Very clean and good value for the money
The staff were rude and miserable. I experienced one member if staff hoovering around me in the bar whilst I was sat doing an important teams call and showing a bad attitude. When I reported her to the guy on reception he just shrugged it off.

Loved the breakfast buffet, which has a great coffee maschine, a got section for everyone who enjoys a warm English breakfast as well as a continental buffet with bread rolls, croissants, fruits, jams, yogurt etc. Even lactose free yoghurts and milk were part of it. The location was good too, a short 3-5 minute (depending on the traffic lights) walk to the underground station (Jubilee line) The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially want to mention Dimitri, thank to whom we were able to extend our stay at the hotel. Stayed there at the beginning of January and loved the bath tube after a long day out in the cold.

Location fabulous, so close to Finchley Road with restaurants, public transport links and interesting venues. Room quiet. Heating good (perhaps a bit warm!) Good internet. Extensive breakfast buffet. Onsite free parking (can’t book it though)
Access off a road, Frognal, which has significant traffic restriction periods. EVs are exempt but other vehicles are not allowed to enter during peak morning and afternoon periods. Leaving property in the morning was difficult because of traffic density (most of Frognal is single lane because of parking but two way which causes holdups) during morning rush hour. No problems if journeys in and out are not time critical.

Staff was very friendly, the location was excellent (at least for my needs). The fact that the breakfast was included in the price makes the hotel worth recommending as well. Last but not least, it's a good thing that they have rooms with separate beds as well.
The hotel is a bit shabby, but that is the only drawback.
