I loved our room. Plenty of space and a nice layout
The sofa bed was not very comfy as the mattress was thin and our room was very dusty (lots of dust all over the sides and appliances). Thai didn’t impact our stay though

We are regulars here but haven't been for a while and there have been a few changes including staff but it was good to be back. We had a nice chat with Maria who looked after us with a complimentary upgrade to a room that had a great layout. We took advantage of the spa on the Saturday morning before breakfast and it was lovely and relaxing as it wasn't busy at all so that was a good time to go. I had the chicken breast for dinner at Scoff and Banter which was tasty. There was a new menu and I usually have the mushroom wellington but that's no longer on the menu but it was all good. Nice to be able to use the 10 per cent discount at the restaurant and use the free drinks voucher in the bar.
Apparently there are new owners and they have cancelled their Sky Sports package so it was disappointing not watch the football in the bar or in the rooms which we are used to. When we checked in we were not told at the time that we need to scan the QR code on the screen to pay for our parking on arrival. At least we know now. We paid for 24 hours but you can't do it retrospectively, hopefully all fine.
