Great location, friendly staff, lots of activities. Price was really good, beds were comfy!
Rooms were small and storage was not ideal, the bathrooms were not kept clean and were also very small. Prior to our arrival we were unable to modify our checkout date which was frustrating, property told us to contact Booking, Booking told us to contact property but there was no resolution.

I had a great stay at Onefam notting hill. The location is convenient, and it's easy to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Notting Hill. The staff team were friendly and considerate, for example, they shared a list of great nearby brunch spots, which I really appreciated. Although I only stayed there for one night, I found the bed more comfortable than those in many other hostels. The bathrooms and showers were also clean.

The staff really makes this place! They were so welcoming and friendly. It was also easy to meet other travelers. I really liked the location - quiet area close to the tube station, bus stations, and walking distance to MANY places to eat. Also walking distance to Kensington Palace/gardens and Hyde Park. The area felt safe as a solo female traveler. It was easy to climb onto the top bunk, and beds had a curtain, outlet, and personal light. Nice common area that I was able to hang out in until check-in. I didn't partake in family dinner, but I think it's great that it was offered! The entire hostel was VERY clean.
One of the worst mattresses and pillows in all the hostels I've stayed in. Walls are thin and noise travels. I didn't like that I had to go to a separate floor to use bathroom/sink or find a shower. No air conditioning, though I'm assuming this isn't such a problem if you don't come in July.

The property is in a great location and was easy to find. Despite the hot weather (which was completely beyond the team’s control) everything else was excellent. The staff were welcoming, and I had a great overall experience. A special shout out to Leo and Lucile for making me feel so welcomed.

Beds were comfortable and staff are extremely friendly. Very easy to socialize with others but there is also no pressure to if you are not feeling up to it. Located in a great and safe neighborhood of London.
Room got pretty hot during London heatwave but found that to be the case inside many businesses and museums around the city as well.

This is such a fun hostel! There is a strong sense of community and ensuring everyone is looked after and having a good time. There are free guided activities everyday and we were given a free dinner and went to the pub with the hosts and guests. There is no pressure on you to participate either if you just want to chill out! The staff were helpful and Lucille in particular gave us a really warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. We booked a private room and loved it. It was clean, spacious, away from the noise of the shared rooms, and had a big window and fan to keep the heat at bay. Notting Hill is a lovely neighbourhood within central London and there are plenty of shops and eateries around. Had a great time and would've stayed a few more nights if we knew how fun it was.

This hostel is doing so many things right! They create plenty of opportunities to connect people, the rooms are decent (with curtains on the beds!), and the location is great. The price seems reasonable, but could of course always be lower ;)
