The room decor was really nice. Bathrooms were great too.
Our room is on the top floor. It felt a bit small considering we had a child as well. If you add a cot into the room that was hard also the TV was quite far away and also quite small so hard to read or see what was on the TV in detail.

Calm, organised, serene atmosphere. Very relaxing ambience, in heart of Covent Garden, central London. Professional courteous and responsive staff. Practical but luxurious fittings. Delicious breakfast.

Well presented modern room with comfy bed and sofa area. Coffee making facilities with fresh milk and mini bar, with complimentary drinks and snacks. Great location for theatres and Covent Garden, with a stylish bar serving cocktails, drinks and food. It’s desire for “green” sustainable hospitality was very good.
The breakfast at £40 per head was expensive, especially if you only wanted coffee and a croissant. The 1st floor room we had was a bit noisy but in the heart of London that’s to be expected I suppose.

Have stayed here before and we love it. Location is great, staff are wonderful, hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet, calm haven in the centre of London. Food is excellent.
It’s a little pricey. Food and drink is expensive and I am always slightly annoyed when you pay so much for a hotel room and breakfast isn’t included.
