I liked everything about this hotel. right around the corner from many delicious restaurants, multiple public transportation stops and convince stores. The staff was incredibly friendly from front desk, to cleaning and kitchen. I will happily stay here any time I am in London.

Brilliantly located hotel for getting into Central London by tube or bus. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops in Hampstead too. Good sized room with parking and breakfast included. Bath and shower over bath .
Breakfast had a varied choice though would have preferred more fresh fruit and fried eggs. Toast was provided if you asked.

great location for transport in, out and around London. Tube, bus and overground within 5 mins walk. Quiet at night,despite proximity to Finchley Road. Windows that open - not the dreadful hum of aircon. Staff very friendly, approachable and efficient. Hot and cold breakfast choices. Parking on site. This is probably what most people would call a budget hotel, but great attitude of staff made it better in my eyes, and unlike some budget hotels, everything in the room was clean and worked as it should!

Breakfast at the Quality Hotel Hampstead was an absolute delight! The food? Utterly scrumptious and plated so beautifully you’d think it was trying to win a prize. But the real gold medal goes to the morning staff. The ladies looked incredibly elegant, despite their hard work. They were a whirlwind of kindness—dashing around, topping up anything that dared run out, clearing tables—and making everyone feel wonderfully looked after. In short: a morning revelation!
A truly lovely stay—impeccable service, spotless hotel, wonderfully flexible with everything, incredibly helpful and friendly—it’s a fabulous stop to hide away, rest, and then start a new chapter of your life—or just a new day!

We had a broken toilet in the first room but they changed us quickly, the cleaning was a little off, black mould around the bath tub, shower heads

Everything was fantastic, I wasn't expecting it it be so nice, I couldn't fault a thing, from the staff when I arrived, all of them were lovely, friendly and helpful. Everything was nice and clean., breakfast was also spot on. Will book again.

Lots of restaurant options around the hotel
Late at night I discovered a pair of boxer shorts inside the bed, the bottom of the bed was undone too, which clearly suggests the bed linen had not been changed after the previous guest. Fairly revolting and unacceptable from a hygiene point of view. A very uncomfortable night. The bathroom taps were also dirty and unpleasant to touch.

An absolute hidden gem, don't let the tatty surroundings worry you. Yes the dominos nearly will have its rubbish overflowing and you step over a few homeless people coming from the tube/train but the hotel is top notch. So worth it for the combo of location/free parking and breakfast. Add a surprisingly good little bar.
The rooms are small and the bathrooms even smaller. No A/C not an issue for this time of year but the room was pretty warm even now could be an issue on a scorcher of a day.
