Staff were excellent on reception and general facilities were very nice. Ice machine and vend products most welcome.
£30 to park my car. Expensive breakfast.Skipped breakfast as didnt like the £18 now or £25 tomorrow. Room was a little tired - scratched furniture, uncomfortable bed, threadbare carpets beside bed and terrible limescale on shower floor. Just not what i would expect to find in a 4 star hotel. We chose the location for the O2 but although it comes up as the closest hotel its miles to go around to get across the river.

The hotel had the most pleasant smell throughout the reception , the hallways and the room . Possibly from the spa . The staff were very friendly , attentive , smart , & professional. 10% of the menu if you eat in the hotel restaurant. The food was of quality and tasted exquisitely. Thanks for a wonderful stay. The view of the 02 and the Thames was an additional experience .

Friendly staff, well appointed room for three people. The spa was nice and as was the 24 hour snack area in reception. The price was unbeatable for a hotel near Canary Wharf during the holiday season
It was a good 20 minute walk to the main tube lines and restaurants in Canary Wharf. The DLR station was closer but very pedestrian friendly.

Room was lovely, nice and clean, nice products in the room
The water in the toilet kept running after flushing. There was only sparkling water in the room, when I asked for still reception said the order hadn’t come in to the hotel. The worst part was lack of sleep! The pillows were awful! I didn’t sleep at all! I went to a full day of meetings today feeling dreadful. Choice of pillows would be really helpful!

Staff where really welcoming, booked through booking.com but wasn't on there system (not sure why) anyhow the issue was sorted and due to having to wait not even 10 minutes they gave us a better room. Big thank you to Mark who engaged with us at the bar whilst working and advised us to of things to do in the local area.

Great location and outlook. One bedroom suite was spacious, clean and well appointed. Friendly staff
The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable for the kids, which was a bit of a shame.
