The parking was fine! Lots of spots when I arrive, but the next day was full. The hotel is near the tube and the neighborhood is amazing. The hotel is in a very quiet street. If you go by car, be aware that the hotel is on a controlled traffic road in school times. Eletric cars doesn´t have the restriction. Lots of restaurants nearby.
When I first arrive, the room was cold. The window was open and a hatch for ventilation too. The heater was off.
Then the heater was intermitent. Sometimes work sometimes not, so the room gets cold sometimes. The hotel doesn´t offer dinner.

The bedroom carpet wasn't properly cleaned.
Carpets need to be vacuumed properly. A perfectly avoidable issue with greater attention and efficiency from housekeeping team.

The breakfast was very good and the room suited our needs, travelling as a family. The location was excellent for our purposes and decent value considering it's location. I appreciated the fact that I was able to park my car at the hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent and efficient. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and perfectly located. My room was warm and immaculate. To top it off, I accidentally left my charger behind and the cleaner went out of their way to run after me and return it, all with a genuine smile. Outstanding service.
Overall, it was an excellent stay, but if I were to nit-pick, the beds and pillows were extremely firm. I personally prefer a softer mattress and a squishy pillow.

The property is conveniently located near tube and overground stations. There was free parking available. We had a nightcap in the bar after eleven. Breakfast was included in the price and overall it was excellent value.
We had single beds which were on the small side. The breakfast could have been hotter.

If I gad to nit pick, The hash browns were soggy bit thatis really to find something wrong as breakfast was lovely.
