Lovely interiors. Friendly staff. Great location.
Lighting in 204 is reaaaaally bad. Needed some lateral lighting as opposed to just one very bright overhead light. Really let down the room.
Also the walls in the otherwise very pretty breakfast room were quite dirty which, when you are sat right against them, is a little off-putting.

The Christmas decorations this year were impeccable. The hotel is always immaculate and the staff are so professional and kind. Breakfast was exceptional.
