Lovely staff .clean room ,comfy bed. Peaceful
Good breakfast which was complimentary to compensate for our upset and time wasted.
It took nearly 30 mins to sort our rooms and check in.
On arrival we were told there were no twin rooms left and offered king size beds to share !.
We were unable to accept this as we are colleagues not relatives and couldn't share a bed.
Eventually ,we were offered twin rooms ( which we booked and payed in advance for !) But after a long journey felt frustrated at the waste of time as we wanted to get showered and get ready for our event.
Also it said .3k to O2 arena on website ,so booked as nearest to 02 but it's only .3KM if you can walk on water ! Cost us £40 to get to and from the 02
.Also shuttle to Canary wharf tube does NOT run at weekends.
The staff were polite and respectful but the problem shouldn't have occurred in the first place as the rooms we had booked and payed for in advance, obviously were available , as we had them. So what was all that about ? !!

On arrival I was advised all the rooms of the type I had booked were being used so Nasra and Roman upgraded us to the penthouse suite and gave us a couple of vouchers for drinks to the value of £20.00. This was amazing and totally unexpected. The rooms were gorgeous and so comfortable we felt it was a shame to even go out! The view was out of this world.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Very comfortable. I liked the fact body was and lotion were available as well as shampoo and conditioner
My friend and I found the beds a little small but that is just personal preference. They were very comfortable!

The Location was amazing. Rooms very spacious and airy. Brilliant views of the O2
Little dated with ice buckets but no ice, TV in bathroom which did not work. There were 4 of us staying in room but arrived late and bed was not made up. Also no extra towels, coffee, cups etc. Cuts of new carpet in floor
