Room was super noisy, could hear every door close or noise in other rooms.
Every morning at 6am ish, noise on stairwelll increased.

It was within walking distance to the train station.
The little area at the back for food. They supplied blankets if a bit chilly. It was will thought out. Staff works hard.
There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Very helpful & welcoming staff, nice reception area, very good size twin room for London, clean & comfortable. Good location & very good transport links. Would stay again.
No plug socket next to one of the beds, no extra hair/hand towels but good bath towel each. Touchpad light system a bit annoying & couldn’t turn the lights off from bed. All small issues though which wouldn’t stop us staying again.

Location is great for getting around London
Room location was noisy with a lot of noise at night from the street. I also didn't like that everything was an add-on. My fault I didn't realise but I would not stay again where I had to pay for everything as add-on including storing bags with a cost each bag. So low cost and great if you want a bed and leave. Less good if you need to store bags etc. Costs add up

very small room with nearly no room for the luggage, no refrigerator in the room, breakfast slightly too expensive for the offered selection of food (no english breakfast - we‘d love this as we come from continental europe)

The location was great! You can easily reach the hotel by train, underground, or bus. There are several markets nearby. It’s just a short walk to Spitalfields, Brick Lane, and Liverpool Street. The hotel felt secure. The staff were also kind and helpful. At first, they gave me a room where half the window was covered by a building column, leaving only about 30 cm of it visible. Fortunately, when I raised this with the staff, they were able to move me to an available room with a full window. I was lucky there was available room for me during my stay.
Be careful when booking, some rooms have half their window covered by a building column, leaving only about 30 cm of visible window. There was no cooler (mini fridge) in the room. Maybe it was my oversight not to check, but I’ve never stayed in a three-star hotel without one. The room was very tiny. I managed alone, but it could be uncomfortable for couples to move around. Room cleaning was only provided every 3 days, which felt a bit infrequent. There was no kettle in the room, and drinks were only available for purchase. You also have to pay to store your luggage after check-out. It’s not a cheap hotel, yet they keep charging extra for things that you’d typically expect to be included in the stay.
