Good facilities and lovely staff.
It was too dark for my liking, obviously the aim was mood lighting but I felt as though I was struggling in the dark. We had room service but the quality of the food wasn’t worth the extra.

I stayed for 3 nights in two different rooms. The second room had a good view. The food and coctail at the restaurant was good.
The first room had no view except other rooms' windows. Very small spa with crowd...

Location
The strong smell of an industrial sized room odourisor, hits you in the face as soon as you enter the lobby! Continues in the lift and the room stinks as well!! physically gave me a headache. Also the glass door with a large gap between the toilet and the bedroom, you can be seen sitting on the throne.! hard surfaces, dusty room but a great location. The bar area was set out like a canteen not very comfortable more hard chairs no lounge spaces no style, hotel feels like it was designed in 1990’s for an Asian market. Staff seemed pleasant, there were certainly enough of them hanging around, maybe one of them could find out how we open a window to get some air!! Tired rooms…. Needs a revamp.

Property had everything I needed even when needing to have dinner with friends that we were supposed to go out to eat Staying in the The hotel was just as good and the food was amazing Staff are extremely friendly and always doing other way to help you from your walk through the door until you leave The pool and spa area were so clean and Again staff so helpful The hotel was very safe and secure

Housekeeping could be better. Hotel was charging an extra £5 for basic cutlery to be delivered to the room. Small indoor pool.

The view was amazing . Was my birthday got to room and put me a piece of cake in the room which was lovey of them . The kids play area was amazing also . The pool wasn’t very warm though x
