Location is great Easy access to the river. I loved all your Christmas decorations and touches (Mulled wine in the foyer) Two of the three bedrooms booked were fine. Breakfast room was very crowded but on one of the mornings we were sent to the dining room on floor 12 which was very comfortable, quiet, and pleasant.
I had booked a twin room but on arrival it was a room with one bed. They came and seperated the beds but the room was very small so not really satisfactory. Taxi cost to airport was excessive so a Hotel shuttle bus could be investigated.

Price was good. I got an upgrade with a good offer then on arrival got another one for courtesy of the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Bed was big and very comfy. Thanks to the fabulous curtain the room was dark so great for sleeping. Also we didn't hear any noises! Breakfast was excellent.

All the staff were so helpful everywhere at réception, free early checkin. The lady in the pool areas was so helpful and explained everything with a nice smile. Will certainly book again.
