We had a small blip with our room and an add on that id paid for but management were absolutely fantastic and sorted this out in the most spectacular way which heightened our experience at Park Plaza. Thank you!

Location and view
Very slow customer service. Paid for a balcony room. Balcony wasn’t open for 2 hours after arrival. Room wasn’t ready. By then we had missed the sunset view we paid for. No shampoo or conditioner in bath. Again it took a while for it to reach the room. Overall my birthday stay wasn’t pleasant.

The staff were friendly and very helpful
The rooms were very noisy with a lot of banging in the corridors and outside noise from the road. The swimming pool was very busy. I couldn’t really use it. The room was very average for the price of the hotel and definitely don’t think it was good value for money. There were much better hotels in better locations for the price that I paid for this room The bar and restaurant was not inviting and we ended up going to the next door hotel for a drink
