clean, comfortable pillow, nice location with good view
One particular staff from breakfast. I stayed three days, On the last day of my stay, this waitress kept coming to me and insisted me to pay despite that I explained 3 times that I have paid the breakfast when I checked in. Later when I checked out, I found the additional full price of breakfast including optional 12% service charge was in my bill.

Pizza we ordered from the restaurant was really good and the steam room and sauna was nice.
The person who checked-in didnt provide any relevant information about the hotel. I expected that the hotel would provide basic amenities in the room however we had to call and check for everything after we checked-in to see how much local shopping we should do. Usually hotels provide at-least 2 different pillows in the room however- hard and soft so that the person can decide based on their choice. Our room had 2 flat pillows which were not comfortable at all. Hair dryer is installed in a very wrong place. No place or table to open up the suitcases. You will have to do it on the bed. We were asked to pay 50 pounds as reservation amount on our cc but we got charged twice. When we went to clarify this with another person in reception, we came to know that they usually charge 2 pounds with a customer not 50 pounds.
