Wonderful
Clean and accommodating. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Food was good. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Really liked the shower!
We found the location made it a little difficult to get to for where we were visiting in London

This property is absolutely beautiful and the management is top notch. Every staff member, even trainees, were helpful and welcoming. I needed help finding my way about and sorting transport and the staff was courteous. My room had a stunning view of the Thames, the Scoff and Banter bar had a stunning view and the bar itself was full of cozy nooks. Great meals. A shuttle to Canary runs until 10:30 am. Thank you Bhavana and Jack Higgins for a positive experience in the East End.
I didn’t like that I had to leave this wonderful place.

First they did not provide me with an extra bed for the baby for the whole 8 days!
Besides there was a fire alarm every day either at midnight or very early in the morning. So annoying

Good location to Canary Wharf and the London City Airport. Decent room size, nice bed, goofy shower but not a show stopper.
I really disliked how the breakfast wait staff constantly come around and try to clear your dishes. Crazy annoying. Just stop it. It’s really annoying. Oh, and please stop spraying scent in the lobby. It’s gross and unhealthy.

The staff at this hotel made it such a pleasant experience! Bhavana and Ibrahim were very helpful to me and assisted me with arranging shuttle ride to Canary Wharf, getting an Uber, and storing my bags. There is a spa with gym, sauna and steam room at this hotel and that really helped me settle in and unwind after a busy day at the city. My room was a river view room and the bathroom was easily the best bathroom I have seen in my life. Huge tub in front of picture windows and the River Thames flowing past. I ate in the restaurant 4 times and it was reasonably priced with good food.
Spa hours end at 8 and I would have liked to be able to stay there later into the evening.
