Friendly helpful staff lovely room comfortable bed. Great breakfast and view of Thames.
Parking is a nightmare only about 20 spaces for a hotel that big. Had to do my hair sitting in a cupboard where the only accessible mirror and power was.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They made our stay very comfortable and luxurious. The bedroom and shower room was very clean, spacious and had plenty of facilities. The reception staff couldn’t do enough for you.

The hotel was in the perfect location for Canary wharf and the O2 for a treat weekend in London with my youngest son. The room was perfect, and the shop in reception selling all essentials was a great touch in such a quiet area of London. The staff were particularly helpful and we were grateful for being able to sort two hours late checkout free of charge when we needed to sleep in a little after a busy Saturday :)
It might be because we are from the cold North West and the weather in London was so much warmer than we were expecting anyway, but we did both find the room was a bit too warm and airless to get a really good night's sleep.

They took £50 as deposit!! And they never returned it!!
They booked a taxi for me and it was double the price and then they asked for 20% increase on the rate because I was late for 10 minutes while no body mentioned delayed fees.. Also, the taxi are free lancers not official company :)
The breakfast is minimal.
The room is dusty.
No bathroom stuff (teeth brush, etc.)
Reception takes on average 3 calls to answer with waiting around 30 minutes. After that they took more than an hour to deliver these to my room..

It was very clean and a lovely view of the 02. We met a lovely couple there who we shared a uber with. The women was called emma can't remember her husbands name. Hope the see this and get in contact with me on FB. Michelle lasseter.
The staff were very helpful. It was so quiet as well. Would stay here again.
There was no hot chocolate or any biscuits. We had travelled from clacton so all we wanted was a hot drink and a snack as wewas eating out later.At night after the 02 a hot chocolate and biscuits would have finished the night off.
