The receptionists were helpful and friendly .
The room wasn’t standard for three adults it was tiny. I am celiac but there weren’t any gluten-free toasts during my stay and no other choices for breakfast as well. Management of hospitality and kitchen services was really weak.

Stephanie on reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dining staff were also very friendly and helpful.
I had a very bad night's sleep due to the very hard pillows. Also the duvel was exceptionally heavy which made moving around like a wrestling match. Thankfully there was a fan in the room.

It's definitely a great place to stay when going to a concert like us and wanting some where to stay over night. The two members of staff that we came in to contact with were very helpful and friendly.
