The room was lovely and the staff were polite too. The location was great as well.
The air conditioning didn’t work in the room and I asked for the room to be set up with flower petals 48 hours prior to arrival and it wasn’t done.

The hotel was close to where we needed to go. The room was good. Unfortunately because we were so busy doing things we were too tired to use the pool.

Fabulous hotel. Great rooms with awesome breakfast. Super location with views over the river. Very helpful staff. No dearer than a premier inn for the location.

Lovely location. We were upgraded to a suite with a kitchenette. Friendly staff at front desk. Wonderful views over river from room
Furnishing in the room were bit basic. The breakfast was a bit frenetic and noisy, with queues for most things.

Exceptional
Location is perfect with an amazing view of the river and the city. You also got Vauxhall tube at walking distance. Plenty of pubs and restaurants around. Price is decent for Central london and exponentially cheaper than Oxford or Bond Street. Executive lounge is a must with nibbles and drinks all day until 5pm.

The staff were fantastic. Very attentive and the reception areas were really nice, unique and smelt amazing. We were given a really lovely suite looking over the Thames, parliament, BT Tower and many others. Nespresso and many facilities in the room which was great. The breakfast is really nice too.
Instead of machine coffee consider serving fresh coffee.
