The location and river view.
The reception manager. He was curt, unsympathetic and unwilling to help. The moral of his staff was quite evident.
We had a kitchenette with no cooking equipment. I asked the house keeping for some coffee; we got 2 capsules, 1 each.
Everything seemed to be done begrudgingly. It was disappointing. The view of the river was beautiful and a sight to behold during sunset and sunrise. I felt our room was overpriced and little was done to accommodate our needs as a family, although it was available on booking.com itself. Overall, beautiful view from room with good access to london eye ect. Better people skills needed in reception. Restaurant staff and entertainment was very good.

Theres no usb or type c charging ports.. for this level of hotel is a little bit sad.

Room was quiet and bed comfortable. Liked all the fancy remote control lighting etc.

Over all the hotel was very nice
The shower was not all that clean the hand wash was empty and don’t think the cleaners had done a good job found snapped bit of necklace on the floor and rubbish under the table

The club sandwich and salad were dreadful.
The first room was not cleaned properly, the furniture was broken, the bath didn’t drain.
The hotel was tired and way below expectations
