Staff were very friendly, ease of check in and check out, very clean and comfortable.
Food was a bit expensive at Chino Latino restaurant and I still left hungry after paying over £120 for 1 person. The food itself was delicious.

The hotel is in a good location where walking to Westminster takes about 15-20 minutes. I booked a room with river view. On the first day, I was allocated in a room facing the bridge side of the river, it was ok but not attractive. When I asked a switch on the second day (with the confirmation of staying one more night), I was moved to a room facing the Westminster. What I can say is the view was just stunning. Special thanks to Ms SILFA at the reception, she made my application available with unexpected efficiency. Plus, the complimentary drink from the bar was bespokenly-made very good.
I can tell this is a very popular/busy hotel that’s why sometimes the services were bit slow. On the first day , the room was not ready until 3:30pm, I, and some other guests, were offered complimentary drink and waited for the rooms to be ready. And the luggage was not delivered to my room quickly after I got a room to stay. Besides, the carpet of the corridor looks not in a good condition. However, I still want to give a good rating to the hotel for the service I was offered later on, and for the wonderful view I had enjoyed from the room.
