Wonderful
I had a wonderful short stay at this hostel! From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. I especially loved the daily activities—they were fun, well-organized, and a great way to meet other travelers. Whether it was a group outing, a shared meal, or an evening event, there was always something to look forward to.
A special thanks to the staff for being so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and included. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Location and staff
Heating didn’t work. The room was very cold. Even though I asked staff to fix the it, nothing had been done.

the bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the blanket was thin, i asked for more blankets, and they gave me 2 more, but they were also very very thin.

The beds are super comfortable and the family dinner is amazing. Hector michael meg Laura Ana Mimi Arlo and Ana made sure I had everything I needed and kept us safe at the clubs.

It's a very well-organized youth hostel with a charming family atmosphere. The staff is unbeatable. I was assigned a room on the first floor, so I didn't have to carry my suitcase up the stairs, but they'll definitely help if necessary. Group activities are available, and it's excellent for solo travelers. My room, mattress, and pillows were very good. I had a great time. It's a bit crowded, but the atmosphere is very pleasant. It has a living room with a sofa to share, as well as a kitchen and refrigerator, which is a great help. The location is excellent, with easy access to the hostel. I highly recommend it. (This review is on behalf of my daughter, Sofia, an 18-year-old solo traveler.) Please note that there is an age limit for this hostel, which is for youth only.
Occasionally the living room is very full. My suitcase doesn't fit under the bed; I have to leave it to the side. The room is just the right size. If you leave the window open at night, it can get very cold.

The property was clean and well organized. It had all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. The beds were soft and had curtains for privacy. The showers were clean with good water pressure. The kitchen was small, but everyone was adaptive to share burners/counter space.
The staff were friendly and generous. (Shoutout to Michael, Antonio, Beau, Chloe, Will, Laura, Arlos and everyone else on staff….Hector is alright.)
Lots of free social activities to be apart of! Such as free dinners, walking tours, and pub crawls. The closest tube stations are a 10 minute walk, but a lot of the major attractions are within walking distance (I.e. Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert, Hyde Park, etc.) There are also plenty of supermarkets close by, along with good restaurants and coffee shops.
I’d highly recommend staying here to get the most out of your London trip.
It wasn’t an issue for me, but if you’re someone with mobility issues, some of the rooms are located on the 5th floor with no elevator. There is so separate changing space in the showers. So your clothes either get wet or you exit nude. The toilets and rooms can be a bit cramped, though it’s London it’s kind of expected.

My stay at Onefam was truly enjoyable. There are different events and tours organized every day, which makes it a great place to meet new friends. The staff are all very warm and welcoming, and I really love the atmosphere here.

Unbelievable experience the staff is incredible caring the help with everything anyone needs and points you in the right direction adds everyone to their WhatsApp group so everybody can connect all day long they take everyone out at night and make sure everyone gets back Nowhere better to stay

BEST HOSTEL EVER. All the staff are amazing. Michael, Meg, Ellis, Nico, David, Caro, Nandita, Ella... sorry if I'm missing some of y'all. They deserve all the praise they can get. They are professional vibers and do a great job getting everyone to socialize and hosting community events. Everyone else that I met that stayed here was also amazing. Great location too. I had a lot of fun here and have nothing bad to say about this place. Hope to be back again one day.
