Every time we visit London we always stay here and it’s always amazing. The location is very convenient if you want to explore the city also, rooms are spacious and clean. Not our first time to stay here, I will say it never disappoints us.
Breakfast is really good. But I would be very happy if there’s a pancakes or waffles and sunny side up egg from the selection.

Room was nice with good amenities and everything worked as it should. Staff were very pleasant and efficient.
Bed mattress was a bit firmer for us. Sometimes awkward finding a lift that went to our floor. Was not clear whether watching a film or casting to TV would incur additional charge or not.

The bed was comfy, the staff I met were kind.
I was really not happy with having to book a slot at the pool. It wasn't mentioned on booking and a pool is the main thing I look for in a hotel - so of course when I wanted to go it was fully booked. Feel that processes at this hotel are just a bit long and convoluted. In my room there was a random wet patch by the door so as soon as I took my shoes off I got a wet foot. Breakfast spread was kind of disappointing. Wouldn't stay again.

I had a birthday on March 6th, and I spent it at this wonderful hotel. Thanks to Nadya and Firat and the entire hotel team for the service and attention. I want to come back again.
