It says only 700km away to 02, however requires a taxi to get there as too long to walk.

Hotel was lovely, Maria kindly gave me and my friends a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite as there was availability and the room was great - clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. We stayed here for a concert at the O2
As close as the hotel looks to the O2, you have to walk about 20-25 minutes to canary wharf station to then get the tube to the O2, there is no quicker way so it is quite a long trip considering the O2 is opposite the hotel. We got a taxi back to avoid the crowds/save time and this was £20-25.

Clean, nice rooms, modern. Majority of staff very friendly and helpful.
Only one issue - had an incident with staff on our final evening. We were dining with family who were staying in another room (together). Given we had a child (8 months old) to put to bed, we left at the end of the meal and noticed Manisha that my family who were still at the table were requesting the bill and would be paying on behalf of everyone. Manisha refused to let us leave thinking we were walking out. Despite explaining the bill would be paid by the remaining family, we were not permitted to leave. We were since told after this was raised to management, Manisha claimed not to know of our dining together scenario despite serving us all evening. Fairly disappointed with this especially with us having a child to put to bed. No other issues with other staff, all very helpful and friendly throughout our stay!
