The location is great, the room size is great, the view. The bathtub is great size.
The window makes noise with the wind and the mini bar madea lot of noises at night that keep disturbing me. The dubee was hot and without it was cold, I needed a cotton blanket, I don't like feaders, the pillows were too flat, maybe one firm and one flat as on other hotels. It's missing an electrical fan for the bathroom so it gets ventilated faster.

Excellent location!
Some service aspects was abominable. No normally expected amenities (a shower cap, for instance). Coffee pods were not replenished on any day. When we requested new pods, the server could hardly speak English, and brought a single selection of caffienated pods, while the original decaf pods were finished. The room server, again not fluent in English, seemed surprised when we asked him to bring the tray into the room, perhaps because he was hell-bent on sticking the card machine into my face? Having said that, we had a brilliant reception by a very friendly receptionist, and good advice and service from the concierge. Housekeeping and room service seems to be the real problem here.

Far enough but if you like to walk you can walk 15-20mins to Wesminister bridge and the time we stayed Vauxhall station was closed
