The room was warm with temp easy to control. Bathroom facilities very good - bath and shower with easy to control hot water in abundance. Lovely view of the river. Proper reading light available which was a bonus. The room was well designed with careful attention to detail. The staff were very professional, helpful and willing to engage with a brief chat even though busy. I had a slight problem in the room, my ineptitude, someone was with me in timely fashion to help. Fresh, clean modern hotel - with a great singer in the bar. I enjoyed the gym perfectly adequate for a few at a time not big. Loved the Thai green chicken curry in the restaurant.
Mostly I liked. The TV quality sound wasn’t the best but it was ok. The bed was a tad on the hard side for me but I’m being picky now.

The location was perfect and the hotel reception area, first floor area, executive lounge view was all very nice. We spoke to Azzerdine at reception the following day regarding some mishaps and he went above and beyond he really made the difference to our stay. Highly professional, kind, empathetic, good mannerism and customer service skills.
No bedding provided for my children on the sofa bed they both had to sleep the night with no pillow covers and on a mattress topper this is not only unprofessional but highly unhygienic and I was disgusted at this. Ordered some plates, cutelry and glasses I was told there was a 20 min wait and there would be a £5 charge which I pay the guy who drops it. Our food got cold them didn't arrive until 30 mins and I had to call many times. The tea and coffee facilities could gave had more sugar and coffee they weren't bot properly filled

Location
The room service was very bad, we spent 11 night and they never made a refill of the tea, sugar or nesspresso capsules, even when we spoke to them they ignored us.
