Hotel was at great location, 5 min on foot to the Underground and Overground Stations. Quiet location and very friendly staff. Hotel is close to a few restaurants and two supermarkets. The room was clean and comfortable.
Bed was too hard. Breakfast was okay, it would be nice to have more options (fruit, cold cuts, cheese and bread). No safe and no fridge in the room.

It was a really handy location, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely.

Fairly good selection of food for breakfast .a good location. With good links to get to other parts of London and the O2 /Vue centre 5 mins away open spaces of Hampstead not too far away and parking area

Room overlooked the car park so little noise and there were squirrels to watch. Plenty of facilities in room. Shower always hot. Nice breakfast with good choice. Parking on site. Close to station and tube. Only criticism was beds werent that comfy.
