Curtains would not draw fully, stain on carpet. Ridiculous London prices £25 for a buffet breakfast. No extra pillows in the room.

The reception area and location was good.
The room was very dusty and not cleaned properly, we stayed here a year ago and was a lot better, they no longer provide slippers and robes, the sauna was also not working.

Had a really nice stay at the Radisson Blu! Roman from reception was super kind, he quickly helped me out with dental and shave kits, and the whole interaction just felt really friendly and easy. Really appreciated that. Breakfast was a lovely surprise too. There were about 7–8 main dishes, but honestly everything I tried was tasty. The fruit selection and cereals were great as well. And having that view of the O2 Arena from the restaurant made the morning feel extra special.

One of the things I appreciated the most was the stunning view from the restaurant, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
did not appreciate that the staff at the evening restaurant seemed to rush guests to leave even though they had not finished their meal. This is unacceptable for a restaurant. I even had to finish my dish at the bar, which is unacceptable. In addition, the room had clearly not been used for some time, as there was a lot of dust everywhere. It’s a shame that it wasn’t properly cleaned before my arrival.

The hotel was clean, room was exceptional, views were great and dinner was excellent
At breakfast it was evident there were some inexperienced staff members who were not focussed or professional. There was one girl and boy who thought it is more important to talk to each other than to respond to my wife's request for additional cutlery. Staff should not be having personal conversations during service in front of guests. It was not explained that we could order our own choice of eggs even though when asked we had said we had not stayed there previously. We only realised when we spotted other guests being given food at the table that we were able to order outside of the set buffet. I would re-recruit both breakfast staff roles if I was management as this was not in keeping with the rest of the excellent service we received throughout our stay. The selection of breakfast was also below average and did not look appetising. Drinks is very standard to be ordered but we even had to get our own drinks as opposed teas and coffees being provided to us. The whole thing felt very budget. We then opted for in room breakfast following the disappointing experience the day before and we did not receive a selection of breads, only seeded "toast" which could not be considered toast at all just soggy bread. We then requested white toast whilst the rest of the breakfast got cold. In room breakfast is a luxury and it certainly was far from luxurious. Both breakfasts experiences were appalling. The breakfast staff do not care about the guest experience, shocking.

Amazing hotel, very clean and modern. It was my wife's 40th Birthday and we got a complimentary upgrade to the Penthouse Suite, a room worth more than double the value of what I had booked. We ordered dinner to the room which was easy to do and came very quickly and was delicious. The breakfast had plenty to offer and catered very well for me with a dairy intolerance. The views from this hotel are spectacular amd Roman on check out was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Canary Wharf.
