Exceptional
It was just brilliant. Friendly staff who had no issue with helping with any of my needs, all kind and polite. (I had a good chat with one of the members of staff about the concert I was going too) I didn’t manage to get breakfast as I was out early but the fact I could have had it makes me thrilled as haven’t found that many hotels that include it. Clean room, has everything I needed (fan, desk, chair, bed obviously, tv, etc) aswell as the bathroom including cups for mouthwash, bodywash/ shampoo/ conditioner. All in all a fabulous stay and I will be back next time thanks so much!
The windows opened really wide- in my opinion there should be a safety lock so it can only open so far but that’s only if there had to be something! Apart from that absolutely excellent.

I am absolutely delighted with my stay at this accommodation. The service was outstanding, and Mr. Dimitri at the reception was the kindest person I have ever met, with incredible charisma and warmth. He even helped me with things beyond his duties, including finding an adapter for my phone charger. He also made sure I was safe when I returned to the hotel in the evening, and the next day he asked if everything went well and if I enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this place, especially for its amazing service and exceptional atmosphere. and breakfast very good:) ig.kasia_ewm

Staff were very friendly and professional. Although in a busy area with lots of traffic and close to various transport routes, being off the main road you really don't notice the noise and having breakfast and parking included was a real bonus.

Location, breakfast and bed all great. Also very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very kind and helpful.
The rooms were a little small and the bathroom could use a small renovation at some point as the faucets and bath are a little worn.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was ok. 26 June 2026 was a very hot with red heat warnings, after a drive of over 180 miles taking over 5 hours with 2 breaks we were tired and hot. Glad received friendly kind welcome and to have cool water available in bar reception area, for no charge and a clean and tidy double room with a fan waiting for us at around 5.30 pm. Very pleased to be able to park in quite small car park. Staff were excellent and Breakfast room cool and choice excellent.
Clearly there are problems with the external low retaining walls to front and back of hotel, works in hand and did not effect our stay in good location within Hampstead for reasonable price.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the room itself was not clean, despite being a very basic room where cleanliness — especially the bed — is a key element. the kidness of the receptionnist Dimitri was the only thing I liked here
several cleanliness and maintenance issues Unfortunately, the room was not in an acceptable condition upon arrival. The trapdoor under the bathtub, which covers the pipes, was not fixed, allowing unpleasant smells to enter the room. The bed was not properly made. There were hair strands on the mattress. The duvet was simply pulled over the bed without the bed being made. There were pieces of paper on the floor. Very low water pressure in the bathtub, No shower, only a small bathtub. Outdated room with poorly maintained fixtures Overall, the cleanliness of the room was far below expectations. Sadly, all those issues have been reported to the hotel but nothing has been done in term of compensation.

Very good location if you are coming for a concert in Wembley. The tube station Finchley Road is in a 7min walking distance and there is a 7min tube ride to Wembley Park. The staff is very kind friendly, and helpful.
Be aware that the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. If you are visiting London during a warm spell, the fan provided in the room offers very little relief, making it difficult to keep the room comfortable. If possible, request a room facing the street rather than the courtyard. We were woken up very early each morning by hotel staff talking loudly in the courtyard. Normally, closing the window would have solved the problem, but because there was no air conditioning, we had to leave it open throughout the night to keep the room bearable.
