The views, the layout of the penthouse and was very spacious
The ceilings need a lick of paint, house keeping standards were very low as all they did was change the bedding and pick up roses leaving rubbish and dirty dishes on the table, very limited parking especially when paying a lot of money to stay

The food was delicious and the beds were very comfortable.
I book a room for two single beds for me and a friend and when we got there they had given us a room with one double bed. When we went to the front desk to fixed the mixe up they told me it was first come first served, even though I had booked a room with two single beds. They ended up giving us a room with two single beds only because there was one available. What's the point in even having an option to choose if it's first come first served. It didn't even say that on the there booking page. And there was a £100 deposit we had to pay that I wasn't even aware of until booking in to the hotel because that wasn't even mentioned on there page either. We got our deposit back after we clocked out. All of this should of been mentioned on there page.

Immediately, the vibes of the whole property were calming and quiet. We were absolutely blessed by the receptionist, Shamima, who upgraded us to a river view room and gave us two complementary drinks token. Even the bath had this spectacular view over the Thames and the O2 that made lying in it after a day of sightseeing in a heatwave that much more healing. The ice machine in the hallway was such a thoughtful addition and the breakfast the next day was wonderful too. Thank you so much for making our weekend stay the absolute best!
The AC didn't wholly overpower the sunlight being reflected into our room from the river, but there is only so much you can do to counteract extreme weather. Would have loved some more gluten-free options at the buffet (i.e. Schar muffins, pastries from Manna Dew, separate GF toaster with guest own access to GF bread) but was also more than satisfied with the spread available.

The hotel is lovely,clean and comfortable.

Good location to Canary Wharf and the London City Airport. Decent room size, nice bed, goofy shower but not a show stopper.
I really disliked how the breakfast wait staff constantly come around and try to clear your dishes. Crazy annoying. Just stop it. It’s really annoying. Oh, and please stop spraying scent in the lobby. It’s gross and unhealthy.
