The hotel is modern clean, with all the facilities you'd expect. Our room had a bath woth showr over. The breakfast had everything. The staff were so helpful and friendly. There is a lift to all floors.
Nothing realy, room could be bigger but it is almost in central London. Its better than Premier

It’s pretty clean and tidy
The scam of claiming to have parking in the search results and their policy reads parking available and reservation not required !! Then they email you once you can’t cancel limit spaces first come first serve !!! Not funny in central London . 5 floors 14 rooms on my floor - 13 parking spaces I was furious .

Good budget hotel in a nice location. Quiet and clean. Staff were very courteous. Good value for money for a London hotel at the budget end of the spectrum.
Bed was very hard. Used second duvet as mattress topper.

Check-in was super easy. Secure parking, and we were able to leave our car there for a few hours after checkout, too.
The bathroom could have been updated as some of it was quite tired, but all fully functional.
