The staff were very welcoming, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the underground. The dinner was delicious, and the events are great for meeting new people.

The staff were really welcoming and set up many hostel activities for all the people staying which made the experience for me way better than I would've imagined. In just a few days I felt like not only had I made so many new friends with the people staying, but with the staff as well.

Staff were super friendly, everything was clean and comfortable. There were lots of activities like shared dinner, karaoke and museum visits. Other guests were respectful and quiet when they returned to the room late at night.
Some of the toilets were a bit cramped and the showers had only rain shower heads.

The showers were a little small. No elevators (just keep this in mind). The common areas shut at midnight.

Stayed here twice for overnight trips to London and always had a great experience. Reception staff are really friendly and helpful, the hostel is very social with lots of activities, and it’s nice knowing they have other Onefam hostels in different countries too. Would definitely stay with them again!

Staff are so friendly and helpful, the whole place is clean and everyone is lovely!! Location is great, rooms have good storage and the beds were comfy and private.
The main shower room is a bit odd considering its mixed gender and there are no cubicles to dress in after getting out of the shower, just the showers and sinks and toilets separately, but I used the smaller shower/toilet on another floor which was okay just quite tiny.
