All well. Location particularly good.
Only point - it would be good to provide toast for breakfast. Only bread rolls and croissant are available (course cereal and cooked as well)

The room was comfortable and spacious, although carpeting was getting a little threadbare. The location was okay, but there aren't a lot of dining options close by. The breakfast was quite generous and extremely well staffed.
I wish there had been some seating outside to take advantage of the uncharacteristically nice weather.

Good location close to Hampstead, Swiss Cottage and Central London. Buses are easy to catch and the tube station is a few minutes walk. The staff are very helpful and obliging. The breakfast is great with a large choice. There is a car park which is a plus

Very clean but was there on a hot day and the room window was limited opening so the room was very hot. The sink was partially blocked so water did not go down it properly. Good breakfast.

Nice quiet location, good breakfast, relatively close to the centre, in neighborhood many shops when you can eat, will come for sure also next time, good value for money

This was a great find! Really good location! Room well equipped and super hot shower. Breakfast was excellent! Above all, the staff make this hotel! All the staff were super friendly and helpful...they make the hotel a great experience!
