The location of the hotel is the best thing about it. Near the metro station and train station of Waterloo.
Near to major sightseeing like London Eye and Big Ben just 5 minutes walk.
Area feels safe and easily access any area of London using bus metro or taxies.
There are best by Restaurants like Nandos. 24/7 stores in the mall of the train station just 5 minutes walk.
Water and fruits available for free near the lifts.
There is a decent gym to workout when needed.
They give you 1 still water and 1 sparkling water daily free in the room.
The room was tight and cramped. Difficult to watch TV while on bed. Room 407 in my case.
No lounge seating enough in the lobby.
There is no coffee machine in the room like other hotels. There is only a boiler.
