Beautifully placed right in front of the Thames. 8 minutes walking from the Big Ben. The bus stop is right outside.
To extend reservation you have to book it through booking.com or whatever you used. The reception can’t help you extend it.

Great location within a comfortable safe walk to The Oval cricket ground. Staff were great in the hotel. The river view from the room is stunning. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants.
The bed is a standard king size and has some sort of sweaty topper on it. The breakfast continues to be a disappointment. Zero service, Busy and average food choice. The same restaurant is open in the evening. It's always great. On this visit we requested to hold the cassava chips and replace with regular fries. We had seen regular fries coming out of the Kitchen. The answer to our request was a hard No. Silly answer.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with good transport links and pleasant views of the river. The reception staff were polite and the public areas appeared well presented.
Unfortunately, my room was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. The bathroom floor was dirty, which significantly affected my stay and fell well below the standard expected from a four-star hotel. Even more disappointing has been the way my complaint has been handled. Despite numerous emails and repeated assurances that my complaint had been escalated, I have not received a formal acknowledgement, complaint reference number, or any meaningful response from Guest Relations. Weeks later, I am still chasing updates while being repeatedly told that someone will contact me. The lack of communication and accountability has been as disappointing as the original issue itself.

The location was amazing. It was a beautiful hotel with great views of the Thames River. The room was nice. Could use some updates. We ate dinner upstairs and had Manish as our waiter and he was AMAZING! The food was very good and the view was spectacular.
The air conditioning just couldn’t get the room cool enough. My husband and I both woke up a few times during the night during our stay being hot. We kept the curtains drawn during the day to try and keep some of the heat out, but the room was still toasty warm.
