Stephanie on reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dining staff were also very friendly and helpful.
I had a very bad night's sleep due to the very hard pillows. Also the duvel was exceptionally heavy which made moving around like a wrestling match. Thankfully there was a fan in the room.

It's definitely a great place to stay when going to a concert like us and wanting some where to stay over night. The two members of staff that we came in to contact with were very helpful and friendly.

The guy on nightshift was actually really nice we explained all parking spaces were taken as the car park is TINY but asked if we could park in front of the bins and if anyone needed their car moved to phone us but we were leaving early anyway so there were no issues.
Apart from 1 member of staff the rest felt quite cold and not welcoming at all. The carpet in the bedroom was quite badly stained. The breakfast was not nice either.

The breakfast was delicious. We were offered a English cooked breakfast, cold cuts, bread, cereal and fruit.
It’s a basement breakfast room; very clean and lovely staff. Only improvement would be a brighter room with windows.

The room was comfortable and spacious, although carpeting was getting a little threadbare. The location was okay, but there aren't a lot of dining options close by. The breakfast was quite generous and extremely well staffed.
I wish there had been some seating outside to take advantage of the uncharacteristically nice weather.
