Wonderful
Fabulous staff, excellently trained. Early check-in was no trouble. Room and facilities superb. The wine for no housekeeping deal was generous and clever. The whole place is a superb example of hospitality professionalism.
Dining room is a bit cross-channel ferry and the band on Saturday night may need someone to tell the drummer to quieten it down a bit, and maybe buy the vocalist a bucket of consonants. Difficult to criticise anything else.

I loved this hotel. The view was spectacular and the room was warm and cosy with great amenities. The staff are wonderful and so kind and accommodating.
Everything was fabulous. The only tiny thing was the shower which was a bit tricky to get going but we soon figured it out and it was excellent.

Fantastic room and location. We were fortunate to be upgraded on arrival. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff, room and facilities. Having a room where you could see the Thames and Big Ben - not sure it could get much better!

Great location.
First of all, the room wasn’t inspected properly. I found a pair of socks in the room, I didn’t have shower gel, under the tv table it was a lot of dust, and the air conditioning it was very noisy, one spoon was missing, one of the big bath towel was stained, I didn’t had any slippers or bathrobes but I can day that I had two housekeeping request and both of them has been done with so much precision and so quickly, hands up for that! Overall was a great experience that needs a much improving in room inspection.

We had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived. Josh and Stefan were professional and so patient when we left our luggage before our checked in. The facilities were extraordinary and Prathana at the pool/spa went above and beyond and we had a wonderful experience. Make sure to book in advance the pool. The view is breathtaking.

Facilities are good. Breakfast is good. Staff are lovely.
The rooms are small and are now a bit dated. The electric panel for the lights is very annoying and a switch would be much better.
