Staff were brill, room was spacious and clean and thoroughly enjoyed the AC for a hot July. No grumbles except the shower. It wasn’t the end of the world and we worked around it but perhaps something to look into.
The only issue we had was the shower. It didn’t drain well and would soon flood out into other parts of the bedroom.

Internet ( wifi).was strong and I enjoyed the gym.
Well, I reported at the reception, I threw up and pooped immediately after eating fried sweet potatoes and spinach salad bought at Radisson blu hotel restaurant in the evening. The vomiting and pooiong continued till the 2bd day. I had to quickly visit the pharnacy to grab some medication. That was a terrifying experience. I was helpless that night and couldn't sleep for 2 nights.

Beautiful hotel, directly opposite 02, across the Thames, bit of a long way to swim though! Decor in reception very nice. Would definitely use again!

The rooms are tired looking and somewhat dated. The carpet also had stains on which isn't very appealing

The rooms were lovely , very clean. The beds were so comfortable perfect for a good nights rest. The staff were amazing, especially Ramon who was exceptional and made the entire visit memorable! Would definitely be back to stay again.

Location, comfortable, clean.
Drink voucher given when told it would be 10 minutes before rooms would be ready.
Rooms not ready on arrival. We had to wait 53 minutes for one of them. Fire alarm went off after 1am with no explanation given. Limited breakfast available, slow to replenish.
Gluten free toast and vegetarian sausage took around half an hour to arrive so we had finished eating!

Good location and excellent shower facilities
We booked a twin room and it was not provided. There was no tea bags or fresh milk in the room forcing a trip to local supermarket
