Everything! The people working at the Holmes Hotel were just a joy, so helpful. I can't imagine having a bad stay at this hotel. From check in to check out, everything was 1st class. Great location, great room, great food, great staff. Would stay here everytime I visit London if I could.

A relatively well-maintained hotel, although not new, serves coffee and water free of charge.
Good location close to Baker Street station.
The staff's service was polite but unprofessional. They blocked our entry to the room because a certain charge had not been made, instead of contacting us.

Beautifully designed while being comfortable and inviting for a longer stay. The key to this place is the staff - especially at the front desk who made our birthday weekend special for our kids with balloons, cookies and milk. thank you!
The pillows were a bit lumpy - would be good to have a choice.

We liked the style, the location and the breakfast. The staff was very attentive. Overall the hotel had a nice atmosphere.
Our room had a very little storage space. We were there for five nights with two kids and we found it hard to find somewhere to store clothes. When we arrived the room was too hot but then they switched to summer mode given the unseasonal May heat wave and it was little cooler.

It's my family's favourite hotel in London, this time I booked a room for my son and requested a Baker Street view , the receptionist was kind enough to give him that room.
Great amenities, great staff, the rooms are amazing. Cosy lounge.
The prices keeps going up.

We had dinner and the food was very good and the staff very polite and helpful. Great location and lovely hotel
Unfortunately there were a family with children above us who did not stop jumping and running about until nearly 11pm where we then had to contact reception asking them to knock on the door and ask them to be quiet. The receptionist was very helpful but it did spoil our stay
