Location was excellent…very helpful in providing an umbrella when it was raining
Bigger pool would’ve been nice. The size doesn’t allow for many to be in at the one time and it does tend to get booked up early

Superb location, very nice room with great view, the bed was excellent and the seats were comfy. The breakfast is also amazing!
There were some empty shampoo and body wash containers in the shower, had to get it from the ones in the tub. It was never refilled during our stay.

We didn’t like had to pay £25 for a higher floor for a better verw of the river that we didn’t have we had a verw of a bock of rooms opposite? When we asked about it they said we are fully booked that was it no refund why would you pay £25 to go higher to look at another block and rooms and walls ? So we was scammed

The location was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We booked with 2 beds and got a single bed. The room has no possibility to open a window to at least air out the room in the morning. No working
Light in the shower. No daily room cleaning and towel changing with the excuse of being ecological. Come on that is a lame excuse. And they give you a 10 pound voucher for that.
