It’s located in Carnary wharf close to the Carnary wharf station, very accessible, nice ambiance, comfortable rooms, nice staff and a very satisfying breakfast buffet!

Pretty much everything. It’s overpriced for what you get. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, wasnt able to steam anything on TV and the charging ports are so far from the bed that I couldn’t even lie in bed when I was charging my phone. Location was also not great. Will never ever return!!! One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

Rooms were very hot Aircon didn’t work Rooms were 24degrees and despite asking 4 times they couldn’t turn the heating down Waited u til after midnight to try and fix the problem with no luck Couldn’t sleep Windows didn’t open either They promised they fixed the several times Very frustrating

Went to restaurant to eat. Was sat and after 20 mins got up and ordered uber eats to the room. They were not even that busy at the restaurant. That’s my only complaint.

Close to the o2 Steam room was nice Nice shower in the room
Long time to answer phone to reception from room to the point where I phoned on my mobile the hotel and got connected sooner. Spoons in the room weren’t clean Needed to phone to get tea bags and robes although these were provided so issue was resolved. Overall I think for the price charged these things should have been done without needing intervention
