The stay overall was fine. Good sized room, comfy bed, partial view of the river.
Waht suprised me was it wasn't very easy to get to. The website suggests its easy to get to the O2. This is NOT the case if you plan on walking from there - it's 1.5 hours away we were told by reception. So you'll need to factor in an Uber or tube journey to Canary Wharf or LDR and a further walk. This was disappointing. They need to make this easier to understand. Also, the price of the refreshments for sale! WOW! Many people ordered Whoosh deliveries from Tesco....

Well kept hotel in a beautiful location. Breakfast was excellent and staff were great. Room was perfect. Only negative would be the distance from the nearest station although the website states there is a shuttle available in the week. Would be a good addition for weekends when they're expecting high guest levels too, such as popular events at O2.
Other than the trek to the train which can't be helped, everything was great.

Room wasn't clean. No veggie option like sausage at breakfast. Coffee tasted burnt. Called for a coffee from room noone answered. Upgraded but not sure what was the improvement.

Wonderful
We loved the size of the room, it was lovely and spacious, clean, spare pillows, extremely comfortable bed & duvet. Lovely bathroom, even had a bubble bath! Check in was a happy experience, friendly guy, especially as we turned up an hour early. Room service, amazing. Spa facilities and gym, I LOVED them, they have heated loungers overlooking the water. I would definitely stay again. Oh and food was stunning.
No fault of the hotel but no shops nearby to grab anything so make sure you bring what you need to avoid excessive pricing.
My only small critique for improvement:
The lady at Breakfast seated us but didn't explain how their breakfast process worked or that they had hot choices to help your self from. I wouldn't have ordered the chef cook me an omelette had I known - It would have been a nicer experience had we been told their process upon sitting down. Aside from that, a beautiful experience thank you.

Disappointing
The location
The room fell short in terms of stains all over the carpet and floor, the toilet wasn’t clean, there was muck and dirt at the bottom of the toilet seat holder and the beds weren’t comfortable at all. Springs poking out of the small child’s bed. The atmosphere was very quiet, very limited options at the bar and extortionate prices for any snacks or even water at the shop

The only thing we didn't like ? The pillows.
