Loved the activities that were held, the staff, and was able to make some friends
Although I loved the social aspect, the property is a bit aged. Nothing horrible by any means just not as new as some hostels feel

I had such a great experience at Onefam. The staff are all so welcoming, friendly & approachable. You really feel like you have a family staying at this hostel, which is great if you are travelling solo and feeling a bit home sick! The family dinners each night were such a great way to meet other people + the food was always super yummy! (Shoutout to Zoe for her delicious recipes).
Onefam also organises day trips & nights out which is a great way to see some of the sights of London. They are inclusive to everyone and they really making sure everyone feels welcome & involved. I had such a good time here + the location is SO beautiful! Shoutout to Olivia, Michael, Wes, Max, Lee, Nathan, Daniel, Fran & all the other lovely workers! You were all amazing! Will be hard to top. I would definitely book here again!

The beds were better than most hostels I’ve stayed in. Clean, organized and each bed has multiple outlets and reading light. Having a free meal offered everyday was nice even though I didn’t partake. Staff were friendly and allowed storage of luggage before check in.
The bathrooms were tiny, I know it’s an older building so it’s not really the staff’s fault but the space between the door and toilet was very small and it made changing after showering very difficult. It’s a very social hostel and they want you to use WhatsApp for your room code and I guess to communicate what activities that you can do. All of this is fine and I think very helpful for someone who wants to see major spots in London with a group. I personally didn’t want to use the app since i wanted to explore on my own, so it was a little awkward to have to tell them that. But they gave me the code for the door and room so it wasn’t an issue. Check in took quite some time because they had to clean the rooms and then they personally escorted you to your bed. So if you’re very jet- lagged and arrive early it can be several hours before you can sleep in a bed. So just keep that in mind.

Very good. All the staff, especially Fran, Michael and Zoe! The people are ao nice and receptive. The hostel is on a great location and close to metro station. Is so nice!!

I stayed at this hostel with a friend and we absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect: the hostel was spotless and the location couldn’t be better.
The staff were amazing – super friendly, helpful and always in a good mood. There are activities and parties organised all the time, which makes it incredibly easy to meet people, make new friends and have loads of fun. The atmosphere is fantastic and we felt welcome from the very first moment.
I would 100% recommend this hostel and would definitely stay here again!
