Upgraded to a suit which was very spacious but didn’t get the twin beds I requested for myself and my daughter thankfully there was a large bed in the room, nice quiet location 15-20 taxi to O2, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Clean, modern district with parking.
Hassle at breakfast which was included in my prepaid rate, was told we were only allowed breakfast for one person and to go sort it out with reception which we refused to do. Breakfast was poor, we complained about warm yogurt and didn’t risk eating it, yoghurts were on a chilled area but did not sit on it, put on raised mobile shelf. Only ate toast at breakfast, serve yourself coffee machine wasn’t bad. Friendly staff but need a refresher course in hospitality in the restaurant. I noticed other guests were having difficulty with breakfast at the entry point. No one wants hassle at breakfast time, please fix this.
Ladies, bring your own hairdryer the one in the room is wired into the wardrobe and cuts out when it overheats. Lighting poor for applying makeup in bathroom.

The breakfast is good and the location too but that was it .every thing else terrible.
At 6months pregnant, I was left starving for 2hrs .Anything that was booked for me to do at the spa wasn’t done . I am completely disappointed and so sad my sister booked this hotel .

The room was not ready for us. It was the night before my fathers funeral and I was trying to rehearse his Eulogy and instead - I was on the phone to reception every 20min trying to get them to make up the room. My two daughters could not go to bed, I could not rehearse and all the staff could do is say - housekeeping have gone home and they are trying to find someone and bedding for my children bed. It was a really sad night for us made extra sad by this experience. I have asked the hotel to acknowledge their issues and they keep email ing saying that "we are taking this seriously" and asking for no bad reviews but then they just deal to respond again and again. I paid over £400 and it was terrible

Liked the location and comfort.
Reception Staff - the lady asked us at check in if we had stayed before and we said no. She gave us our key and that was it. No information about breakfast, where the lift was not where to pay for parking! When we did liaise with the staff it wasn’t hi can I help you? Or anything like that? They just stood there and waited and the answers were short and abrupt. So from the start first contact the staff at reception have let you down.
Breakfast quality was mediocre. I’ve had a better breakfast at premier inn.
Hotel not worth the money we paid.

Lovely view of the Thames from the restaurant, helpful staff, comfy bed and pillows, including the sofa bed. Easy to get taxis to and from the O2
Walk from Blackwall DLR station involves an underpass I wouldn’t fancy late at night
