Location was fantastic - close to the main road & tube / overground stations without being too noisy or busy. Parking was available FREE which is such a privilege in London. Room was a decent size, had everything I needed and was very clean. Beds were comfortable and cosy, bathroom and shower were pleasant
The breakfast was quite limited in range and wasn't in the most pleasant room as it was the basement. No fridge in the room and slightly battered / chipped furniture... Overall ok for a 3 star hotel.

Very tidy and clean, staff were very polite, rooms, albeit quite small had everything you needed and well presented. And in a great location for London visits.
Outside looked a bit tatty, far from the excellent interior

lovely clean room and very comfy bed
noisy from other guests and road, staff late putting out breakfast so it wasn't all out when we got there at 8

Really liked it in fact enough to extend an extra night
The only downside was lack of communication with staff… extended and paid for an extra night and whilst out I got a call from the cleaner saying our bags were still in our room and that we needed to remove them immediately. I explained we had extended our stay and she didn’t seem to believe me
