Lovely comfy beds - great food in the bar
My presence wasn’t really acknowledged when stepping into each area - especially the bar. I had to wait for absolutely ages and then the team weren’t knowledgable about drinks offering.

Exceeded our expectations, staff very friendly, lovely spacious room, great location.
The only gripe, whilst there was a free shuttle bus to Canary Wharf, when we were leaving we had our suitcase with us but the driver told us to put it in the boot ourselves, no offer of help and didn't even get out to open the door for us, which was disappointing.

The room was dusty and the bathroom was not clean - the shower doors had marks on them and the towels appeared overused. There was not enough lighting in the room. In the main bedroom there was a red mark on the carpet which we do not know what it was .

Beds were rock hard Hair dryer kept cutting out when using Spa - sauna not working & steam room smelt dirty and like wet dog Rubbish left in room from previous occupier When making a tea in the morning noticed that one of the tea bag packets were stuck down with chewing gum!!
