Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good location with easy access to transport routes
Faulty electrical main light switch. Old water damage to skirting board in bedroom. Bar man in main bar on Sunday evening seemed disinterested and did come across anywhere near as friendly as reception staff.

Spacious and clean, great views of the O2 across the Thames.
When we booked through booking.com it advises that the hotel is 0.8 km from the O2 I think it should be made clear that this is across the water and that The O2 is not an easy walkable distance. Toilet flush button was broken
