This was my second time to stay in a month. The room is great, the bed comfortable and the location is excellent. Right near all shops and facilities and at Bond Street tube station, on the doorstep.
I had a wonderful stay. Everything was good, including the staff, until I left. I was charged £200 without any communication or explanation. Later told it was for a broken lamp in the room. It must be a scam as I didn't break anything. Had I, I would have notified the reception and arranged a payment. They have not replied to my emails asking for evidence, photos, etc. I'm really disappointed as I had marked this as my new go to for staying in London and had told lots of people about the great location. I won't be setting myself up for another scam, by staying here again.

Right on the Oxford street, close to subway and many key destinations, Hyde park and Regent’s park not far away. The staff is helpful, especially when I had problems with card payment and getting taxi quickly. Thanks, ladies.
The water tap was 5 cm from sink, so you literally cannot put your hands under it. Room is super small with nowhere to put a single suitcase. For me this is OK for an airport hotel to spend a night and fly. But if you want to spend a comfortable time in London this is a mediocre place.
