We have stayed at the hotel before and had a very good experience hence why we booked again. We checked in slightly early and as our room wasn’t ready Roman kindly upgraded us to suite which was lovely and spacious. Breakfast had a very wide choice of food with a good view of the river
The only thing we didn’t like was the service at breakfast we were showed to our table and then left to it. We didn’t realise or remember from last time that everything was self service including drinks. At no point did anyone check that everything was ok and when we ordered food from then menu (speciality orders) it did take quite a while for it to arrive

Staffs were rude with no sense of humour.
Rooms were dirty upon check in, dirty bedsheets with stains from previous customers etc. charged me extra £250 after lying they smell smoking coming from my room, cleaner was my witness. Manager said he’ll get back to me and never did till this day

Lovely welcoming atmosphere, our room was very spacious. We had a 2 single bed room and it was spotless with comfy beds and a big bathroom. The breakfast buffet had so many options and we got to eat with a lovely view of the Thames and the O2 arena. The coffee machine had an option for oat milk which I appreciated! We were staying in London for a concert at the O2, the hotel itself is a 10-15min drive from the arena, or just under 30mins via public transport as it’s over the water, so it’s easy enough to get to. We only stayed at the Radisson Blu for one night but wish we could have stayed here longer.
