Absolute star of an emaployee on the night shift who did as much as possible to rectify the fact that the room was really hot and the aircon did not seem to be working. Believe his name was Lucas - I did mention the 5 star service on check out but want to reconfirm. He was an asset to you and did everything possible to help me at midnight through to a resolution (even though he was the only member of staff available).
Breakfast - really good selection and also great quality too, as always hard to keep things hot in the trays but it worked really well!
Breakfast staff looked like they did not want to be there. Not very friendly (Particularly aimed at my server/did not catch name - not a great impression and disappointing). Second time in the restaurant that I have had to put up with people using their phones on loud speaker, asking them to be polite and not use speaker but headphones and getting a mouthful of abuse back. Its a restaurant! I did mention this on check out and suggested (as other establishments are having to do now!) to maybe place a sign up requesting headphones only, as manners seem to have gone out of the window.! Lastly, parking has changed, missed the valet option which was a great service - now you have to stress about parking as you only get 15 minutes to check in before you get fined. Would make me think about booking again.

The rooms could do with some work done in them.

Location, the room and it has really good sustainability. Was a lovely hotel with a good bar and gym facility. The bed was comfortable and the room was surprisingly spacious.
The breakfast. For £25 per person, I expected more. Hash browns under cooked and soggy due to it being kept warm in a moist dome. Only one type of egg available and no tea pots or coffee cups at the machine.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel is in a great location, close to everything, and the views from the window were absolutely beautiful. The staff were very friendly and did a great job, especially Shahima and Bhavana. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
