes, because as soon as i did, i stepped in a wet dirty water. Needless to say i was fuming. They called housekeeping to bring towels to mop it up while i went to the gym. Go to the gym that's fine. Now i want to use the spa facilities, ask for a towel, they don't keep any down there apparently, i then have to go back up to the 5th floor to my room to take a towel and bedroom slippers, although i did that, when i came back i could see other guests had been given a bathroom and flip flops, so either the girl was lying or these people had all brought their own identical flip flops and robes to the spa. Steam room was cold, no heat retention whatsoever, useless. Sauna was nice. Honestly the hotel is so underwhelming and was a complete disappointment.

I really liked the passion fruit martini in the restaurant in the bar area, that bar manager dude certainly knew his stuff, his trainee wasn’t bad either lol
