The room and the stay was fine.
I prepaid my booking well in advance. However, when I arrived to check in, the reception asked me to provide my credit card details for security deposit which was standard procedure. It was suppose to be an on hold amount, but a few days after my stay, I checked my credit card statement and they helped themselves as a transfer payment of £400. Meaning I paid double the amount for a one night stay. I've called and written via email to inquiry, but no one in the hotel has helped me so far. I've been staying in this hotel for over 3 years for business trips and have never received treatment like this. As a premium customer, I'm very very disappointed! Never again!

Very Good
The hotel staff was very nice and the girl at reception allowed us early check-in as the room was already ready. The location was perfect very close to west minster and London eye.
The room was small for family of three as there was not enough space to keep our luggage. One more issue was the train track being very close to the hotel so we could hear the trains running all the time.

I was so underwhelmed from check in which I appreciate was late but the staff barely had a word for us and then throughout our stay we were beyond ignored
The superior twin room was extremely poor. Furniture was grubby and scored I have stayed in better travel lodges mini bar was not even offered

في البداية اعطوني غرفة يبدو انها مخصصة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لذلك لم تكن مريحة بالنسبة لي ولكن تحدثت مع موظفة الاستقبال في اليوم التالي وكانت متفهمة جدا وتم تغيير الغرفة. الفندق بشكل عام مريح وهادئ وموقعة ممتاز والفطور متنوع والموظفين متعاونين.
كل شيء كان ممتاز بعد تغيير الغرفة.
