The staff were so lovely. We got there early and they were lovely enough to find us a room that was ready which included a free upgrade. Location was perfect and right by an underground which made it easy to get around London.

No milk in room. Asked for some and it took 35 minutes and two phone calls down to reception to receive any.
Coffee machine didn't work properly - just dripped slowly.
Plug sockets on opposite side of room to mirrors which made it difficult when getting ready

Hairline crack in basin which leaked water. No milk in room for coffee facilities and no bedside lights.

Disappointing
The location was right by the tube station so it was really easy for us to go to and from the west end. The breakfast was also really nice, although the juice dispenser for the orange juice was broken.
It wasn’t a great nights rest. It was really noisy - there was some really loud banging that woke us up before it was even 9am - it sounded like diy. When we were leaving the hotel we saw a bunch of safes, kettles and coffee makers outside the rooms, so I wonder if they were installing new safes and that’s what the banging was. Either way, at least wait until 9 am.
Also, the tv kept turning itself on and it was so bright, like on a white screen, it was like someone opening the curtains - that also woke us up more than once.
There was 0 information given at check in or within the room. Usually there’s a piece of paper or something with information about breakfast times & the WiFi password on it - but there was nothing. And trying to use the phone to call reception to find out this information didn’t seem to work either.

The location is brilliant, close to all the attractions, I got lucky as I checked in I got upgraded to a suite which was brilliant made my stay a whole lot better.
The lifts can do with an upgrade, as there small and very slow.

Great location. Good rooms.
Very cold and couldn’t seem to get air con to work. Very complicated and no instructions. We were out a lot so was ok but it was cold during early hours and when we woke up and still couldn’t work it out.

Location is great.
Pillows were the worst ones we ever experienced in such a nice hotel. Also the tap's tip reached the bottom of the sink and we had to almost touch it when washing our hands. The proportion of the tap to the sink was awful.
