staff is friendly and helpfull. location is perfect to take bus or tube. i like to stay one more night sept 12 , but the price is too high. i will highly recommend my friends visit london must stay here. i wish all staff good well too. staff mr Dimitri is very good service to me. say thanks to him

Easy to book last minute, and although there isn't a big car park, managed to park in the last available slot at 8pm
Thin walls, can hear neighbours and doors slam at night time. Old room & bathroom with broken bath plug, but clean overall.

The staff are absolutely fantastic. Everyone is really friendly, professional, welcoming and helpful.
The off street parking is great and really convenient as is the location which is peaceful and there's some lovely trees out the back.
Check in and check out process was super simple.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and again the staff around to fetch toast etc were friendly and helpful.
For the price, the place is a bit run down which is such a shame because everything else about it is so great.
It's just that furniture in the bedroom was worn and stained, paintwork was chipped and discoloured and the taps were all damaged by limescale.
It's also an older hotel and so doesn't have the same modern soundproofing you might expect from other places, so expect to hear your neighbours!

Very sharp metal corner in the bath that cut my knee open. Confusing shower set up. Unclean. Some unfriendly staff. Rough, itchy sheets. A long walk to the tube. Very basic breakfast. Despite it being my birthday weekend, we checked out early to avoid spending a second night here

The property is in a great location. It is welcoming and the staff are lovely. Stephanie could not have been more helpful.
Just a couple of small things. The sink drain in the bathroom was blocked and the toilet roll holder fell off the wall. But the bathroom was immaculately clean and everything else worked well.
