Very Poor
The location
Horrible, Neglectful, and Overpriced Experience This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had, and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price and the fact that this was my second stay here. We booked two rooms for one week, and shockingly the bed covers were never changed during the entire stay. Housekeeping was consistently poor. In one of the rooms, the bathroom floor was dirty upon arrival, and we had to ask for the room to be cleaned again immediately. Basic amenities were handled terribly. Shampoo and shower gel were not provided unless we asked, and shaving and dental kits were only provided for ONE room — and only on the last day. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. The overall experience was horrible. To make things worse, we were charged extra for breakfast, and due to a mistake on their side, we were charged twice. The reception and housekeeping staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Every day we had to complain about cleaning issues. At one point, I escalated the issue to the head of housekeeping, who actually laughed and didn’t even apologize. The level of neglect and lack of professionalism was shocking. The only positive point was the restaurant staff, who were polite and genuinely helpful — and the view from the restaurant, which is beautiful. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The swimming pool and sauna are not freely accessible — you must schedule in advance, which is extremely inconvenient and defeats the purpose of having these facilities. The food is very average, nothing special, and the restaurant only serves Asian food for dinner or room service, which is very limiting. The hotel itself feels dark and poorly designed. The lighting is terrible throughout the property. There are not enough power outlets — only one charging spot per room, and the hotel does not provide adapters, which is unacceptable for an international hotel.

Great location . The staff were professional and friendly
The room air conditioner thermostat didn’t work as a result the room was unbearably cold at 3am . Ironing board broken, kettle broken, Shower gel empty. Gym should be better equipped. I completed a survey from Park Plaz and received a patronising response thanking me for identifying the problems with the room which they should have picked up!

Gym Staff were helpful and polite but did not all speak English so did not always get the desired outcome.
Just not my type of hotel. I got a different impression from the photos. It was too glitzy and dsrk, shiny black surface that reflect light. Really noisy aorcon, that os either off or on and can't adjust fan setting. Terrible smell as you enter room, one of sewage and after shave. The bathroom has a hole in the floor with open type drain which I think is the source of the smell. Dark room. View of windows of other tall buildings with standard room. I think the hotel has a casino?? O think it is a 2 star wannabes 4 star. Not all staff speak/ understand English

The location was great for visiting London and amazing views of the river. We visited for my son’s 10th birthday and were given ‘customer of the day’ stays when we checked in which meant that we got free access to the executive lounge with free snacks,soft drinks and alcohol throughout our stay. Also when we returned to our room in the evening the staff had left 2 slices of cake,some sweets and soft drinks for my son which made a lovely surprise. Thank you for making his stay special.

The hotel was decorated beautifully for christmas. Breakfast opened from 6am till 10.30 which i thought was very accommodating. Check out was not too early. Concierge were very friendly.
We were staying with a child and our room didnt have a bathtub. At check in the receptionist told my little boy she would send a family hamper up as we chose to opt out of house cleaning and donate the reward, and this never arrived, this did not go unnoticed by our son.

Amazing property, very well positioned close to the river. Staff were polite. Foyer was astoundingly pretty and felt very luxurious. Noon checkout was a huge plus. Beds are very comfy.
The lightbulb in the WC was out, there was limescale on the floor of the shower and on the sliding door. Only one milk in the beverage selection, no directions on how to use the coffee machine (I googled how to use it). There was white paint on the curtain. Our room was close to the lift and we could hear guests chatting at the lift whilst they waited.

Good location. Walking distance to many monuments and attractions in central london. Nearby metro and bus stops. Also, plenty of shops nearby.
Strange smell coming from bathroom (near the toilet theres a drain that released unpleasant odor), paper thin walls could hear people in other room and hall ways, odd choice for decor ( but thats a minor thing).
