I specifically put in a request for 'river facing' view and I was given completely opposite. The reception staff didn't care about our requests and were unwilling to assist or cooperate. The room didn't have a single port for plugging in our USB cables to charge our mobiles. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
Room view, uncooperative reception staff and lack of basic necessities in the hotel room such as ports for charging mobile phones. Your MALE staff especially at the FRONT DESK needs training. They lack basic manners, people have paid for the stay, its not their personal property! Bluntly answering 'NO' at every question asked is rude.

The room was a good size
The view was terrible, could just see other rooms. Despite asking for a decent view as we were visiting for my son’s birthday. The pool was green.

The friendliness of staff, their willingness to help. The decor is absolutely beautiful and the food is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years and that’s the only hotel I want to go to.

Superb breakfast, I travel a lot and visit many hotels and I can say this was one of the best. My daughter is quite fussy and not much of a eater but she had a lot and left full which is fantastic.
Would prefer it to be a bit cooler as Aircon couldn’t go low enough but maybe user error

The boat pub across the road.
Our room had dust all over the sides what hadn’t been cleaned. The blinds was broken and couldn’t shut properly. The beds was uncomfortable and the pillows was like bricks to sleep on.
