Exceptionally clean. Fast, efficient and friendly staff. Good location for Waterloo and Vauxhall stations.
This might sound a bit pathetic but considering there were numerous control panels to switch on/off the lights, control the air conditioning and even open/close the curtains it was a bit disappointing that there were no USB charging sockets anywhere.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and in a fantastic location. A beautiful walk along the river to Big Ben and Westminster Bridge. It was easy to walk into London and explore on foot. The room was very clean, modern and had a fab view of the river. I ordered room service during my stay and the food was excellent. The team are all wonderful, friendly, professional and made my check in and check out seamless. Nothing was too much trouble, I felt very comfortable being there alone.

Excellent location for Westminster and Lambeth. Love the eco friendly approach with optional room service and free bottle of wine or voucher if you opt out.
View from the room not great - at the back overlooking railway but it didn't disturb us and we didn't spend much time in the room.

Staff service is very good.
Breakfast buffet is also very good. Breakfast venue has very nice view of the River Thames.
The length of the shower room curtain of the bathroom is rather short having half-foot gap from the floor. Thus, water splashes out of the shower area unto the floor near the sink. Messy and unsafe - as floor becomes slippery.
Should be corrected ASAP before it causes an accident/injury.

Good staff , beautiful rooms and decor throughout.
Had to book use of pool, however was not advised about this when I booked.By the time we arrived it was fully booked throughout our stay.Some guests using it multiple times whilst others had no use.

Location was excellent. Facilities were excellent. Reception and concierge services were very efficient.
There were only 2 negatives. The basin in the shower had a problem with the plug in that it would not lift. Maintenance had to be called to repair. In the shower there were 3 types of soap products attached to the wall, Shampoo, conditioner and body wash but the body wash container was missing. This had to be addressed with housekeeping
