The main reasons I chose this hotel were its location and price. You are right in the heart of London, with gorgeous views and so much within walking distance.
There was nothing we didn’t like. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean and quiet. My daughters and I had a lovely short stay.

We loved the view and location It was exactly as it looked on Booking.com
We went out each day for the whole day and left the electric indication that we required our room serviced and for 2 days this was not done and I had to chase house keeping up who were extremely rude when the eventually came to our room and told us we had to leave the room ( after we had returned exhausted after being out all day ) we could write our names in the dust in the tv cabinets and for 2 days we had no hand soap because it wasn’t refilled after requesting it to be refilled. I honestly expect a lot better for a hotel as expensive as this.

Not much to be honest the room was not clean and the bathroom was wet and the toiletry’s was not restocked asked for a cleaner and no one to be seen reception done nothing

Views from the room were fabulous.
Restaurant was great but food not to my liking. Hotel was very dark, even the room was not well lit. Bed was too hard. Didn’t get much sleep.

The sauna and pool were really nice. The staff were very friendly. The view is stunning.

Wonderful
The view from the room - the Thames - was spectacular. The features are high tech and everything can be controlled by the touch of a button. The breakfast was delicious and great value. I highly recommend this hotel.
The location was a bit further from the center of activity - but as a bonus it was quiet and I could walk to Westminster bridge in 20 minutes.

It took a long time for the receptionist to find our room and then she said she had upgraded us and gave us a voucher to use the lounge. If that room was an upgrade, I dread to think what the original one was like. It was small with a small bed. The furniture was chipped and the electric curtain was broken. The room was dark and looked across directly onto a room on the other side of a narrow courtyard. We tried to use our voucher at breakfast but our key would not open the door, there was no one there to let us in and the queue at reception was too long to wait for another key. We live next door to the hotel so we would be happy to try the VIP breakfast they offered any day! There used to be a lovely cocktail bar and destination restaurant at the hotel, sadly the ambience of those days is sadly missing now.
