Maria was so lovely upon check in. She upgraded our room which was fantastic. Location was gorgeous. Room and hotel was very clean. Beautiful view outside hotel

Foyer was beautiful, aircon was amazing and the blackout curtains and the bathroom was gorgeous.
Navigating cobblestone pathways by foot with luggage walls challenging. The $50 holding deposit even though I paid for the accommodation in full was irritating. They can remove it right away but takes 3-5 days to be released.

Location. Booking.com says hotel is "900 yards from the 02." Unfortunately it didn't include the fact that this meant a 900 yard swim across the Thames. This is not the hotel's fault but thought you should be aware

The service was unmatched. Roman specifically was so accommodating and genuinely kind. You can tell he enjoys his job and takes pride in the level of service he delivers this is rare to find. In terms of the room, no complaints. It was comfortable and spacious and I liked that I could connect my phone to the tv. Room service was efficient. Only thing is I would’ve preferred a different type of shower. I struggled to keep my hair from getting wet by the waterfall shower. Apart from that, The room had everything I needed, even a sewing kit! I also enjoyed the ice dispenser in the hallway.
